ok well im a f/14
yes im 5'1 an way 120
i don't look fat well i have some meat but im not like a sumo restler
but when i turn 16 i'm going to star modeling because that is my dream ya know . anyway i want to get skinnier
does anyone have any tips
i tried starving myself for a week and when i felt i was going to faint i ate a cheese cube (yes i know crazy but im desperate) any help??

you know if you starve yourself, your brain thinks there is a famine going on, so it sends messages to your stomach to absorb and store more fat when you do eat something. So you gain weight.

Secondly, if you do starve yourself, then when you do eat, you are more likely to indulge in fatty foods.

So starving yourself will get you nowhere.

You need to make a healthy eating plan and stick to it. Get the book *i can make you tihn by Paul Mckenna.
There are loads of good tips in that book or even better, watch his show. It really will help.

Anyways, starving is for wafflefaces.
We don't want to be one of those, now do we?
Just eat fruits and crap.

Starving yourself doesn't make you any skinnier, really. It just makes you unhealthy and that's a form of an eating disorder.

The healthy way to lose weight, is to exercise daily, for a few hours. Join a sport, run around your neighborhood, do a hundred sit ups a day, anything. Also, eat healthy. Fruits and vegetables. Drink milk or orange juice every morning to keep you strong. Eat three meals every day, and try not to snack too much. Avoid junk foods. Make sure you eat meat, vegetables, and all that good stuff haha. If you don't want to join a sport, try signing up for the gym.

DON'T starve yourself...even for a week! It slows down your metabolism making it harder to actually lose weight. Plus, if you get into the habit it becomes an eating disorder that will ruin your life. 120 is NOT that much. I'd say to be in the skinny skinny range you'd have to lose about 10-15 pounds for your height. But more towards 10 please! You still want some curves. ha. Eat healthy (Cut all the junk food out) Like Chips, etc. And eat a few small meals a day..for example eat breakfast! It speeds up your metabolism. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. AND MORE IMPORTANTLY excercise!

What you eat is only half the issue when you're trying to be thinner. The other half (and more important) is exercise and burning off calories. If you run every day or dance or something like that, you can usually eat what you want as long as it is healthy and still have a great body. Please don't starve yourself, its not worth it. NEVER STOP EATING!!!!
you need the minerals and your body will hold all the fat from the smallest things that you eat. Work out, drink alot of water and eat healthier food. Thats how to lose weight the right way. Never stop eating because it will backfire badly. trust me.

DON:T STOP EATING
that's crazy, when you stop eating enough your body goes into starvation mode and doesn't burn calories, therefore you are torturing yourself and also not losing weight.
If you want to lose weight, go by these rules and you definitely will:
1. no junkfood and soda (if you are a chocolate lover like me, have 1 tiny square a day so you don't go crazy with cravings)
2. stay away from fried food- no fried chicken, french fries, fish and chips
3. when you are choosing what meat to eat, go with lean white meat chicken and turkey, fish, or pork, and stay away from beef and steak
4. eat atleast 2 servings of fruits and vegetables a day
5. DON"T overeat- do everything in moderation
6. stop when you're full
7. always eat breakfast-even if you're not hungry, it's your metabolism going therefore making you burn lots more calories throughout the day
8. get enough sleep-8 hours
9. EXERCISE! a lot
