my dad almost killed me, i wont go near him any more. im so scared! he came at me because i threw his glasses on the floor. he kicked me hit me and pulled my hair! oh yeah i did have a knife but i therw it on the table and ran!
im so scared what should i do?

it could be bad for your teeth. mabey cut down drinking soda to 1 a week, then 2 a month until you're not so much addicted.

Im 16/f and i think im addicted to alcohol...whenever i see it i must have one...its really bad....ive been drinking for abotu two years now...and im always safe about it..i just ALWAYS want it...like if my rents go out for 15 minutes im in the cabinet taking out vodka...i really dont know what to do... talk to a school counseler,parent, or get an appointment with a counseler. if that don't work i don't know what will. hope this helps~Amy Belle

okay so i was in a chat room and out of no where this guy asked me to cyber. i said no cuz i didn't even know him. well he started saying shit anyway and i was just about to say shut up to him and block him when my mom walked up behind me. well she read what he said and now i'm grounded for two weeks! but i didn't even do anything and i tried to explain that to her! what should i do!! first of all try talking to your mom again, if that don't work write her a note telling her the whole story. it worked for my bff so it should work for u.
