ok im almost 15 and i only have a 34A... i hate it. I heard that if you sleep with no bra on at night your boobs will grow faster because the bra isnt there... but i dont know... and i also herad that moving your arms in circular motion everyday will also increase the size... my mom has big boobs.. why cant i!!!!?

No, your breasts do not get deformed if you sleep without a bra, I recommend sleeping WITHOUT one because it just lets them be free for a night :)
But anyways, none of that junk will make them bigger. REMEMBER, our boobs keep growing into our 20s!

You are young yet my friend. You may have them very soon. I cannot sleep with a bra on. It won't hurt to sleep in it, but you would feel a whole lot better. Moving your arms in a circular motion won't help. You can try doing ab crunches to help support your upper body, but it really doesn't make that much difference. Be patient. They grow for a long time.

there is absolutely nothing you can do to make them grow faster natrually (plastic surgry)
all your pubic growing is controled by something in your brain called the pitutary gland, and there's nothing you can do to hurry it up... your body works at its own pace. i'm sure you'll be happy with them in time.

Hahahaha,unfortunately,none of those old wives tales we all hear work!!There are no miracle creams or exercises!You're simply dealt what you're dealt!You're only 15,and a womans breasts don't stop growing until somewhere between the ages of 21-24,so you still have plenty of time.Different people will tell you different ages when you should supposedly have reached as big as you're gonna get,but truth be told,it varies.Some people are early bloomers,and some are late.As far as your mom,just because she has large breasts doesn't necessarily mean you will!You may take after the women on your father's side of the family or something.But the real trick?Being happy with what you've got,accepting yourself,seeing your own beauty,and realizing it's not all about the outside!I know,I sound like a Hallmark card or a really bad after school special here,lol,but it's the truth!!:)

HA I FEEL YOUR PAIN! I'm 15 as well and i'm a 36A... I know how it is! But the worst thing is! theres nothing you can do :( I know i hate that too! But it is good for you to sleep with no bra on... it lets them breath.. lol :) But ya got to slowly get comfortable with your size... its takin me a long time too! Dont worry there is a girl thats way smaller!!! in time you will be busty... if not thats when breast inplants come in :) hehe

if ur mom does u prolly will eventualy get them but i would beleave the part about the sleeping with no bra but the moveing ur arms in a circular motion that wont make ur boobs grow it will make the muscles under them go bigger to give them the apperance of being bigger which is all good for lucks but if anyone trys to touch them it would be kinda odd and plus it wouldn't help u that much of very fast for sure if u wern't even useing weights

hy hun, sorry, wearing a bra or not, it only supports all 34A of you. When you moves oyu arm in a circular motion, it doesnt exactly increase the size, but it builds up your pectoral muscles and makes you, erm, how do u say it..? firmer? =D There's no wonder food that'll work like a chia pet on your boobs, but there are pills, be aware though, they make you jitterey, and some are inaffective. Also, it's not always genes wether u egt breasts or not, you're still growing, and if u get implants before you've full developed, you'll just have the opposite problem: too big of breasts!
