Dark BROWN or BLACK eyeliner, put on top and bottom of your eyes, not too thick tho.
eye shadow definately PINK if you wanna bring out your eyes, i noe alot of people say you should match your eyeshadow with your clothes, but dont! sometimes, but only sometimes!
i found GOLD and YELLOW and BROWN and PURPLE work well with green eyes and your skin.
if you have thin lips, and want thicker lips try some glossy lip gloss, but if your not too worried bout your lips, jus wear any lip gloss you want, but it is always nice to have kissable lips!
if you want to be tanner try a lil bronzer, but jus a lil so it looks natural, apply mascara as the last thing you do! try black! well hope i helped!
let me noe if u have an questions!

I'll start with the eyes, if you use light brown liner on your eyes and then maybe some eye shadow to match your outfit. But never anything to dark like black, brown,or even a dark blue. Use light colors.
Then maybe put blush on your cheeks but not toooooo dark other wise you look like a doll. Hope that helps.
KAITLYNlXl answered Saturday November 12 2005, 8:17 pm: Black Eyeliner( not too crazy though)
Mascara
Bronzer
EyeShadow(that matches your outfit)
If you put spoons in the Freezer for a while and then put them under your eyes it'll take the bags away
eyes: first curl your eyelashes..(this improves your eyes SOO much)then apply mascara..then eyeliner..and if you want a sort of more dramatic look (burn your eyeliner with a lighter then blow it until it doesn`t look really hot cuz if you apply it to your eyse too soon it will be very waxy) then apply the eyeliner..and maybe finish up with some bronze-tanish color nothing to crazy like (blue or purple)..and for your lips just apply clear gloss..that`s perfect for thin lips..otherwise if you add all the "lip liner".."lipstick"...and other stuff your lips will only look smaller..hopefully i helped..i`d loved if u wrote me back telling me how my tips worked out 4 ya!
OneSweetBlond3 answered Saturday November 12 2005, 12:57 pm: Um okay. Maybe for your eye shadow color you could use a really light natural color, it will bring out your skin tone and eyes. For your lips a light shade of pink would look cute. And for eyeliner, i suggest you dont put it on too dark because it will make your skin look even lighter. Oh and mascara would look really cute!!
helpachick answered Saturday November 12 2005, 12:21 pm: ok well fair skinned people have to definitley be careful at what they wear. For you maybe try light colored eye shadows, such as a light neutral color, light pinks and maybe something that shimmers a little. For your lip glosses dont use anything REALLY bright or dark. Try some lighter pinks but something that will show your lips and show that you do have lip stuff on. if you use eyeliner and mascara, don't wear black but get a brown color instead
