wall ups, or push-ups for arms; for abs cruches there are like three kinds that work the whole stomach: 20 normal crunches with knees bent, 20 make your legs slightly bent with heels touching floor, 20 with legs in the air with legs bent; and for thighs maybe running a little everyday ]
abs - crunches and situps
thighs - running pretty much anithin that you can do with legs lol

buy a abs arms and buns of steel dvd i swear it works or do pilates get a dvd ]
alright
Arms- do some push ups with your feet elevated that way all your weight is on your arms its hard so you wont be able to do that many but you get strong fast
Thighs- ride your bike to school or work especially if its close to your house or when you have absolutely nothing to do or you need to kill time ride your bike
abs- get in push up position but put your forearms on the ground and hold that position for about 1 minuet you will start to feel the burn after about 25 seconds
or you could do just regular crunches Sit ups are bad your over working your self doing sit ups works your neck more then your abs crunches all you have to do is go up till your upper back is off the ground or till you feel your abs tighten if you dont feel your abs tightening then your doing it wrong
and also its a good idea not to do all them in one day or you will be really sore so do each one every other day ]
a awsome way to exercise your legs and your whole stomach is a exercise called 4 minute abs.each exercise one minute and increase as you become stronger
1st-FROGGERS-sit so that your kinda balencing on your butt and move your legs in, your arms should be behind your body
2nd-3 SECOND HOLD-get in crunch position, but with your legs bent in the air, then lift up until your elbows touch your knees and hold each crunch for 3 seconds, try not to move your legs toward your elbows
3rd-LEG THROWS-lay down with your legs straight up in the air. get someone to stand behind your head and throw(hard) your legs toward the ground. use your ab muscles to stop your legs about an inch above the ground and then pull your legs back up(do everything quickly with no stopping in between throws.
4th-SIT-UPS-regular sit-ups or crunches if you perfer.
after doing each for a minute do a stretch where you lay on your stomach and lift your whole upper body backward(seal stretch)when it gets easier increase each exercise proportionality ]
i do this crapp all the time;;
-arms- DUMBBELLS
-thighs- WEIGHTED MACHINES (try a health club)
-abs- crunches *there are many CHEAP little machines like 6 second abs and ab lounge (well ab lounge is 100 dollars w/e)
for further fitness help on excercises, stop by a health club (or even dare to ask youur gym teacher) for better ways that won`t be so expensive as top of the line equipment.<3 ]
Lunges are gud for the legs, weights are good for the legs and arms and for the stomach try Pilates. To strenghten your stomach you need to use the core of the stomache.. form deep inside, if you can make the inside core strong you can become really fit. Pilate's is really good for that. ]
