how can you loose wight without taking a pill..and it is easy and it is kinda short but you do it a lot and it works goood.. ok im 13 and my wight is 195 and im 5'6 and i lift wights and stuff but the doc says that muscle ways more than fat but i wanna no how to loose me belly fat and leg fat quick and fun... sooo plzz help me with wat kind of exersises and suggestings that you have to tell me..thank you
TLM answered Wednesday October 26 2005, 5:22 pm: well you should try jogging everyday and cutting out more fats. doing some crunchers or si ups and things like that. you should go play with some little siblings that always works!!! lol. whenever you have like a craving for something though like chocolate go ahead and have a coouple of hershey kisses instead of having like 5 chocolate chip cookies. when losing weight though you first gain muscle then the weights begins to go. well good luck!!!! buh bye!!! ♥ terri!!! s0iint0youx3 answered Monday October 24 2005, 10:15 pm: you have to eat all 3 meals because if you miss one then your body thinks you have to store fat cause they wont no when the next time you might eat. and start going running do alot of sit ups and wall sits also do supermans you might want to find a friend to work out with i find that more fun. make it a friend that is determan and that will push you and wont let you get side tracked

Try rollerskating, sit-ups, jogging or running while listening to your iPod/MP3 and skipping. Also try drinking a really, REALLY cold glass of water half an hour before you eat (it has to be half an hour or you might feel sick) to speed up your metabolism, the thing that digests your food. The faster your metabolism is, the skinnier you are.
If you want to lose weight, don't lift weights. That makes muscles, which weigh more than fat...you won't look any slimmer either. Once you have lost weight you might want to lift some weights to tone yourself up a bit, but until then...stick to basic excersizes.
Don't expect it to go too quickly either...you won't see a change immediately because you'll always be looking for one, but after a while everyone around you will notice it even if you don't! [ BeautifulMadness's advice column | Ask BeautifulMadness A Question ]

2- eat all 3 meals no matter what. try to eat something. it can be whatever you want, juss make sure it's smaller portions.
3- eat breakfast. you have to er you'll either gain weight, er stay the same weight, because if you don't eat breakfast your body will go into starvation mode & not burn off any calories.
4- eat every 3 hrs if possible. this is where it's tricky. you need to eat good foods like fruits, veggies, crackers, etc.
5- exercise. it doesn't have to be a lot. maybe some light walking, jogging, er running if you want, and 50 crunches er so.
