im just a 16 year old who doesnt really care what other people think of me my only weakness is myself i wouldnt mind a lady friend right now but for now im focusing on finishing high school and getting some money saved up and helping people by doing what i do best if you have any questions friend/someone i dont know/see you before/just dropping by and you need some advice ask me you'd be supprised of what kinda of things that have happened to me

G/14. I have a bulky poster but I am worried about my hips size, at this age I have 34 inches. I don’t like big, abnormal hips. I m more worried due to heredity, my mom has also big size around 40. I am afraid with the miracles (so called) sliming products due to their worst side effects. Once mom use a sliming gel but she got nothing just continuous itching on her hips. Please give me a good advice. It is appreciable if you tell me your personal experience if you have.

My friend got this brand new exercise machine (ab lounge?) and said she would be skinny by valentines day! I adore my friend and all, but I want to be skinner than her (selfish, but I want to be better at her in something!) My whole boddy is flab, so what is a way I can get skinny by v-day too? And how can I stick to whatever this is (btw I'm not extremely overweights, twenty pounds max, spread throughout body so its like five extra pounds everywhere). I'd love your help!! Thank you!!! Okay I really wanna lose weight (really badly) I NEED advice!!! I wanna lose it the "healthy way". I know anarexia and bulliemia are easy ways to lose weight but i wanna be fit and healthy. Can you be both? anyway so i have been excersising alot latly. and i know one of the ways to lose "stuburn belly fat" is doing situps. well every time i do situps it makes my tailbone hurt. At first i thought it was excersising in jeans so i put on pj's it still does it. How can i lose belly fat the "healthy" "in-expensive" and "not hurtin way" is it possible? i wanna lose belly fat (thighs too) lol. Anyway does anybody have any idea's? i would really appreciate it. 1. eat about a fist size of food and eat some veggies

2. sits up = bad all your doing is over working your self you should do crunches same thing as sit ups but you pull your self off from the ground untill your upper back is off the ground

3. you could also do another ab work out basicly get in push up position but instead of getting on your hands rest on your fore arms

4. if you have a stair case instead of walking up and down run take 2 stairs at a time its harder work on your legs there fore toning your legs :D

if you want cut legs as in a little muscle to fill in that flab you could try just doing what i do accept with weight but you dont need to all you have to do is have the front half of your foot on something slighter higher then the back half preferably 2 inches then just lift and stand on your toes just reapeat and if you do it right youll feel a burn in your leg also if you have nasty scars just put some aloe vera on it i had a huge cut on my arm from when i learned how to ride a bike and i had it until i was about 14 my mom said that looked bad so she rubbed aloe vera on it and after about 2 or 3 months it was gone my arm is scar free


15/m my really good friend,probly best friend in the whole world, who i really like is really depressed. her ex made her feal bad and she thinks its her fault and i never really have seen her happy since. Anyway what can i tell her that would help her. ive tried telling her it wasnt her fault and tried to cheer her up and it wont work. p.s. her name is christy and she is 14. no smartassy answers please and i rate high so please give me suggestions. All you can do is just keep telling her its not her fault and just be there for her. she needs a friend. friends dont make peolpe feel bad thats just messed up i suggest you talk to the person who said this and tell them what they did and have them apologize to her but if all else fails just be there for her include her in things when no one else does. i've been there many times all i needed was a good friend


I am asthmatic and today at the doctors had to take a peak flow meter (lung capacity) test. It came out really low every time I tried, at around 270, whereas for my height and weight it should be 530 (and not much less being asthmatic). Does anyone know why this would be so low? I do have a viral infection a bit like a very bad cold at the moment but the doctor didn't think it would have much sway over the results, and besides, I can never run very far without my lungs hurting or getting wheezy. Is there any way I can improve my lung capacity?

one way to check your real lung capacity is by before you do the test is to breath out as long as you can take a quick breath in then breathe out again for same amount of time till you cant and breathe in deep this time (hyper ventilate)

I am a swimmer so swimming does help if you have a friend over or 2 or more play some marco polo and try and get away at the last minuet by sneaking away under water or just play the how long can you hold you breathe under water game?
bring a stop watch and after time you'll see after time your lung capacity has gone up


What is the best stuff to do if you dont want to put on a bunch of bulky muscle...you just want to tone your body? I've it's as simple as walking instead of running, or doing less reps of weights. Right now I usually work out about an hour 4x or more a week... I go the Y and I do the bike for 10 min, and i usually do 2 reps of 15 on the leg press, hamstring curl, quad curl, the thing where you twist your waist, the thing where you push your arms out, the i do the elliptical for 10 min...and sometimes i do some other weights. Then, at home, I do 40 crunches in the morning and 40 at night. Is this the wrong thing to be doing to tone? Thanks, I'll rate high for good answers. (link)
it depends on what you mean by bulky muscles body builder style or that bump that all the big guys have if you want that just do some good elvated aka "boat" push ups and do some cruches if you dont have access to weights find something heavy (non-breakable or non-valueable and lift it) like the groceries get as many as u can on pull them up like your rowing a boat aka Standing rows works your arms be creative


i want to lose about 20 pounds. how do i do this? what is the best way? what to eat and what not to eat? im a very lazy person. i need motivation and i need actual exercizes and plans. if someone could write out a day by day plan for me i would appreciate it! THANKS! (link)
its actualy not bad to be 10 lbs over weight but if you are obese then yeah but some ways are if you live 5-7 blocks from school take a shower at night that way you can wake up later and ride your bike to school and back. sign up for a weight lifting class or health class (helps ive gained 60 lbs....in Muscle i weighed 110 the end of this last summer i now weigh 172) then when you find yourself bored nothing good on tv games are now boring to you nows your chance to entertain your self turn on some music and dance your ass off it doesnt matter if your a white boy just dance dont do sit ups dont do cruches doing that will add weight (muscle weight) if your trying to loose weight dont do those losing weight involves tiring yourself out making your self sweat


Hey! I'm a small girl-13 and I'm pretty fit everywhere except for my tummy! I do crunches all the time since im a dancer. That has worked with my upper abs, but has't done much to my lower abs. I know about leg lifts and those sort of excersizes, but im never really motivated to do them! Any suggestions?

Some side info: My tummy is really skinny when I wake up, but as the day moves on and as I eta my meals I get fatter. This is so frustrating!! How can I avoid this also?! (link)
first if you mean tone your stomache then you wanna do crunches lay flat on your back lift your legs up like most people do but dont touch them with elbows or anything like that that'll over work you just lift your self up until you feel your muscle tighten and you'll know your doing it right


the reason your stomache is like that or anything is because your body is filled with fluids...when you sleep(lay down flat) for a period of time the liquid spreads rather then gathering in pockets or mass in areas it goes to due to gravity which is also why you get shorter during the day because when you sleep gravity pulls you accept theres no where to go so you strech to your Would be Normal height but since gravity pulls on your during the day it pulls your bones together and you get shorter (also thats why your legs get bigger all the liquid rushes to your legs)

why do you think its not good to hang up side down for too long

Arms- do some push ups with your feet elevated that way all your weight is on your arms its hard so you wont be able to do that many but you get strong fast

Thighs- ride your bike to school or work especially if its close to your house or when you have absolutely nothing to do or you need to kill time ride your bike

abs- get in push up position but put your forearms on the ground and hold that position for about 1 minuet you will start to feel the burn after about 25 seconds
or you could do just regular crunches Sit ups are bad your over working your self doing sit ups works your neck more then your abs crunches all you have to do is go up till your upper back is off the ground or till you feel your abs tighten if you dont feel your abs tightening then your doing it wrong

and also its a good idea not to do all them in one day or you will be really sore so do each one every other day

i think thats a question no guy can answer i am the same as you mayb they just like to be hurt or get treated like shit who knows but if they choose them over you its not worth it im 16 so just chill concentrate on school it may not seem like it but its important so just get some good grades have some fun hang out with friends save some money while they're out partying screwing their bf's what ever they do you can be making a good life for your self in the future seriously if you save 2,000 dollars a year from right now till you retire youll have like 75,000 dollars saved up :D who you think the ladies will want then a bad boy or your self lol


What is the difference between them? I have decided to put my faith into one of them cause i know they both involve Jesus and the Bible but how are they different?do you go to hell for being one over the other? do they worship the same god? and where can i get a bible? also is it true that luthern is based off the bible. I have ruled out Catholic. Also is mastrubating a sin? I will rate 5's for decent help.

i as a christian am not going to say go the christian way i personaly dont think you should choose a religion each religion has its own practice i think you should just get a bible read it get to know god study it pray go to a church near by and hang out stop by and listen to a sermon or someting talk to a pastor but you cant go wrong with just reading a bible learning some things and praying the best thing to do is pray
