Relaxing? Things are getting super super stressful what with school and everything else. Its really taking its toll on me emotionally and even physically. Does anybody have any advice on what I can do to relax and calm down, and to help me not get as stressed as usual?

well you have alot on your plate and it's is really stressful. (i know the feeling) but what you should do is take some "you time" do some stuf that you like to do for example take a walk read a book just chill. whatever you prefer. just try not to stress yourself out anymore. well i hope that i helped, =* ]
take a nap!!! thats wut i always do and it helps me a little because when i wake up i forget about everything and i sit down and watch some tv or listen to the radio. this should calm you or you probably need to talk about how your feeling with like a close friend or something. hope i helped!!! buh bye!!! ♥ terri!!! ]
ok...im going through the same thing as you are right now...believe me it's hard im having alot of sickness from stress and everything else like that...just try not to let things bother you just take everything calmly and dont get mad at little stuff because believe me it WILL make you deadly sick i've been there and it's rough...maybe you need somebody to talk to like a friend or something...somebody you can open up to a friend or a family member maybe even a parent just open up to them and tell them everyting just get all that off your chest and you should be fine!! Find some lavender-scented room spray and lightly spray your pillow ( not your pillowcase ) with it. Lavender will relax you. :D
Also, time management. Get one of those big dry-erase calendars, and schedule a day to do certain homework assignments. When it's broken down day-by-day, nothing seems as stressful. ]
I have found a website that might help you find something that will work for you.
There are so many things that cause stress. You just can't get rid of them all. But if you have any that you can get rid of do it. :)

what helps me is if I set aside a certian amount of time to do hw. I know its hard because you always want to get on the comp. well atleast I do. But if i just get my homework done asap the less stressed I get! But I dont really know your full case So. :D That and a nice hot bath just to relax and just clear your mind. :D

Thing do get stressful at times.. I have the same problem sometimes with school and work, my best advice is for you to do something nice for yourself... have some what i call(me time- time for yourself) Try a new hobbie, take a realxing bath, or anything that would make you happy justto relax. ~luvlee~ ]
yeah..im one to talk..because i have to work on the same thing..but time management
any free time you have...like a study hall or time in class..use it to do your work/studying.
i dont really know about your situation..but if you come home straight from school...relax for half hour...take a bubble bath..watch tv..then tackle your work.
work for one hour. take a half hour break.
repeat that until you finish.
talk to your teachers..maybe they can give you work earlier so you have time to manage your work ahead of time.
go to the library to do work so you have quiet. i find that when im home alone with none of my little brothers around i get work done a lot faster
make it fun! form a study group with friends
tackle work little by little with a positive attitude

Buy a robot that looks just like you, most likely found at your local robot store, and send him in your place to where ever you were suposed to go. Embed a camera and a mic into this sexy robot and your good to go. You'll be drinking sham-pagin on the beach stress-free!

I must warn you not to bathe with your robot. Everyo other answer involves bathes, but if you do, your robot might malfunction and turn evil and kill a lot of women and children. Also, people might think that you're an alien and shoot you instead of the robot. ]
Any warm liquids help you feel better. If you don't like hot tea, you can heat milk or chocolate milk. It's very soothing for the soul. Also, take a nice warm bath. You can even make it a bubble bath =D.
