okay people told me to do this all you need to do is when you are just sitting there think of all 5 scences like hearing tasting seeinf touching and think all od them like if you are in the kitchen and you are just sitting there then you think about what you are tasting what you are touching, what you hear like maybe a creak on the follor or something that will teach you to be more alert!!!!!
I PROMISE

Stop doing drugs.

LOLJK. I don't know, this is more of something personal to you so I don't how I could really help. Maybe find more things you're interested in.

One great solution [but also painful] is to just pinch yourself occasionally. I wouldn't recommend it, but desperate times call for desperate measures right?

Anyway, maybe it is from the lack of sleep? If so, start sleeping more... or just drink a lot of caffeine and hope it keeps you alert the entire day... then get a lot of sleep. Try listening to whats going on and focus, rather than zone out/daydream by maybe taking notes [if in class] or seeing if whatever topic is being discussed has any relevance to you.
