you need the minerals and your body will hold all the fat from the smallest things that you eat. Work out, drink alot of water and eat healthier food. Thats how to lose weight the right way. Never stop eating because it will backfire badly. trust me.

Okay well then.. im beginning to think that my boyfriend is likin` this other girl.. My boyfriend's name is john, and the other girl is named Lily. They're in the same group (hang out group) they hang out w/ the same people somethin` called the "JAW 4L'S." and Lily is John's bestfriend's ex girlfriend. Winston (johns bestfriend) & john act all nice to lily. Lily's nick name is "lee lur" on her myspace or whatever.. but shes also my friend too.. not js the JAW 4L's. She got into his myspace and "hacked" him or whatever you call it.. and she put on his heading "i love lee lur :]" He's been actin` strange lately.. and then he told lily that he loved her.. (but im not if he meant it.. or as a friend), shes number one of his top, im not sure if she put her there, or he did it, and js last night, he told me that he wasnt gonna call me that night... im soo worried out of my mind.. =T

Did you ever think that maybe she didn't do it? How would she know his pw? Unless he told her! Maybe he's cheating on you! But maybe she's just jelous that you get him, but she likes him too.
The best way to figure this out is to ask him what's up and ask him about his myspace thing. Tell him that it's over if you find out that he his really cheating! You sound like a nice person, and you don't deserve to be treated that way!

You say something disturbing here ("...he claims...")that says you don't believe what he is telling you.
He is telling you the truth. You know the feeling you get when you have had multiple orgasms and your clitoris is incredibly sensitive and you don't want ANYTHING to touch it because it hurts it is so sensitive? Same thing for a guy after he reaches climax.

this is a question about losing weight and getting a better body. i know there are a lot of questions like this already, but mine is kind of different. I know what to eat and how to exercise, but my problem is I have NO WILLPOWER! i don't know why but whenever i see chocolate or chips or anything in front of me I literally cant not eat it! i don't know what to do, and it's hard to make myself go to the gym. Please help, i need tips for good food choices, like how to say no to myself and not eat something. I also need tips for how to stay active wihout it feeling like intense exercise. well... first of all, you have to tell yourself that you can have some of what you want but in moderation. You can only eat a little of the food. I used to think i didnt have any will power, but once you really want to lose weight, and start working out it will get you in the mood to work out. Once you do it yopu will honestly feel really good after and want to do it more. Some exercises are just doing crunches and jumping rope. Rent a disc set called turbo jam. Ive been doin a DVD a night and ive already lost like 5lbs in about 1 week and a half. i hoper you take my advice because you will see results. Also, join a sport and do something you like, its easy exercise because you dont even think about it.

I stumbled across this site by accident. I seriously doubt many of you have the qualifications to give real people proper advice. After reading some of your responses to people's inquiries i was quite astonished as to how teenagers find they are able to give quality advice and information to real people in need with such little life experience. If you ask me you are not in a place to give your "personal opinion" when people truly believe you are giving them the right answer simply because you claim "people think i give really good advice". (eg. i am still at a loss as to how a 17 year old girl thinks she can give advice to someone regarding conceiving a child) I know you try to come across as a "godsend" to poeple who are in some sort of personal crisis and need a fast easy answer but the truth is, in the cases where it really counts, there rarely is one; at least not from you. there's this kid. he's in 2 of my classes (we're both freshmen) he's cute and everything.. but idk if i really like him yet. well, a while ago we worked on a project together & kind of talked. my friend heard him talking about me, saying that i never talk. which is untrue but seems to happen a lot with me. yes, i'm quiet in school, around people i don't know very well. i don't raise my hand a lot in those classes, and for the project i hardly talked to him. i'm shy, not mute. well first of all, why would he care? ok anyway.. i have his sn on my buddy list and the other day my friend imed him.. First of all, since you're shy, start off with a hi in the hallways and whats up. Just simple talk and then you might start to feel more comfortable talking to him online and stuff. Once you start talking and him if he wants to do something like hangout somewhere. hope it helps..

I think that if you like him, write him a note telling him that you like him and see if he wants to do something, but add that you dont want it to be awkward. If he doesnt want to dont get all upset, and tell him you wont get upset so that he'll be honest. And say if it doesnt work out you can just be friends.....

basically they wax most of the hair but the part above your 'vajayjay' in the shape of a heart, so that the heart shape is like the trimmed hair

well i live in texas, i was born and raised in texas, and i can guarantee you that the guys down here don't just love skinny ass girls. i like my women to have some meat on their bones heck sometimes i like them to be big girls based on how i feel. but i digress:

hi. i'm a guy and i'm eighteen. okay, let's being w/some background information...
there's this girl i met thru my friend. she found me on myspace and added me. then like as soon as i accepted she left me a comment. so we started talking thru there and i asked for her s/n. we chatted on there for a long time [two hours or so] and she asked me for my number. about two days later she calls me and we have a two hour phone conversation. nothing in particular, just talking. before i was about to hang up, she asked me to call her early in the morning to wake her up, so i did. [she's been asking me for these wake up calls since then, btw.]
the next day, my friend messages me saying 'are you trying to get w/_____ b/c you know that i like her, riiight?!' i don't really know my feelings toward her, she's cute and has a great personality, so i guess some feelings are there. i'm just not really sure what i should do about this, he's my friend but i have a strong feeling that this girl has feeling towards me. what should i do? i don't want to lose a friend, but i don't want to break a girl's heart. i need your advice! You seem very close to this girl. Have you met her before? If you've never seen her, it's best you just be friends with her. If she never seen you in PERSON, then she probably has feelings towards your friend. If you haven't seen her, tell her to meet you somewhere and you can see her. But if your friend says stay away from her, best to just talk on the computer and phone. You don't want a girl getting in the way, so you have two choices. A) Meet her and telling your friend your only friends...you might change your mind. B) Just talk to her as friends, and don't test your friend.

Take a shower at night. Blow try it and then straighten it with hot heat with a good curling iron...remember, cheap curling irons don't work on any hair, really. Use a curling iron that's product price is beyond at least $25.00
When you sleep, put you hair in a light ponytail...don't worry about the dent. When you wake up, straighten your hair again, and it should work.

okay so i'm going to this new school soon. but the grade you're going to in that school dependse on the age. (now i am going to a school were they don't have that arrangement) so i am 15 years old. in what grade am i going now?
my friend said maby 9th or 10th grade. i turned 15 in 8th grade and now i'm in 9th grade.
so in schools were it dependse on the age in what grade are you when you're 15? i am turning 16 in about 2 month so i'm almost 16. this is confusing me

Yes, it depends on your age, but you should of included your birthday. Your schools do it by birthday and age...by a certain month, it depends which grade you go in. For here in Colorado, your birthday must be before September 18th or so and you get in. If you aren't, then you have to wait a year. Ask your mom about that. Your going to turn 16 in two months...well, I'm thinking you will be in 10th grade because you'll be way to old if you were going to be going into 9th grade. I'm only 14 and I'm going into the 9th grade soon, so you'll be going into the 10th...time to drive! :)

Tell her in a nice, simple way. Think if partially positive, she thinks your her role model, or she's there to piss you off...I hate it when that happens! My friend does it all the time, but I just don't have the heart to tel her. But he honest with her, tell her can she at least buy some things from other places and not have everything you have. Tell her she can keep her nano and her razr, but not her hair like yours...and stay away from stores you like.

well, first of all, never let a friend slide away.If she is your best friend and a true one, she will listen to you and tell her that she is growing apart and that you dont want things to change. i dont know what i would do without my best friend so you just have to talk to her. tell her it is hurting you to see her going away and ask her why she thinks its happening.
