okay well my science teacher absolutely hates me and i have no idea why. she picks on me in front of my whole class and is always like well unless you get a's in my class you shouldn't be talking. she gives me 0's on homework just cause i missed half of a question. whenever she says shit to me i usually take my phone out and text my mom. but she only picks on me. i work my ass off in that class. like no joke. i answer all the questions and i pay attention. she e-mails my mom and says i don't do anything and i talk all class. im so sick of it i swear. i went to the counselor with my friend and he said to talk to her. well we didnt want to because shes a bitch. sorry but she is. my mom called he conselor and she said he was going to talk to her but i think shell b even more of a bitch. she always yells at me and everything. i got my grade of 27 points but she doesnt think i try. well whatever what should i do (link)

dont dont get your mom involved to call and "complain" remember, you can't win a fight with your teacher. she controls your grades, not you! so if your mom goes and complains, she'll only hate you more.
that's life, i mean seriously. it's good that you told your mom, but just make sure that they dont get in a fight of some sort. is her birthday coming up? buy her a nice present. like a candle or something. do as MUCH extra credit you can.
don't sit near your friends. you WILL get distracted, and you will talk, no matter how hard you try. go up to your teacher and be like, "hey i noticed i have a __ in this class. is there anything else i can do to bring my grade up?"
and if she doesn't do anything, just don't worry about it. it's just science. it could have been worse, like math (a major subject.)

okay well first off, i think you should forget about your "friend" in a way cause like obviously she's not really your friend if she got mad at you over a guy; get what i'm sayingg.
right well, about the guy, he seems pretty cool cause he wasn't getting all mean about how your friend is "interfering". personally, i think you should just follow your heart.
ask him if he still has feelings for you, and make sure he knows your point of view about the whole "friend getting involved" thing. she's obviously just jealous.
if you go out with him and your friend gets mad, let her. it's not like you were gonna end up marrying her or something cause it was YOUR choice. i mean we all have to deal with problems like this.
then again, think about if you were her. why would you be mad at yourself? (uh.. that sounded weird, but you know what im saying) and just think up questions. then, think about the guy (if you were him). that's the best way to look at any situation.
then, decide what you want to do. i think you should talk to your guy and make sure he still has feelings for you. cause if he doesn't, then you should still say friends with your friend.

the kinds that stay on for an extended period of time cost more, like at sephora.
the body shop and bath and body works' perfumes smell amazingg they have so many and they're pretty inexpensive (if it's just out to dinner, for example)
if you're going to wear perfume for a really nice occasion like a bat mitzvah or something, there's this one perfume from sephora, "nanette lepore" and it's in a pinnk bottle.. my favorite perfume. and it actually stays on.

I usually just wear band shirts and jeans...studded belt or checkers. i have black hair but its natuarally dirty blond...
So i want to wear more stylish clothes...like hottopic or almost anything except for holister or abercrombie. i like american eagle and stuff too. i just dont know what to wear that would go well with my boddy type...any advice? (link)

their shirts and pants fit well if you get the right size. they're pretty comfortable for the most part. some of their jeans shrink thoughh, so i'd suggest dry cleaning them (if you buy them).
those three stores are similar because they have preppy stuff like skirts and dresses as well as 'different' tees. they're inexpensive too.
forever21 is also a great store :] they have cute stuff that's not too overwhelming, i guess is the word i'm looking for. - same with urban outfitters and anthropologie.
you didn't really specificy your body type, like skinny, flat, etc. but tight shirts (not SUPER tight, but enough so that when you pull it down its rouched - makes you look skinnier if that's what you want). if youre a little chubby and short, wear LONG shirts. it makes you look taller and skinnier.

haha actually i saw this layout on other people's advicenators and realized that you can just go to-
see on the side (left) how it says "welcome, _____!" inbox, etc.? go to column settings, and then go to "your space" at the top. (you probably have default on) click "use"
for the colors, i just manually did it at the bottom of the page "column settings"

after you shower, spritz your hair with frizzease curl perfector. then (even though it doesn't say to do this on the bottle, it works GREAT) blowdry it. after, curl it or tease it by blowdrying it using a round brush.
frizzease curl perfector lets your natural curls come through, so even if you brush it or something, the curls won't come out. if you have side bangs like me, it looks kinda dumb cause your bangs are going everywhere, so just make a pouf and hold it in place with bobby pins. (or you can keep your bangs separate from everything and after you did the above steps, just blowdry it)

THeres this guy that ive known (sortof) for a really long time...like we were in the same class way back in fourth grade (im in eighth now and about to graduate)...and i HATED him back then because he was fat and ugly and mean to me...and then in 6th, his locker was next to mine and he was really mean to me. and then LAST year i found out that he LIKED me...and i was like..EW.
So then i went to one of his profile page and right there in the middle it said that i was a 'wannabe' and i was like HELL NO!
so i went off on him over yahoo i/m...and we sorta became friends.
and then i started liking him on and off and on and off...for more than a year...
so now, he keeps trying to talk to me and for some reason, i just hate when he talks to me in person because its all quiet and akward and i hate it.
but my best friend keeps trying to get him to talk to me but i dont know if i even want to...
and in addition to everything else, we're both going to different high schools so i dont know if i even want to deal with the whole thing...

well if you like him, then you should talk to him. i'm a little confused cause if he liked you then why would he say that youre a wannabe?
if you don't wanna deal with the whole thing, just let it go. but he might make a sudden move on you sooner or later before you guys don't see each other next year.
just be prepared. don't be mean to him, be friendly, say hi if he smiles at you. if he says mean stuff to you, tell him to stop. (guys are weird, that's why you can't overreact and do sudden things)

NEED HELP: I am thin and today when I came home from work I changed into a tee-shirt but wore the same pants I wore to work. She asked me as I sat down to eat if I lost weight, and I said no, but this upset me. I said to her that she always tells me I look beautiful. Well, if they think you are losing weight and your not just say that. My friend has the same problem, what i think is, maybe you should ignore that when it comes up and just change the subject. Your not really overreacting, because i would feel the same way if somebody did that to me. One more thing, your friends are right if you weren't eating enough, your mom would tell you to eat more. gap jeans are pretty good. or try buying ONE size smaller than you are so that when they stretch out they're not completely loose.
abercrombie and hollister jeans are pretty tight and don't stretch out easily.
i also really like mavi jeans cause they're comfortable.
tips: after your jeans stretch out, just stick them in the drier and they'll go back to regular size! that way, you won't waste your jeans by like wearing them once and having to stop wearing them cause they stretched out.
skinny jeans don't stretch out.

if you saved your songs in like my documents for example, you can easily move them into itunes by opening itunes and going to file - add file to library and finding the folder where you saved your songs (from limewire or whatever you used to download the songs)

don't listen to what people say.
if people call you a slut, tell them to stop. but you have to be direct. for example if some guy goes up to you laughing saying "ha-ha-ha-ha unofficial class slut" look him dead in the eye and say "stop. it's not funny." and trust me it works. but you have to keep a straight face.
if a group of people you walk by give you a dirty look, smile at them. i swear to god. they'll get so confused and they won't bother you anymore. but all these things have to be REALLY direct. and you have to maintain eye contact.
if you don't want to do the things listed above, just hang out with people who respect you for who you are and what you look like. cause that's all that matters. people are mean, lying animals sometimes.

All I have to say is that what you have just said is a classic problem for a lot of girls. And all it is is Jealousy do NOT let it bother you rememeber; "sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me" Always remember this. okay well im set that my dad is cheating on my mom. these are the things that lead me to beleive that.
1. when we first got our sprint cell phones, he only got me 500 text msgs a month because he said, "if you need to tell/ask someone something, just call them" and stuff like "texting is stupid" "its so pointless" yatta yatta. but i was cool with it. well i went over twice and he said "if oyu go over again, you get your phone taken away" then like yte next day, he texts me and says he got me unlimited and he unblocked texting from his phone, so now HE could text. i was like... okay?? but COOL. then one he was texting like CRAZY and i was just like "who ya text'n" and he was like "NONE OF YOU FREAKIN BUSINESS" and he like, hisd his phone. and he talks on it every night when my moms not home and when i ask, "who ya talkn to?" (real casually) he freaks out and says "WHY DOES IT MATTER?!?!"
2 he says he need to go to the grocerie store and i was like "okay" w/e. and i asked him to get me some peach tea. he was gone for like a hour and a half but i though "oh he's probably buying a bunch of stuff" you know? but he came back and the ONLY thing he had bought was my peach tea... i was like "wow. that took forever. and all you bought was peach tea?" (cause we are like low on food, and i had nothing to eat) and he got all defensive and was like "JUST CHILL OUT, OKAY?"
3 he always talks crap about my mom behind her back. little things that dont even matter. they are pointless. like we are talking about something that has nothing to do with her and he'll bring up somthing bad about her and go on raving about it.
4 he's been late coming home from work lately
5 i know this seems gross, but they never like, kiss or flirt with each other anymore. and im pretty sure they dont have sex. (ew, but a necessity in a relationship)
so idk. what do you guys think? its freaking me out. omggg. and if you think he IS, what do i do????? i am so helpless. do i tell someone. who? do i talk to him about it??? gaww im so lost. ):

well i'd small talk with her. i'd be like "hey whats up?" and stuff and talk about the social studies quiz but not really close stuff like your crush.
talk to her in moderation. like every two days or something. if you all of a sudden start talking to her she might think you guys are best friends again.
or, if you don't want to risk anything at all, just smile at her but don't talk to her. that way, she'll know she can talk to you (small talk) without being too close.

i started my period yesterday
and i wore a pad
but i wasnt happy with that
since a few of my underwears are totally stained
so i got a tampon
and i slept in it
and 1st thing this morning i took it out
and got a pad
and then about 2:30 ish
i got a tampon and put it in
and its sooo much more comfortable than that other tampon [the one im wearing now is a sports one]
and i was wondering what do i do when i have to pee
do i take it out
or pee while im wearing it !?!?! (link)

i would reccomend taking it out before you pee just so you wont have to spend like another hour or w.e with like a peed on tampon
haha just a thought.
and for overnight i would wear a pad just in case you sleep in and cant change it.

[ i am a girl ] okay. i have this one friend names katlyn who cheers with me, and she was literally my best friend. we were insepperatable..but then one day i was over at my other friend kelley's house..and i was talking to katlyn on AIM. kelley said she thought katlyn was hilarious..so she asked for her screen name..i gave it to her. a couple weeks later kelley said she wanted to meet katlyn..and i said sure..no big deal right? so all three of us plan a sleepover last august. after the sleepover, kelley and katlyn talked a lot, but katlyn always assured me she didnt like kelley..or so i thought. months later, me and katlyn went through some friendship problems. it was bad. and during it kelley and katlyn got extremely close..until they planned a sleepover..WITHOUT me. and ever since that day i look at them differently. they put me through a lot of pain.. and now, we finally got it all worked out and we planned an "all three of us" sleepover..but kelley and katlyn also planned something just with them..the night before. i dont know what to do..i guess the only reason i feel soo weird about all this is that if it wasnt for me, kelley and katlyn would have no connection.. how should i handle this? and how can i help forgive them? sorry this is long..but i need the advice..im desperate.

the SAME thing happened with two of my friends! i pretty much stopped talking to them [ not completely, but for the most part ] and let them figure things out.
i dont know if youd want to do that with kelley and katlyn too but you do have other choices.
another choice is: tell them how you feel. be TOTALLY honest. if they were your real friends, they'll understand and this whole thing will be solved. if they keep discluding you, i'd find some new more respectful friends.
do you want to forgive them? you definitely don't have to. it's your choice.

my sister's in college and over the summer she's going to work for a company to gain "experience" so yeah it's definitely a really good idea. you can tell a bunch of people that you were an awesome lawyer's assistant and people would be more willing to hire you as a lawyer because you gained knowledge about what it's like being a lawyer, etc. (also great for your resumee)
i haven't ever been an assistant for a lawyer, but hopefully my answer above helped you?
