Q: ok well there's this guy that I know.His name's Mike and he's friends with my friend Devin. A lot of people know that I like them and my friend Eneida kinda teases me about him sometimes. He even knows that I like him and he said that it was ok, but now I'm getting the feeling that maybe it bugs him. I barely know him though since I've only talked to him on aim and seen him in person 2 times. So I'm just wondering what to do. I like him but I don't want to bother him. I'm kind of confused.

hey! well maybe the only reason he feels bothered by this is b/c you two have only seen eachother in person twice. Maybe he feels like in order for him to know if he really likes you and that things would work out between you two is to see eachother a few more times.

Q: I asked a girl to the winter formal dance a few days ago. She got really excited and was taken totally surprised and started bragging to all of her friends. Her actual words were "Let me check my schedule to be sure that I don't have something, but it sounds like a lot of fun." Oh my goodness thank you for asking me. Hug. Here I am thinking SCORE!
Well, aparrently not. The next day she pulls me aside and says that she's really sorry but she has something that night that she absolutely cannot get out of (independly confirmed, she really does have something that she can't get out of). Oh my goodness, she's so sorry, she was so excited to get asked that she told all of her friends. I'm a really nice guy. If there was another dance ("You're a Junior, right?" read: PROM) she'd be honored to go. She feels so sorry and she's really bad at this because she's never been asked to anything before and she's so sorry she doesn't know what she's doing. I made her day/week/month. Etc. Etc. So I mention that maybe there's something else she might want to do another night. She says "Well, there's plenty of time to think about that." Bounds off.
I am really confused. Do I cut my losses and move on or is she interested? How do I approach the situation when I run into her tomorrow? If she's interested will she come after me now or what? I don't want to be the guy that can't take the hint, but at the same time... I really don't understand what just happened.

hey! well it was really nice of you to ask her out, and it sounds like she likes the idea of it too. i think that if you asked her out again she would most likely agree(if nothing was going on) however if you ask her like 4 times in a row and each time she comes up with a different excuse, maybe you should move on. but right now dont give up!

Q: My face is so ugly ! but i think its because i have ACNE on my fore-head ! I really wish it would go away, but i dont no how it can. I try using acne treatment and stuff but it doesnt work ! soo.. i was wondering if anyone noes any ways on how to get rid of my acne??

hey! well my sister did her room with a beach theme and she went to places like:
**bed bath and beyond--you can find good curtains and sometimes bed spreads there to fit the theme; they also have like these bamboo curtians that you can put on your door, window etc.

**icing, or claires has accesories like picture frames, things for your walls that is all beachy

hey! well, one website you can go to is www.younglivin.org. i googled for it and it looks like a good place for you to be able to text message and talk to someone about this. it may be a sort of advice thing back, but at least you will be able to get your thoughts out, and its supposed to be a help online thing. also one thing you could also try is talking to god about this. thank him for helping you stop, but now you need him to help you stop WANTING to.

Actually I have two problems...1) I still like my ex-boyfriend and Im not sure if he likes me. Some of my freinds say he does, and I dont want to ask him because I might get hurt and then he might not want to hang out anymore. But I dont want to loose my chance. What should i do?

2) Whever Im around the guy I like, my friend feels left out. And I dont like them to feel that way. But he really doesnt like him that much, so I cant get them to hang out. What should i do?

hey! ok well for question 1:
Hmmmm...well this is kinda hard but all girls struggle with it. does the guy like you? what you could do is maybe ask one of HIS friends if he still likes you, one that you can ask and trust not to spill to your ex. or if you dont want to do that, you could always just be hanging out with him sometime and ask him casually so who do you like these days?? ask the question friendly like and also just b/c you were wondering. it sounds like you and your ex are still friends, so it might not make him feel like omg why did SHE ask me that. if it is you he might not tell you that, but by facial expressions, you should be able to tell.

question 2:
well, maybe when your hanging with your crush and your friend is there, also make sure that one or two of your other friends are there to keep your friend company. this will make him feel not as left out, b/c there will be other people to hang with, not just the three of you. this might also, as funny as it may seem, make him more comfortable talking to your crush. having other friends around might make him feel more confident about what he is doing.

Q: Okay, so I have a question about my hair. I want to put lots of blond and red streaks in my hair and I also want to get it trimmed about 3 inches. My problem is the last time I got my hair done with the streaks (without the trim) they charged me 115 dollars!!! Well at that price I could only afford to get my hair done once a year. I want to touch up my roots and get all the split ends cut off but don't want to spend a ton of money. I also don't want to do it myself or go to the hair school cause they always wreck my hair.
Does anyone know of any cheap hair salons? We have a magic cuts are they any good?

Q: I REALLY NEED YOUR ADVICE!!
my name is laurie. im 16 yrs old...i like this guy (we'll call him bob)..well..he asked me to go on a date and i said yes. but then i found out that night that my best friend likes him to, and she didnt really know i liked him..so she thinks she 'claimed' him first. so i was a good friend and canceled the date b/c i didnt want to ruin my friendship with her. well turns out my best friend goes on a date with bob..and there were no STRONG feelings between them..and she acts like it was no big deal..and plus she ditched me that night and yada yada..well i was mad that she ditched me. but i was acceptable to the fact that she went on this date..and she acted like it was no big deal. well turns out bob didnt like the date, and was way more intrested in me. and i like him SO much, and he tells me he wants to be with me...and the more i talk to him the more i want to be with him. i think its only fair though that i can have my chance with him since my best friend got hers you know?..but i dont want to do anything i regret! i really really want to be with this guy and he says he wants to be with me to..

hey well i would go ahead and go out with him. i mean yes your friend likes him a little, but she went out w/ him and must have not had the time of her life since she acted like it was no big deal. so i would go out with him and your friend should understand...you like him and he likes you!

Q: How much do you guys think look really matter? i think I have to be attracted to the person I'm dating so it's always been about 40% for me. BUT, sometimes if the person isn't the hottest but has a killer personality, it kind of pushes their hottness up, you know? So what do you guys think?

well i think you're right on track! Personality should be most of it. some guys are hot and nice, and some are not so hot but still really nice and everything! I think that finding a guy with just the right personality should mean the most...think of hottness as kinda a bonus!;)

ok well fair skinned people have to definitley be careful at what they wear. For you maybe try light colored eye shadows, such as a light neutral color, light pinks and maybe something that shimmers a little. For your lip glosses dont use anything REALLY bright or dark. Try some lighter pinks but something that will show your lips and show that you do have lip stuff on. if you use eyeliner and mascara, don't wear black but get a brown color instead

Q: okay, well im a freshman in highschool and theres a Senior in one of my classes and when i first noticed him he was reallly fine haha and i got to know more about him and we talk a lot and stuff, he has a girlfriend from a different school but its weird a while ago he took my phone and put his number in it and i dont know i guess 'flirts' but im not sure what i should do and if he is just doing those things and not meaning them well get back to me thanks

well there's not reall much you can do unless you just come straight out and ask him if he DID mean those things like THAT. maybe, though, you could ask him some time randomly if he and his g/f are still together..."just wondering" of course. if they arent, then maybe he is hitting on you big...if they are he still could be though. i dunno i would see how he and his girl are doin, that might explain some things.

Maurices i know has silver jeans, some under but some over $60. also i'm not sure how much lucky jeans always are, but the store Buckle carries Lucky jeans.
