Buy a pregnancy test first! You don't want to "come out" as pregnant and then find it was something else. Stress can delay your period, & so can numerous other factors. Know for sure before you do anything.
Then, if you ARE pregnant, just stay calm like you are now, and break it to them, because there's no easy way.

Things are getting super super stressful what with school and everything else. Its really taking its toll on me emotionally and even physically. Does anybody have any advice on what I can do to relax and calm down, and to help me not get as stressed as usual?
Find some lavender-scented room spray and lightly spray your pillow ( not your pillowcase ) with it. Lavender will relax you. :D
Also, time management. Get one of those big dry-erase calendars, and schedule a day to do certain homework assignments. When it's broken down day-by-day, nothing seems as stressful.

What's wrong with me?
My parents think I'm strange and that I have something weird going on with me. "I have weird habits and a weird way of thinking."
Habits as in...counting the number of cracks I've stepped on, the times i circle around something, the seconds im in somewhere and if its not under a certain time then i..feel the need to start over..and then im yelled at when im still doing it ...I dunno. People think I'm retarded X___x I didn't notice that i was doing this stuff... i just do it because...its what i've always been doing..then people pointed it out. Its like ringing the doorbell a couple of times..before entering because..its just..there. I always think about something. I'm afraid of pain. I'm afraid to do P.E. in class. I'm afraid of running..tripping and landing on the ground..seeing blood or having my arm bend the wrong way or having my fingers crushed or having those bent the wrong way. It makes me sick. I don't want to twist my ankle or have a ball hit my face..because it might hit my ear piercings and those might rip out and hurt. I've got glue on eyelashes and I've just recently thought..what if i get the glue in my eye? My eyes will start to water and then i might get eye problems...might have to go see a doctor...and then i get awful images.. I dunno. I always worry a lot. Also.. my little sister was going across the street to a friends house...in my head I heard a loud crash..and had images of her lying in the street covered in blood and...blah. My boyfriend had this safety pin in his mouth...and it was open and for about 20 mins..he was talking with it still in his mouth..and all i could think about is.. what would happen if it cut him...or if he swallowed it and it got stuck..and i couldn't do a thing about it because there was no adult around.. argh. Am I stupid?
It sounds like Obsessive Compulsive Disorder & Anxiety Disorder, talk to your school therapist & then pursue therapy with a licensed psychiatrist. I have mild OCD, and my mother has a moderate case, it doesn't mean you're stupid. You're just wired a little differently, but it's something that can be controlled with treatment.

I've been with this guy for about 9 monthes now. we are not officially together because that is the way i want it. BUT we are exclusive and aren't supposed to be with other people.
I cheated on him friday night. This isn't the first time i did it, but i told him about the other times. After the last one, he told me if i cheated again then we'd be done.

Hey Everyone!
I am an 8th grader and I have satge fright! I get so scared in front of an audience when I have to present something. It's only that way with presentations, but other wise I can go up in front of 30 friends and not get scared. It's only when a teacher is grading me and the room is completely quiet. When I get nervous my whoel bodt starts to shaek, my face turns red, and my voice gets shaky. I have no clue what to do! This up coming week I have liek 5 presentations and I feel like crying! Is there any drug that calms your nerves so you can't get frighten? or is there like a website out there, and don't either bother saying about being prepared or practicing helps because it doesn't! Please help me! : ( Thank-you
Look over the tops of the heads of the audience, that way it looks like you're looking at everyone in that area. ( Old trick I learned from acting class )
Also, stand up straight, and realize that everyone out there has made a mistake, and some of them are probably more scared than you are. If you make a mistake, just recover and keep talking.
The best thing I ever did was stand up straight, shoulders back, and looked confident even if I wasn't.

It's puberty. Very normal, it happens to everyone. Even if you're not emotionally ready for sex, your body still reacts like that. There's really nothing you can do.

Most STD tests are blood tests, however - be sure to ask for a full range test, because otherwise some might be missed. Tests for herpes, genital warts, chlamydia, & gonorrhea are not blood tests - they're either done by taking cultures from the effected area, or a urine test.
Prices of STD tests vary by the area you live in, but each test usually runs between $10 - $40 each. My last HIV test was $15, for example.
Getting the results back can take around two weeks.
As for where to go for the test, consult with either your personal doctor, or your local Planned Parenthood. For other locations, call the National STD Hotline at 1-800-227-8922.

Hmm.. You could try "It's That Simple" by MOP, but that might be too "hard" for some people. Methods of Mayhem's album had some pretty good tracks on it, so check that out, even though it's a few years old.
If hip-hop influenced pop is more your thing, try the UK group Blue, especially their track, "Bubblin'."
