Okay, I have a problem.
I have a dance performance on the 17 and 18 of June, I normally get my period on the 15th. I have researched tampons and the pros and cons but the problem is they(tampax.com) say that when you start to wear tampons you should just wear the ones for lighter days. That sucks because my period is normally really heavy and the preformance is from 5:30 to about 12:00 both nights. There is only one bathroom and its normally filled during recital nights. I have my dressing room with about 60 other girls and there is no possible way I could wear pads with my costumes, one I have too many white outfits and two I move around too much on stage. I can't have the pad go flinging out. That would be disgusting.
So the question is, is it okay to try wearing tampons for heavier flo on my first time?
Yes, I have tried tampons before and it always feels uncomfortable because i'm not use to having string stick out of my vagina but I would go with the discomfort for my dance. (link)

okay tampons are not bad at all. if your period is heavy try Tampax PEARL and get super or super plus if its really heavy (pearls are comfortable and they are good for people who are not use to having a tampon up there) and if you can with the tampon wear a panty liner and i dont' know if your wearing a thong with the costumes but they make panty liners for thongs too and those are for the just in case. and insert the tampon before you leave for the recital but long enough for you to know if it's comfortable or not. if its not take it out which might hurt if its not used and try again.. it sounds weird but it takes practice. you could wear your tampon for the whole recital but the 61/2 hours is really pushing the limit. if you can after 4 hours try to change it tell the poeple in the line its an emergency and if they don't want blood flowing everywhere they would get out of your way! lol oh and check before you go on stage (exspecially with the white costumes) if you leaked or not you don't want everyone to know its the time of the month

Ok well me and this guy have been best friends since the 6th grade… im in the 10th now… We used to be so close… Everything we did was with each other and talked about everything… Well one day I get a letter from him (we used t write each other like every class) saying I think Im starting to like u again… I was like woah what do u mean again and I was so confused… Well we talked and he asked me out and I said yes… But going out with him was like umm dating a brother… And I broke up with him… He was so heart broken… But after that it was never the same… We never ended up being the same and it got worse and worse… We practically only say hi and bye now… Bu one day I was going through his folder and I found my pictures in the back flap of his folder and a four page letter saying how hurt he was and everything was about me… But its one of those notes that ur pretty much writing to ur self… And I was reading it and I was crying… But the other day I saw a picture of him and it brought every feeling I have ever felt for him back.. Well im 16 and lately I have been feeling really lethargic and sad. I have cried pretty much every single day or I have been in a bad mood and didnt want to do anything. I can never fall asleep at night and when I wake up in the morning I am still tired and want to go back to bed. I took some tests online and one of them said that "The likelihood that you have major or clinical depression is high." and I took a few more and they pretty much said it was high. But I cant tell my mom or step dad about it because they will tell me im fine like they always do. They will say im just overreacting and its not a big deal. But I have been feeling like this for the past year or so, not constantly but it just gets bad sometimes. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do? (link)

well see your doctor about depression and see what he/she says and if you do come to have depression your parents might be there for you. don't rely on the tests online.

if the new shaving cream or razor doesn't work there is nothing really do to instead of wax which lasts longer then shaving but can cause a load of pain depends who you are shaving (depending on the person ) can last from 12 hours to 2 weeks i know it blows but what can you do ?!
