what are the signs of being anorexic? im 5'6 and weigh 102 i think i need to lose weight can someone tell me how to mostly for my legs o yeah im 13 years old please help!

Anorexia is when someone starves themselves to loose weight. If you are hidding food, and pretending to eat more than you do, those are signs of anorexia.

As for you, you do not need to loose any weight. If you are worried about the way your legs look. You probably just need to tone them. Pilates has a lot of good workouts for your legs. Also try cycling. Building muscle burns fat. Although doing this you may actually gain instead of loose weight, because muscle weighs more than fat.

My brother and father are moving down to North Carolina. They are leaving my mother and me here in New Hampshire. I'm going to college in NH and I'm living there. My boyfriend is going there too. My father and brother are going to build a house for my family to live in. They are expecting it to be before Christmas. I don't want to move at all cuz I don't want to leave the college I'll be going to, my friends, or my boyfriend. I'm 18 years old too. I don't have the money to have my own apartment or anything along those lines and I can see myself marrying my boyfriend. I don't think if my family moved to NC that I would be able to be away from them for that long. Please help what should I do?

Most students don't have money to live on their own and go to school. But they still do it. It is because they get student loans. If you really want to stay where you are it is possible. Talk to financial aid people at your school to discuss your options. Remember, you can't live with your family forever. This is a good oportunity to learn independance. You can always go and visit them.

Ok, I have this irritation in my private. be4 i had scratches on it. It has been hurting all summer. The only thing that seems to help is a bath or shower. I told mi mother and she says its healing. but its not. does any one know what to do.and should i tell?

There is a good chance you have a yeast infection. Tell your mother you would like to go to the doctor about it becuse it has been bothering you for far to long.

Only hang without with her if you are really going to be her friend. If you are only going to hang out with her to try and be popular, then you are using her, and that is just shallow and wrong.

I have had this problem for about 4 years now. My whole body except my stomache is in good shape and I like the way it is and the size. Only problem is my stomache makes me look like im pregnant. I'm 5'3'' and weigh 130-135. I'll try to eat healthy but then at nighttime I'll get so hunfry and want food that I end up getting something to eat like an icecream or sumthing. I know its bad but I don't know how to get over the cravings. Any help on how ot get over the cravings and how to get just my tummy toned. I know your going to say run and crunched but they dont see to help

To get away from cravings, find something else to do than sneak into the kitchen. And if you must have something get your self a popcicle (80 calories) instead of ice cream (250+ calories). Just make smart choices about food.

And crunches and running do help, but you have to do them regualry and for at least 2 weeks before you see results.

ok im almost 13 and im going into the 8th grade. Ive never had a boyfriend in my life. But ive liked guys and i was always afraid if i asked em out theyd reject me and it would go around i would be a bigger loser that i am now because 'i tried to ask out someone more popular than me' or something. because im not a geek or anything but im not popular either. You are still young, and it shows that you are nervous around guys. So instead of asking them out on a date try being their friends. Get use to being around guys and how to react to them before you start going out with them. I personally think you are too young to be dating anyway.

If you really love eachother, then he won't leave you if you decided you don't want to do that. And if he does leave you, then he really never loved you. Don't do anything you don't feel sure about, wait until you are ready. And you will know you are ready when you have no doubts.

I always let my best friend borrow some of my shirts, but she will borrow them and forget to give them back. Like 2day I have to wear a blak shirt 4 school and she borrowed it and now she says she already gave it bak but i no she didn't because i have looked everywhere and it is nowhere and she wore it last. Also she borrowed one of my favorite shirts and she said she can't remember where it is but she will look for it and she still hasn't found it. Anyways- this doesn't usually happen, but i think i should not let her borrow anything else from me until she gives me the other stuff back. Is this a good judgement or is there an easier way?

She has proven that she is irresponsible with your things. If she askes to borrow something again, do not feel bad saying no.

My parents are both very picky and will argue about anything!!! Yesterday i was bathing my hamster in the sink and he got away! I had to up all the doors with towels and the whole place was a mess. And he was scared so he left behind droppings! And this was in my parents bathroom too. So, i cleaned it all up and now i see that my parents are fighting so, i take my hamster back to his cage and i had already cleaned up the droppings but i didn't put all the towels and soaps and washcloths away. My mom walks into the bathroom... and then she blames my dad for the mess. I have caused a huge problem. And i can't even try to tell her it was me cause they locked themselves in their room and they sitting there yelling and bickering at each other. I feel terrible because it was not my dad's fault and he is getting the blame! Help!!!

It is not your falt that they are aguing, so don't blame yourself. It is obvious that there are bigger problems your parents have if they can get into a heated argument over a few towels on the floor.

Maybe once they have calmed down you can explain that is was you that left the towles on the floor, and that you are very sorry. But also let them know what you are feeling when they fight. Maybe it will help them see that they need to grow up a bit, and not agure over the little things.

Maybe you should get over yourself and be more accepting of others. If you really detest spending time with this person, than don't. My boyfriend said that on the first date he wanted to have sex with me but I don't think I'm ready to. First off, how is this boy your boyfriend if you have never even been on a date? It is obvious this boy is only thinking about sex and it is a clear idication that you should stear clear off him. Tell this boy the truth, that you are not ready to have sex, especially with a boy you hardly know.
