New website. Out with the old, in with the new. There will be some more movies in time. I'm expanding top hat review to more than one site in that site, so I don't have to use many domain names. Is one better than the other in CSS design, or does it depend on the design? I always use classes, and have not really seen the benefits of IDs, so... what _are_ the advantages of using IDs as opposed to classes? (link)

They're both exactly the same, and you can use the same tags in each. I don't know why they both exist.

How can I make some of my pictures Black and White with some parts still colored? Do I need a special editing program? If so, where can I download a trial of it? Thanks :)

ill hook you up with how to do it with photoshop. First you import your picture. Then cut yourself out of it, it doesnt have to be exact though. Paste what you cut out onto another file. Then make the first file grayscale and save it. Re-open it, making sure the import options arent in grayscale. Paste your second (colored you)file back into the new grayscale one. Now you have you in color in front of the b&w flowers. Oops, I think you wanted it the other way around lol. Well follow those directions for the opposite picture. Good luck, I know that was a lot to take in.

That code is right, but just to let you know, if your friends don't have that font on their computer, they won't be able to see that you even changed your font.

I used to use that when I didn't know HTML, it's nice cause you just type in what you want and BAM! Or if you get microsoft office frontpage you could just type what you want in there, and copy the code to the editor.

I've been wanting to know how to put a scroll textbox on my picture. i use paint shop pro 8. the pic i made has a space big enough for a textbox. does anyone know how to do this? (link)

Hmmm, well that's going to require some CSS and an iframe. I haven't used CSS in awhile so you're going to have to look up the code for that. And the iframe , you can see examples of here: http://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_iframe
You need to put the frame over the picture, but that seems sort of difficult. Getting everything aligned and such. And then in the iframe you're going to have to insert a textbox. Then the submit buttons...you have a big project on your hands. ;-)

After the AVG thing scans my computer and in the virus vault and I suppose to delete the files or should I leave it in there? And for norton antivirus say there are some Quarantined Items am I suppose to delete those? Does it delete those virus out of my computer? What should I do? Thanks! (link)

Delete them. They can't run while they're quarantined, but it'll free up some space on your computer.

If you have comcast, go to home.comcast.net, log in, and enable personal web pages (PWP)
Then go to ftp://upload.comcast.net and put your use name and password in. Then use that like a folder. Your URL would be http://home.comcast.net/~(your user name here)/(your file name here)
If you don't have comcast, use another free hosting service like www.bravenet.com

What are some ways you can tell a site is giving you factual information and someone didn't just make it up? Or ways that you can tell the into isn't factual?

How can you save something on the computer can keep it private? Like setting a password or something? Because I want to save my myspace profile because I will be deleting most of it but I want to go on it again in the future. But I don't want my family to know I have a myspace. So how can I keep something on the computer private? Any free programs I can download? (link)

There's a nice tricky, tricky method you can use for this. Go into my computer, local disk (C:), WINDOWS, system32, and in here, name whatever file you want to save something COMPLETELY REDICULOUS like BaWyd045. Now I'm 99.99% sure your parents will never see that, or if they do go into system32, think anything of it. Unless they're crazy programmers that use linux and all that good stuff.

I'm going to guess you're using firefox. If not, don't continue reading! Go up to tools, options, privacy, click clear on history and saved form information.

There's this guy in my History and Math class that's very popular and goodlooking. Recently, he's been acting different around me. Unusually nice. He complimented on my shirt and necklace, and asked how my tutoring was coming along, etc. He's also lately been acting really cocky, but in a playful way. I don't know if he's flirting. Does it seem so? Because I'm confused as to whether I should flirt back. He has a girlfriend, and that might make me look like an asshole (I don't have a crush on him at all, by the way). Also, if he wasn't flirting I would look like an asshole. What do you think I should do? (link)

Yeah, he's flirting with you. If he's a tall statuesque man, he's not going to care how your tutoring is going. So that's definitly a small-talk flirt. But if he has a girlfriend, that makes him a jerk, because he wants to cheat on her! So if I were you I'd giving him a royal caning!
