chaos answered Thursday July 8 2004, 8:33 am: If you can, tell your parents. They won't be happy, but they are on your side. The first step is admitting you have a problem. None of getting rid of an addiction is easy, you are going to need help from everyone. Call Alcoholics Anonymous ([Link](Mouse over link to see full location) they can help you get started.
Sometimes things get worse before they get better, so the best time to start the end is now. [ chaos's advice column | Ask chaos A Question ]

XxSmileyChickxX answered Tuesday July 6 2004, 10:12 pm: Well if you think you are addicted to alcohol then go to AA(Alcoholic Anonamous). My mom went there and she has been sober for 9months now. So I think you should look for some AA meetings that are near by you.

AsK_LaNi answered Tuesday July 6 2004, 9:02 pm: well you've taken the first step in admitting you might have a problem, and the second step, asking for help. if i were you, i'd tell your parents. they might take it hard, but in the end its best if they know, so they can support you. then they can get rid of all the alcohol in the house. if you keep getting it elsewhere, then i would admit myself into a rehab. center. i really hope things work out for you!
thankz for your time and please feel free to ask me about anything in the future :)
Katie_61890 answered Tuesday July 6 2004, 7:55 pm: You definily need to get some help! Its not good for you and it makes you so un-healthy! You have to go to an adult, hopefully it is your parents. You might think that they will go crazy but they might not for being responsible to confront them with this and trying to improve yourself. Dont even try to go to guidence because they are going to have to notify your parents any way. So be responsible tell them you have to get some help to quit, and be responsible for your actions, drinking @ 16! Being an alcoholic changes everything in your life especially in the future. It can also get you killed. If you respect yourself you will do something about and if you respect the people around you, you will do something about it. You have already done enough damage at such a young age.Do the right thing! [ Katie_61890's advice column | Ask Katie_61890 A Question ]
lovinyouzzforeva! answered Tuesday July 6 2004, 6:36 pm: hey hun,
uhoh, you need help, fast!
yes, u mite get in trouble for underage drinking, but if you keep on drinking addictivly (yes, i do think u are addicted) you liver will liquify-no joke and you'll die. go to a support group, the people there know how to tame your cravings, also, substitute drinking with somthing else.
