I`ve only had my period twice ( I got it about 3 months ago ) My mom bought me some tampons, but I thought you were supposed to wait like a year to use them. I hate wearing pads but i don`t know how to use a tampon. If you could tell me how or when I should start I`ll rate high. (link)

Okay my boyfriend and I had sex a couple of times. I was a virgin when we first had sex. Okay, it hurt when it first went in then after awhile it stopped. The next day there wasn't any blood. None of the times we had sex there was no blood, so what does this mean my cherry didn't pop, or if he does it harder will I bleed? (link)

The very best tip is to make sure she gets prenatal care as soon as possible. Her doctor will let her know if there is anything she should avoid.
Most women like to be pampered as of they can't do a thing. That is simply not true. She can more than likely do whatever she wants to do so long as she is comfortable.
I'm sure she will have a lot of emotional ups and downs. Just be there for her to lean on. You'll probably be doing a lot of listening. :)

I have thin hair about a bit past my shoulder and I was wondering if curlers...or rollers, I don't know what they are called, would work for my hair. Also what size should I get. I'm not talking curling iron but you know, hair rollers. Does anyone know any good brands of them also, and if I should use any hair products in my hair when I use them? (link)

It has been ions since I was anywhere near a roller, but I can help a little.
If your hair curls pretty easily they will work great. If you have straight stringy hair...don't bother. The curl won't stay long.
The brand doesn't matter...get whats cheap.
The bigger the roller, the less curl. If you want small curls get small rollers. If you want waves or just want to add body use larger ones.
I never used...or let me rephrase that, MY MOM never used anything with them and my hair curled like crazy (I wanted straight hair!).

I'm 17/F and I need advice concerning my boyfriend. We have been together about 2 months now and things have been up and down between us, but we are head over heels in love with eachother. We occasionally have our fights over petty things, but we always make up and I am very happy being with him. Well recently things were even more amazing than usual and we hadn't fought like we usually would. Well it seems like everyone is out to break us up. I had my ex boyfriend trying to tell him that I cheated on him, and then I had guys that used to be friends with him telling me he cheated on me. Everyone was trying to get us to break apart and the underlying reason was crystal clear to me: They wanted us to break up so that I would be single so they could make their move on me. All of them mentioned how they could "treat me better" and all that bullshit. I truly love my boyfriend and I would NEVER cheat on him. But the one area that I always stumble into in all the relationships I've been in is trust. I'm naturally not a very trusting person. And I definently don't trust my boyfriend that much. I trust he would never cheat on me, but when he tells me something I don't trust his word on it. He makes up white lies all the time and exaggerates alot. I have no problem with this really, because I can be a fibber at times as well. But the problem I do have is that he is VERY secretive about his serious issues in his life. Like his family especially. He only lets me know bits and pieces about his family issues. He lives with his mom and his step-dad. I know ALOT about this family. I've met them and I know all of them really well. But his real dad I don't know much about and he doesn't tell me much. His real dad he is not allowed to see because his mom doesn't want him around him, so she told my boyfriend that if she caught him going up there to see him she would send him to military school. So he secretly keeps in contact with him and visits him only about twice a year. He said he won't tell me much about it because the last girl he was with threatened to tell on him to his mom once and she almost got him caught and he said he wants to keep certain things to himself. And I understand that. I'm the same way. But he is double-sided. If I keep something to myself and I am upset about it, he will get PISSED if I don't tell him all the details. And just last night I was hanging out with him and his mom called his cell demanding him to get his ass home or she would call the cops. He had just got off work and it was around 12:30 when we drove back to his house. His mom and step dad were pissed because he "hadn't done his laundry" and he was out late, when he doesn't have a curfew on the weekends! So that didn't at all make sense to me. Well he pulled up at his house and his step dad was standing in the front lawn. He gave me a kiss goodnight and the minute he opened the car door to get out, his step dad reached his hand into the car, grabbed my boyfriend by the hair and threw him onto the front lawn and started punching him and kicking in his ribs and face! I immediately got out of my car and ran over there. His step dad was punching him and cussing him out and my boyfriend was on the ground screaming, "I didn't do anything wrong! STOP!" Well I started screaming at his dad to stop fucking beating him up and he looked at me and briefly stopped and told me to get in my fucking car and get the hell out of there or something will happen. I stood there not wanting to leave, but my boyfriends uncle gently pushed me toward my car and told me to leave quickly. The whole night I couldn't sleep or eat and I was crying all night and morning because I was afraid they found out he went to see his real dad and they were going to send him away. And I was also afraid my boyfriend would decide to move 2 hours away to get away from them. Well I finally got to see my boyfriend around 10:30 and his face was all cut up, his ear cartilage was torn, his back was covered in welts and so was his neck and chest, and his head had a HUGE bump on it. He told me his step dad called the cops on him because he punched him and busted his nose. (His dad had continued beating the shit out of him for 15 minutes straight after I left and drug him by his hair up the stairs so my boyfriend got up and punched him in the face). Well when I asked why his dad did this he said he would tell me later. Then he told me later that he couldn't tell me because it was a "family issue" and it didn't concern me and it was something real serious, and he was told not to talk to anyone about it. Well I was upset that he wouldn't tell me, but I wasn't going to press it. Well later that night he told me the reason was because he "missed curfew", "kept having people over without permission", and "wasn't checking in with them enough". I know it was a lie. I can tell when he lies and he was lying to me. But I wasn't going to add stress by bringing it up. So is there any way that I can get my boyfriend to open up to me? I understand people need there privacy and some thing kept to themselves, but there are certain things I think I should be entitled to knowing since I am his girlfriend, and since he expects me to tell him about my serious issues as well. Give it some time. 2 months seems long but it sounds like he is in a situation where if the wrong thing is said then he is in for a really rough time of it.
Trust is very important in a lasting relationship. I hope once you have been around a little longer he will trust you more. Then again, he has been around his mom all his life and look what she makes him live with. You may just have to be a little more understanding with him than your "regular" guy.
Ask him about things. Tell him there is no need to lie to you about it. Let him know of he doesn't want to discuss it, just say so without lying about it. He will either come around or he won't. I would give it a little more time before giving up entirely.
By the way, next time get in your car and then call the cops. There is no reason for him to have to put up with what he does. You don't need to tell him you called and I don't think they will tell if you request them not to. Most of all, keep yourself safe in those situations. :)

I know you can get them from msn messenger website. But then, I haven't figured out how to get them on the hotmail. I doubt they would work on another mail program.

Seems to me you did all you could. Some may have been saved if they had let you replant, which you offered to do.

I have gym first period this year...ouch!! I use Smooth and Dri Deoderant now and it doesn't keep me from sweating in class or in gym class. My mom says my expectations are all wrong and that no deoderant can keep you from sweating in gym. Is she right?? I need help!!! I heard of Certain Dri. Can that help me in gym? (link)

It may help with odor and it may keep you from sweating as much. Deodorant mostly helps with sweat odor. Anti perspirant helps keep you dry. But even those will have a problem in gym class. I wouldn't worry over much about it though, the rest of the class will be having the same problem. :)

Well recently i got about 3 tattoo's and im 14. All of my friends got them too. i live with my mom and she was completly okay with them. Somehow, my dad found out about them. He foundout the name of the guy who did them, and where he lives. He told me he was going to have him arrested. If i am ever the reason somebody gets sent to jail i dont know what i would do. i feel so bad i just wanna die! what should i do!? (link)

If mom gave permission then there is not much he can do about it. Especially since she has custody of you. Dad may not like it, but he won't get far trying to send someone to jail. :)

I have reacently posted on here about my boyfriend kissing my bestfriend the day before me and him went out. Well my best friend called her cousin. Her cousin told me that when me and Chris (boyfriend)hooked up Diana (best friend) was crying. I did talk to her about it and she did say that she was crying because she was up-set and thought that Chirs really liked her. He was telling me a WHOLE different storie. He was telling me that none of that was ture. That he never kissed her or said that he liked her... I dont know who to believe. What should I do?

In this case I think I would believe the friend. Unless she cries at the drop of a hat I don't know why else she would have been crying over it do you? Maybe it didn't mean anything to him, but obviously she thought there was more to it. :)

Im 15 and my boyfriend is 18. weve been together for almost a year. He was really sweet the first 5 months, but now he has gotten so jealous that we get in fights all the time over it. He doesnt like me talking to guys or even looking at them. He doesnt like me wearing slutty clothes. (he considers skirts slutty) We both work at the same place and when our manager tells me i have to work the drive thru with a boy, he gets so mad at me like i can help it. Ive broken up with him several times hoping that he will change, but everytime i get back with him, an hour later hes right back at it again. Each time i break up he calls me up or comes over telling me how much he loves me and i always take him back. He tells me often that i will NEVER find anyone who will treat me better, and that im lucky to have him!! I told him i dont want to live like this, but he doesnt seem to get it. If i accidentally piss him off he'll go and start flirting or talking to other girls to piss me off. He was like this with his first girlfriend, but it didnt seem to cause problems in their relationship like it has ours. Shes basically the same age as he is, so i dont know if that has anything to do with it. He was very sensitive to her needs, and would hold her if she got upset or mad, but i feel he doesnt care when i get mad. I do know that i dont want to be controlled! well my advice may not be that appreciated!
I suggest you break it off with the guy. He is to possessive and to controlling and that usually means bad news. He has no right getting mad about things that are beyond your control. When you don't do things his way he plays childish games flirting with other girls.
You WILL find someone better out there. Someone who will trust you. Show him the door. :)

I really hate my hair because it is too long and unwieldy to deal with (it reaches around thigh length) and my parents refuse to let me get it cut.
My mother was very close to her aunt, who happened to have extra extra long hair. She died recently, and my mom almost cries whenever I ask her to get it cut. I don't want it ultra short, I just want it around the small of my back or a little shorter than that so that I can manage it better. Currently the only two hairstyles I am able to wear are gigantic chignons and braids.
Even if I mention hair to my parents, my dad fiercely defends my mom and says that I can't get my hair cut, ever. Normally I would just go with a friend and get my hair cut, but I'm afraid of how my mom will react. If I don't do something soon, my hair will be waay too long.
What do you suggest I do? (link)

This is a tough one. You could go with friends and go ahead and cut it...but you know you'll be in for it when you get home!
You know...some people get their hair cut and then let the hair be sent to a place that makes wigs for cancer patients. Your local beauty salon could give you info since most participate.
MAYBE mom would let you get it cut if it was for a good cause? Call around to beauty shops and see what you can find out. Then mom will see how serious you are about it.
You have probably already tried the " but its my hair and I'm the one who has to take care of it" route. That is the best I can come up with. Hair cut for you...Hair for someone who needs it. :)

So ok i had sex um like two weeks ago....Down there is kinda like all red and it looks like someone like burnt the first layer of my skin off.
