Okay well i was walken downtown with my 2 friends today and this druggie/badass was down there and he called over this geeky guy called Josh and all of a sudden he starts beating him up! i was so scared i didnt know what to do.. he almost started to cry and before he left he said im callen aaron (the cop in our town) and my friends r like dont tell him we were here. im afraid hes gunna tell the cop and he'll ask me and somehow it'll get back to the badass and he'll beat the shit outta me .. im a gurl btw and he hits girls and stuff and he like knows how to set up bombs n shit cuz he put a bomb in our school one year.. if the cop does ask me shoudl i say i witnessed it?

yes but you can tell the cop you don't want to be called as a witness unless absolutly nessisary if it goes to court

I think u should tell them,That guy cant be roaming there hitting people,setting bombs,and doing that kid of bad stuff.Think of it like ur doing a favor to the community .just be VERY careful,try to avoid being discovered,and if the cops dont take him away,explain ur situation,maybe they will help u out with some security stuff.Never walk alone,be careful,even if u dont tell the cop u witness it,u may be the guys next victim.So think about it well,its ur decision.

wow.....thats pretty bad but do whats right knowing that someone it always there to protect you. The right thing is to say u witnessed it and he might try to do something but you'll be ok!

It may be hard for you but, yes. Say yes so he can be locked up and he won't hurt anyone else. If you don't tell your only hurting yourself, and probably more people to come. So no matter how scary it is, tell because you'll know you saved yourself, that boy, and many other people, who have been or will be hurt from that horrible person.

Yeah you should if you tell the cop you saw it all the kid could get into some big ass trouble! Girl if he hits you... go down to the police station and he'll get into trouble there... that or a bunch of guys will jump him.. I knew this guy that went to a diff school and he hit a girl and like 12 guys jumped his ass. So just dont be scared. You've got to do something about it!

Yes, the police's business is to keep people safe, and if you don't say anything, then you are just making it worse. You need to speak up, for your safety and others. Ask them to keep your name anonymous, and if they ask for your name, tell that you'd rather stay anonymous. Unless they already have your name. They shouldn't give out names anyways, where I live, that isn't allowed. You need to tell on him, who cares what he knows how to do. If he's locked up, or in trouble with the law, and he's smart, then he wouldn't risk doing any of that dumb stuff.
