latinagurl256 answered Friday August 27 2004, 9:29 pm: Dear "keep legs smoother,"
You should use Nair. It really works. Instead of cutting the hair from the surface of your skin like shaving does it removes the root of the hair. So even if it does start growing it won't show because it hasn't reached the surface of your skin yet.
uhohitsholli answered Friday August 27 2004, 7:02 pm: well for one thing your shaving too often. maybe skip a few days (on a weekend or something when you arent at school?) and then shave them. the more time between shaves the longer it stays smooth! hope i helped! SiLenTxfAiRy answered Friday August 27 2004, 6:05 pm: try waxing them..it doesnt hurt that badly! but if your not into that, ive heard from friends that the vieve or w/e..the cream you put on your legs then use a plastic kinda like razor works pretty well! also, there are plenty of lotions out there you can put on your legs, Jergens has a few out there that makes hair less visable and thinner. it works very well!
Ask_Anything answered Friday August 27 2004, 4:17 pm: well everyone's hair growth is different. either you have a very short hair growth [[might not be the cause]] or you might be shaving while you have goose bumps. ive heard if you shave when you have them, that once they go away you'll still have some hair. if this is the case- warm up your legs before shaving. but if thats not it- try using a brand new razor head and try to shave not too hard- but enough so all the hair is gone on top. use a lotion after to stay moistuized. and if nothing helps- wax your legs! i did it for a while, and it didnt give me any pain at all [although everyone is different], i just got sick of waiting for appointments =]. hope one of my tricks helped -ask_anything [ Ask_Anything's advice column | Ask Ask_Anything A Question ]
xxoBriannax answered Friday August 27 2004, 4:11 pm: The hair on your legs grow like right when you get out of the shower because they are cold. But anyways, I suppose you put lotion on them. Good luck.
Mackenzie answered Friday August 27 2004, 4:10 pm: All I can suggest to you is using shaving gel. Make shoRe you always have a fResh RazoR, and neveR eveR dRy shave! AfteRwaRds, apply lotion. If this doesn't help the situation, I'd say tRy testing out some new shaving gel and/oR RazoRs. Best of luck!! Hope I helped!! [ Mackenzie's advice column | Ask Mackenzie A Question ]
SoFtxoLiPs answered Friday August 27 2004, 3:42 pm: if the new shaving cream or razor doesn't work there is nothing really do to instead of wax which lasts longer then shaving but can cause a load of pain depends who you are shaving (depending on the person ) can last from 12 hours to 2 weeks i know it blows but what can you do ?! Karen answered Thursday August 26 2004, 10:59 pm: If you have a dull razor, then that's why it's causing your leg hairs to be all prickily. Just change the razor once a while and buy some shaving gel that says your legs will stay smooth longer. Hope I helped :) [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]
