Is it bad if you straighten your hair with a curling iron?
I know it seems weird, but my hair isn't that straight around my bangs and towards the bottom of my hair. If this helps, my curling iron is made of metal. It's not that good, because i've had it for a while.
so my question is if using my curling iron as a straightener is going to be ok? will it damage my hair? if so, how much? is this safe?

I use a curling iron too but i don't straighten my hair too often. It works fine for me and i've never had a problem with it.

My boyfriend and I will be going out for 3 months when valentines day comes around.. what should i get him for valentines day?

You could get him a teddy bear, a necklace, candy, a picture frame, cologne of something he likes.

It really depends on the girl.. some really want to try it, some do it when they are drunk, some feel like it will help bring them closer and some say they were pressured but really enjoyed it. there's no right answer to this question.

ok so me and my friend started drinking this summer and even though its fun... it leaves me with a kinda big problem. soo.. our former best friend found out the we drink and has decided that she won't be friends with us anymore just because we do.. i don't really get this because its not like we're forcing her to drink or anything.. its just something we do for fun. we also never get dangerous with it.. then most i've has is 12 shots (and i'm 5' 4" , 95 lbs) soo any advice on how to get her to like us again.. besides quitting drinking? thanks =/

12 shots? i guess it depends on how you measured out these shots and how much time in between...if you did it in less than 4 hours... that IS dangerous. I had the same problem a while back... just don't do it anymore or really control it. don't get drunk off your ass and don't have guys around to do anything stupid with. anything else, lemme know.

ok so i've always been like a really good girl and stuff.. all honors, does extracirriculars, doesn't fight with parents, the whole deal. well this summer(after freshman year) i started drinking just to have fun but now its gotten me in a little bit of trouble. k. so when i was really drunk with my friends with decided to call up this senior kid who is friends with my friend.so he comes to the house at like 2. and ALL of us kinda take turns hooking up with him... but i only let him go to like.. a little past 1st. sooo the next day he IMs me and is like hey wanna hang out? and so im like sure and we've hung out a few times and now i think i really like him... but ever since that first time we've never done anything physical. my question is do you think its trashy to go out with him because we met so awkwardly? and do you think my drinking has gotten out of hand because of the situation its put me in? thx. 15/f by the way.

I don't think you went to far, personally. I mean yeah you made out with him but it's not like you did anything that bad. I think he might just wanna get some and seniors usually know that if they wait a little while and talk real nice they can get what they want eventually. You could go out with him but if he gets physical.. lose him. I don't think your drinking is out of hand but i don't suggest doing it...send one to my inbox if you need anything.

ok so my girlfriend and and i are really really in love, and i know that sounds cheesy but its true.

we've never exactly "made out" . . . we kiss each otehr all the time but yea. . .

anyway, i don't want to sound sleazy or anything, but i've thought about possibly fingering her. . . i keep getting this vibe from her that she wants to go further.

You should ask her what she wants to do.. it's good that you sense a vibe but you should talk about it first. if you can't talk about it, you aren't ready to do it. I think you should at least make out first... don't rush into things. 15 is an ok age if you both are 15... if she's younger you might wanna hold off for a little while. anything else just lemme know!

I have a singing competition and I have no idea what to sing! Im a 13 year old girl.. and I dont really know how to explain my voice but ive been told its good.. lol bad description, and it sounds a little like mariah carey but i cant get all those super high notes she can. im consiedered to be an alto when i sing.. maybe a little higher or lower sometimes, too. uh dont know how else to describe it.. so any good songs you know that will really get me to be "sanging"? also i need the sheet music, my music teacher says. so if you know where i can get them, then be my guest and show me! lol thanks alot!!!!!!!!!!

It might be easier to sing a song you already sing a lot or know well. when i was 14 i sang "angels" by jessica simpson and i won.. it's a lot of fun to sing if you get really into it. I don't know where to get the sheet music but you could try willis music.

okay so as you can see from the subject, my boyfriends mom got me this dress and its a size 8. and i havent seen it yet but my bf told me that she got it. and right now im in a size like 12 maybe. and the next time im gonna see them (its a long dist. relationship) is in feb. on the weekend of the 16th. so is there anyway possible i can get down to a size 8 in the next like 3weeks?

I'd say work out a ton and don't starve yourself. you might fit into it actually. I'm a size 9 minimum but i wore a dress that was a size 3 for homecoming... it depends on the dress so you might be worrying over nothing. i think you'll be fine.

I was wearing panties and sweatpants. My boyfriend was like fingering me but i had on my sweatpants. Is that still considered being fingered? I'm really not sure considering I was wearing pants.

It probably hurt because of the layers of clothing going into that area. I think that's just considered fooling around. It could go either way but i think it's not technically fingering. If you're not sure, just don't tell anyone about it (how sexual things should be kept...just between the people involved) and you won't have to worry about people thinking you did something that you didn't actually do.
