Things are getting super super stressful what with school and everything else. Its really taking its toll on me emotionally and even physically. Does anybody have any advice on what I can do to relax and calm down, and to help me not get as stressed as usual?
what helps me is if I set aside a certian amount of time to do hw. I know its hard because you always want to get on the comp. well atleast I do. But if i just get my homework done asap the less stressed I get! But I dont really know your full case So. :D That and a nice hot bath just to relax and just clear your mind. :D

My friend moved out to Colorado a year ago. I'm 15/f and he was my best friend. Yesterday he told me he had sex for the first time. Which is totally different from when he lived here. He never would have done it. I understand that he changed because of the different people. I get that. But, its just the fact that sometimes, when I talk to him online, he's drunk. And alone. When he's sad, he tells me he WANTS to be drunk. I'm afraid I'm going to lose my best friend.

Well theres not much you can do for the kid. since he did move. You just probably need to talk to him while hes sober and tell him how much you really do care for him and that you think somethings going wrong and that he should hang out with a diff crowd or something. i'm sure hes just trying to fit in and thats the cool thing to do around there. Okay well i was walken downtown with my 2 friends today and this druggie/badass was down there and he called over this geeky guy called Josh and all of a sudden he starts beating him up! i was so scared i didnt know what to do.. he almost started to cry and before he left he said im callen aaron (the cop in our town) and my friends r like dont tell him we were here. im afraid hes gunna tell the cop and he'll ask me and somehow it'll get back to the badass and he'll beat the shit outta me .. im a gurl btw and he hits girls and stuff and he like knows how to set up bombs n shit cuz he put a bomb in our school one year.. if the cop does ask me shoudl i say i witnessed it?
Yeah you should if you tell the cop you saw it all the kid could get into some big ass trouble! Girl if he hits you... go down to the police station and he'll get into trouble there... that or a bunch of guys will jump him.. I knew this guy that went to a diff school and he hit a girl and like 12 guys jumped his ass. So just dont be scared. You've got to do something about it!

I've had my period for almost 10 months now and it still doesn't come on the same days or "schedule" or whatever. I don't know when I am going to get it, because it's such a bad frequency. I don't want to leak in school, and I'm always scared that I did leak, and I didn't notice, and like people are laughing behind my back. I just don't know what to do. Well.. when girls first start their periods for sometime its off.. some just jump right in and are right on schedule. But you should carry a purse even if you dont like it.. I hated doing it but i found a purse that matches my little skater girlish taste... and if you dont want to do that, just go to the bathroom like every period or something.. and if its leaking just go to your locker and get a tampon. If the teacher asks why you took so long tell them you had girl problems. also teachers can be stupid about letting people go to the bathroom and if they tell you no then just tell them you're on your period and you have to go... sometimes if you are leaking you'll be able to feel it.. so just kind of pay attention to the feeling down there. alright if you want to spend time with your friends set like days like monday's you'll hang out with them tuesday's you'll spend time with your family wendsdays your boyfriend and thursdays friends and then friday boyfriend and weekends get like all your friends and their boyfriends together to go to a movie or something. I've never been pregnant but i'd say get an abortion i know everyones all ANTI abortion but when you're 15 and have a kid you get looked down upon you are thought of less and you lose a lot of respect for yourself. Unless you think you're ready for a kid I wouldnt do it. best wishes.

I dont really know the answers to your questions really but... he might have just been sleepy. Someone that is also high can play it off really well.. my sister use to get high all the time and you couldnt tell. But the few time i saw my sister high she did stumble over her words a bit. Ok, I'm a 16 year old girl and I've got this really great friend who happens to be a guy. We've been friends for a really long time and he lives right next door to me. Since the Homecoming dance was coming up, I asked him to the dance without thinking. (he's the only guy friend who I know that I'd have a good time with and we've gone to the past couple years' dances together so it seemed only natural that we'd go together again) He agreed to go with me so I thought that everything was ok... so we went and had a great time as always. Nothing interesting happened (we are JUST friends afterall) Later, I found out that he was planning to ask his secret crush out to the dance and now I feel really bad because I hadn't considered this when asking him to the dance. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HE HAD A SECRET CRUSH! Now he refuses to talk to me and won't even let me have half of the pictures from the dance. What do you suggest that I do? I can't take back going to the dance because it's already happened and now his crush hates me!

Alright if the girl does the cutting to a point where shes trying to kill herself... then theres some serious issues there. But i know several people that have anger problems and have no other way to take them out besides releasing all their anger on themselves. Try talking to her. tell her you're worried... but if she snaps... its her job to get the help and you need to step back and let her live her life, i know cutting gets very addicting but thats just how some people deal with their stress. If its to the point of her trying to commite suicide... then i'd say talk to a school consular. best wishes

Okay so i always like to look good. When i walk out the door i have to make sure that i'm dressed nice, my hair looks good, my make-up's alright...i want people to think i'm hot. So i always make sure i do and when i walk out of the house i feel confident. But then if i meet up w/ some girlfriends i'm constantly comparing myself to them. At the end of the day i'm convinced that i look horrible next to them and that makes me feel insecure. Does this happen to anyone else and how can i fix it?
This have never really been an issue with me because i'm not that kind of person. I'm sure you look just as good as they do.. dont worry about what other people think its not a big deal. But if you still think looking "hot" is a priority maybe try finding other friends and see if when you compaire yourself to them whos hotter... that might help... hmmm i'm just throwing answers out... sorry if thats not what you wanted to hear or i didnt help.
