You are young yet my friend. You may have them very soon. I cannot sleep with a bra on. It won't hurt to sleep in it, but you would feel a whole lot better. Moving your arms in a circular motion won't help. You can try doing ab crunches to help support your upper body, but it really doesn't make that much difference. Be patient. They grow for a long time.

Don't get so hung up on boys that you ignore your schoolwork.
Do everything you can to get a scholarship.
Don't let other people determine how happy you are because of looks.
Do enjoy yourself every chance you can because you are only young once, but be careful
Do graduate from high school before becoming pregnant/getting married because college is way more fun than high school.
Do cherish every friend you have because you don't know when you won't have them again.
Don't wear too much makeup. It makes you break out.

Hey everyone 15/m here. Well as you can tell from my title, I just lost a special friend of mine. We used to go out for 3 1/2 months 'til she broke up with me and we've been pretty good friends since then, 'til today. All of this started cause I sent her a text message saying I had sex with another girl, but I really didnt. I just wanted to get an honest reaction from her. And of course she got mad...real mad this time. *sigh* If I knew this would have happened, I would never had done it. I talked to her about it tonight and the end result was that she didn't want anything to do with me, ANYTHING. So I told her if she really wanted it to be that way, I would get rid of all my contacts with her, and I did. I went from maybe getting back together with her(heavy emphasis on maybe), to being absolutely nothing in her life. She just means so much to me that I don't want to lose her, I still wanna marry her if I could. I love her, but I don't think she has any for me anymore. I basically cried my heart out again. Does anybody know what I could do to get her back? I don't wanna lose my angel. ='( Help me please...Life is meaningless to me right now without her.
All right. Here are my suggestions. One: send her some flowers and a nice note because you really messed up. Two: give her some space for a little while because she has to mull it over. You have broken her trust of you because you told a heinous lie. It takes a lot of time to forgive someone for that breach. Do everything you can to let her know that you will never lie to her again. Joining the choir at school is a great idea. You might try finding a store that has karaoke. It provides you with the music and words, and you sing. You can get disks and machines at Wal-mart. They can be expensive or inexpensive. You can probably also join the choir at church. Tell your parents your interested, and they might be able to help.

I would buy a jar of mild and mix it with the extra spicy. If you are on fire right now, milk usually helps ease the heat and your stomach.

As far back as I can remember I have seen things that weren't there(i.e. people, birds and dogs nothing inanimate). These things never talk, they don't scare me or interact with me. I have never told anyone about this before so I don't know if anyone else sees these. I know this is some sort of mental thing, but does anyone have any idea what this actually is? You could have schizophrenia. You could innocently ask someone if they see a dog; they probably wouldn't freak out. Then follow up with oh he must have run away.
Are you taking any medicine that might cause you to aberrations like invisible things or things caught out of the corner of your eye?
I would suggest seeing a doctor. The only danger about seeing these things is if you try to avoid them while driving or performing some other dangerous task and hurt yourself. I would not worry too much, but telling someone may help you out in the future.

Is it true that eating junk food can cause pimples?
Well, the jury is still out on that. At least try drinking more water because it helps get the impurities out of your body (and your skin). I think touching your face a lot can be more of a problem than junk food. The biggest problem I had with pimples is when I worry or am on my period.

Talk to your mom about when you think you should have a bra. I had mine in 4th grade so I was like 10 or so. I don't know that bras help you get boyfriend, but right now you are too young for boys. Boys are fun to look at, but there is a whole host of things that need to be considered.
There is nothing wrong with a trainer bra or a sports bra. You absolutely need to be sure to get the correct fitting bra or you can have back problems. There are many different types, and your mom or a female adult can help you decide. Somtimes it is trial and error. I used to wear elastic, then I changed to underwire, and now I like slick comfortable ones. There are also bras to wear with different items such as tank tops or dresses. I cant decide between staying in dance (which ive been in for 11 years) ONLY, or doing sports. If I do sports I'd be doing water polo, swimming, track, and maybe the dance team at my school. Popular isn't the only important thing in the world. If you really enjoy dance that much, stay in it. Whatever you do, do it the best you know how. ON the oher hand it is hard to try new things sometimes, but it can pay off. Take a sheet of paper and list the pros and cons of taking dance and doing some other sport. Think about which one seems right. You will have to decide on your own.

Find new friends. They are going the wrong way down the wrong path. They don't even realize how boring they have become with their new obsession.
