Shortie8959 answered Wednesday January 19 2005, 4:52 pm: You don't have to wear one at night, because it can get uncomfortable. To find out what kind works best for you, you just have to try on different kinds and styles of bras, there's tons. If it hurts, then it doesn't fit. Remember to adjust the straps if that helps. Good luck!
Hope I helped!

If some bras hurt you, you might want to try a different kind. [ CaitLynnG's advice column | Ask CaitLynnG A Question ]

yes, I'm kidding...<br>

The only reason I can see someone needing to wear their bra at night is if they are having support issues - such as having exceptionally large breasts, and/or having back problems caused by large breasts. [ MFS's advice column | Ask MFS A Question ]
BabyBlue848 answered Wednesday January 19 2005, 3:46 pm: Well you dont really need to wear one at night but ig you do go for the sports bra or a cammie because they are confortable and if you want to be confortable wear a cammie but if they hurt you are not wearing a good bra..
jbdreamer answered Wednesday January 19 2005, 3:40 pm: Bras should be comfortable, so if it hurts, you are not wearing one that's right for you. If you are unsure about what size to get, go to a lingery store and asked to be measured. Don't be emabarassed, they do it all the time. Have them help you pick out one that is right for you. It is mostly just personal preference. Try on lots of different styles and brands, they all fit differntly. Eventually you will find a favorite. I never wear mine to bed, I often take it off as soon as I get home if I am just going to be lounging around. [ jbdreamer's advice column | Ask jbdreamer A Question ]
