Q: how can you loose wight without taking a pill..and it is easy and it is kinda short but you do it a lot and it works goood.. ok im 13 and my wight is 195 and im 5'6 and i lift wights and stuff but the doc says that muscle ways more than fat but i wanna no how to loose me belly fat and leg fat quick and fun... sooo plzz help me with wat kind of exersises and suggestings that you have to tell me..thank you

Well all you need to do is workout 5 days out of the week at the same time of the day (important) and just make sure you eat right oh and eat right after you work out(trust me)make sure to drink lots of water.

Well before you say yes think about it and which one you like more because if you say yes to that one guy1 but you like the other guy2 more you'll always be flirting with that guy2 so think about it and if you like that guy1 that is going to ask you out then say yes and respect him and don't flirt too much with the other guy2 you like, because why flirt when you have a boyfriend that you really like.

Q: ok well i think i have social anxiety disorder because when ever people whisper i always thnk there talking bad about me and i always think that im getting negativly judged everywhere i go its weird then i get all self concioncion and then now i never go out and i always think my friends are mad at me and i dont know whats wrong with me...HELP!!

Okay, first off I think you need to RELAX, because some times when people whisper they won't always be talking about you and if they are so what move on and be happy with yourself. I'm sure you wouldn't call them your friends if they always are mad at you. I think you just need to relax and chill out okay enjoy life as much as you can!

Q: I'm getting braces in the beginning of October and want to know about teeth whitening. Should I do it now? During Braces or when I get my braces off?

I would do it when you get your braces off. Because it would be really hard for you to do it with braces.

No, you can not get your braces stuck together it's impossible, one day my sister and her boyfriend were talking about it and they tryed for like hours and it never happened so don't worry about it.

There isn't really much you can you at 13 other than dumb things like laws or babysitting so I'm just trying to be real and there's really nothing out there for a 13 year old, just want until your like 15 or 16.

Q: I RATE 5s!!!

okk well i play volleyball at my summer camp and the thing is, i'm one of the worst players because it's a more "advanced" volleyball class. we're doing overhands and like everyone can get it..like i can do it but i'm not that good. i need some really good volleyball overhand advice on how to get it over the net. sometimes i hit it high enough but it's not far enough. sometimes i hit it far enough but it's not high enough, sooo yeah

and there's this one girl (a few others too every once in a while, but she's the worst!)..well she's pretty good at volleyball but she ALWAYS picks on me! not in the teasing way, in the bossing around way..like if i do one itsy-bitsy little thing wrong, she says "DO THIS, DO THAT!" and it becomes SO ANNOYING! i don't have the best temper so sometimes i stomp away after she's bossed me around like 20 times..how can i get her to stop? i'm sorry i'm not as good as the other people but she also has to realize i'm one of the youngest players there..i don't know what to do please help!!!

Well on the overhand serve thing is well I used to be like that because I was a underhand server for 3 years and then they wanted me to try to overhand and well I couldn't get it over and then one day a hit it with a closed fits and it worked pretty well. After a while I started to really open hand serve and it really helped me a lot.

On the one girl who always tells you what to do we have one of those girls on our team and she really gets annoying but I try and zone her out and just shake it off when I do something wrong and just try harder at it the next time.

My room was like that until my mom told me to try leaving my door open and then it slowly got to be warmer so you should try that.
