at the end of the day this one part of my hair always get greasy and i take shhowers everyday and it still gets greasy i use a good name brand of shampoo and conditioner to but it doesnt seem to help i even leave the conditioner in for 1-2 mins like it says on te bottle but nothing seems to work please help me!!!

You are over conditioning your hair. It is building up and leaving your hair heavy, and looking greasy. Find a light conditioner, and make sure you always rinse it out well. You also may want to go to a salon and have a shampoo, they can help you get rid of the build up.

I do not know who banned you, the only reason that is given is "You are an offensive fucking jackass." Yes people can be banned longer than 5 days if they are complete "jackasses." Basicaly you have been banned permently. Don't expect to get your column or articals back.

What is the absolute fastest way to lose weight? I can't even stand to look at myself in the mirror. I'm 13, female, 5'4", 140 lbs. Even if you don't think it sounds that bad, it is. I refuse to take off my sweatshirt in school, sometimes even at home. I know that starving myself isn't the best thing to do because you get bloated from not eating and that's worse, but right now that's the only solution i can think of. Please help me

There is no fast way to loose weight. Even if you manage to loose 10 lbs in one week, that's all water weight that you have lost and you will gain it all back and plus some as soon as you start eating again. The best way to loose weight, and keep it off is slow and steady. On a good diet you should loose about 1-2 lbs a week. I recomend you count your calories, and try to stay around 1500-1800 a day.

"Confessions of a Shopoholic" Series. It's funny, and an easy read. I made my sister that hates reading try one, and she loved them.

And it might sound cliche, but I highly recommend "Harry Potter." My little cousins to my friends in college, to my grandmother, all loved the series. It is one of my favorites.

I was just shoveling yesterday alot and last night when I was sleeping I noticed my back hurt ALOT. Today even when Im typing I cant bend over because it hurts too much. What can I do to stop it from hurting? Please help!

Try icing the soar spot. A bag of frozen peas works great because it can form around any spot on your body, and much cheaper then buying an ice pack. Leave the ice on for only 10 minutes at a time. Icing too long can damage muscles.

Why don't you just go get it done? It's cheaper then having to pay an expensive medical bill when it gets infected. Your ears you could probalby get away with doing yourself, but I am not going to bother to tell you how. Why suffer the pain and chance of screwing up when you can get it done for 10-20 bucks?

I have really hairy arms and its embaressing i dont know what to do about it. I cant shave because it will grow back darker and my stomach pluss back is hairy too . does anybody know what i can do?

Everyone has hairy armpits. Shaving is a part of being a woman. I shave at least twice a week. Get use to it. Waxing is an option too, but that can get expensive.

Fill your time with fullfilling activites. Such as volunteering at the local Humane Society and walking dogs. Take a evening class like cooking or dancing. Join a bowling leage. Join any club like a youth group that has weekly activities. Find a new hobby. Learn to play an instrument. Anything that gets you out of the house, and you would look forward to doing. Be creative!

in two weeks im going to florida and we'll be gone for 17 days. I have a cat and i was thinking about asking a friend to come by and take care of him. (for money of course) I was wondering would the cat get too lonely being that we wont be around for so long and my friend will only be in the house for five minutes to feed him and change his litter box? Another option is the kennel..but i hear they are very expensive. Do you know about how expensive they are? Should i have my friend come by or take my cat to a kennel? I don't think a kennel is a good idea for a cat. Being in a new enviorment, and locked up in a cage all day would be more tramatic than being home alone for awhile. And cats are pretty independant creatures. He should be fine if you friend is comming over every few days. Ask if they could spend some time playing with it and give it a few pets as well. You also may want to give him a few new toys right before you leave that will help entertain him.

So I got offered this easy babysitting job from a rich family down the street, and they are going to pay me 50 dollars an hour, BUT at the same time my BFFs birthday party is going on. Bras should be comfortable, so if it hurts, you are not wearing one that's right for you. If you are unsure about what size to get, go to a lingery store and asked to be measured. Don't be emabarassed, they do it all the time. Have them help you pick out one that is right for you. It is mostly just personal preference. Try on lots of different styles and brands, they all fit differntly. Eventually you will find a favorite. I never wear mine to bed, I often take it off as soon as I get home if I am just going to be lounging around.

Okay yesterday i went to the doctor..cause my ear hurted really bad..well i though they was goin to give me medicine for like an ear infection..but it turned out me blood glans or something is swollen..and i had to give blood to get tested for Lukemia (a cancer) i was like what the hell cause they said i have signs of it..then the doctor was like well you have signs of mono to..well like she said i most likely have mono cause i haven been sick like i have lukemia.. well anyways i have alot of sickness i have a air way disease and heart mormer..and i wanted to know like what happens when you have mono.. not lukemia cause i most likely dont have it.. and i dont wanna worry bout it cause i upset my self..so if you have had it or known somebody please explain i rate high...

Why don't you search "mono" on the web, you would find a much more informative answer. Besides, your doctor should have explained it to you. Next time take control of your well being and ask your doctor questions if you unsure about something.

Mono is mildly contagis and causes fatigue and flu like symptoms. It can last up to a month or two.

i have eaten really healthily lately, and cut back on fats and sweets and all that and I lost 18 pounds! WOOHOO! Anyways, I have also been exercising and all that jazz...I DON'T want to gain the weight back! But...tonight we might order pizza from Pizza Hut...will having pizza this once hurt my diet?

I am surprized you would even ask. It seems to me you would know a thing or two about eating right if you managed to loose 18 pounds. That's great! Really you should be able to eat whatever you want, but do it in moderation. If you are going to eat pizza, then eat light the next day.

Lately my hair has been extremely dry. I don't know wether its that I straighten it everyday or that I wash my hair everyday. Are there any products that your suggest to make my hair not dry?

Depending on where you live, I would say that it is the cold winter weather that is drying out your hair. Use a mositerising conditioner. A trick to a good deep conditioning (without the expensive products): after you put in conditioner, wrap your hair in a towel and let it sit for 10 minutes, then rinse. This should only be done occasionaly. Too much conditioner can weigh your hair down.

I was on Weight Watchers and I am now down to my goal weight (125 pounds). I want to stay at this weight. I was having 20 points a day (about 1,200 calories). I am a 5'4 female...by how much should I increase my point intake to stay at 125 pounds without gaining or losing?

I checked your BMI, if you stay around 1800 calories, you should be good.

Your only 13! You have plenty of time. Relationships at your age don't mean anything anyway, it's just a title. Don't stress you have many years of dating ahead of you.
