Girls like bad guys?
I'm wondering, I'm only 14 at the moment, but girls my age seem to go for the bad guys and the biggest jerks. Why is that? I am a gentleman and I am as nice as can be and they always tell me that but why do they go for the jerks?

well first of all I am around Your age 13/f and i like a gentleman. Claerly these girls You are talking about are just to immature to realize that those jerks are just goin to treat them like shit. When you get older you will see how much it pays off to be nice. It just takes more energy to be a bad boy. Just be yourself and that one special girl will come to you, for who you are. Hope i helped

Girls are silly at this age, and do silly things. Such as date some of the most repulsive guys (nay, boys) you could imagine, and then wind up crying when the relationship goes poorly. Nearly every girl is somehow dumb enough to fall for this same thing, and in many cases, several times.
Don't go searching for a girlfriend now, it's a shitty time to have one anyway. It's worth waiting.

i am 13 and well every girl goes for the bad guy at least once in their life!! dont worry they will be eating out of ur hands once they learn that even though the bad bad guys have this exciting heart beating kind of thing going on they will soon come to their senses and relize that they are so not worth it!!

I don't know. I think it's because "bad boys" seem more.. dangerous and risky. They give girls some adventure and aren't afraid to get into trouble every now and then. And I mean, we're young. We should be out doing some risky things and having fun. But later in life, the girls won't want the bad boys and will want the nice guys. Like myself, I prefer the nice guy ( I don't know any girls that want a bad boy ) so please please please stay a gentleman. We need more guys like you out there in the world and less jerks. One reason (probably one you would hear a lot) is that girls like to venture into the life of a mysterious/bad guys because of peer pressure. You know, how girls are pressured into sex and stuff by their female peers bacause it seems cool. Some girls think that just bacause someone is nice and considerate means they won't get as far, if you know what I mean. I hope this advice helps.

im 14/f and sooo many people have asked me that question. it is actually very simple. the bad boys are spontanious and arent afraid to express their feelings. honestly...think about this question. When you want to tell a girl you like her, do u think about it for a long time or just go out and say it? Well chances are, if you are a gentleman, you would think about it for a LONG time and make sure she likes you back. A "bad boy" would just go out and tell her, and girls like that, they really don't like to wait around for a guy to come up to her and tell her that he likes her. But i think that IT IS GREAT that you are a gentleman. Gentleman are the ones who will succeed in finidng a marriage and long term relationship later in their life. It may not seem like it now, but you will find a girl that loves you for who you are, and your personality. Mabye you could just try to be a little more bold. Take little steps. For example, if you like a girl, go up to her and say, "hey..i like you, i think your awesome and beautiful, would you want to go out with me sometime?" it may seem hard to get it out, but go in front of the mirror and look at yourself. look yourself in the eye and say, "i am so handsome. any girl would be lucky to have me. i will ask this girl out with confidence. if she says no, then i will know one thing about that girl, she doesnt deserve me..because I am the best guy out there.

Most girls seems like they like th bad boys but what they really want is the perfect nice guy. Right they think that if they a get a jerk as a b/f then they will look better. It is an image thing. You will find someone that likes you for being nice and a gentlemen. It just doesnt seem like that right now. They will come to you in time if you are patien and willing to wait for them.

Sweetie you really just have to be yourself, you're still young, enjoy it while you can, as you grow up and get into high school the girls will start going after the nice guys and not the bad ones, i know, i was a girl like that just last year and I'm a freshman in high school.

well..some girls only want to go out with guys so they can be populare, and mainly the bad boys are the populare ones..so girls always go for them, but never stop trying becasue one day when you least expect it you'll get your girl. It just takes time...and as girls get older they will start to relise that they want the nice guys, because the bad guys always end up hurting the girl...and trust me girls hate that ..so soon the girls you know will understand...

Some girls go for the chase rather than what they really should be going after. I also should take my own advice lol but the bad guys will end up hurting them and the good guy will be there waiting. Good guys dont finish last.

The girls your age are clueless about guys. They care for who they are seen with school, and if it's a kind gentlemen, then it isn't considered cool. They have to be good looking (not that kind boys aren't), the most popular, and the guy every girl wants. Why? Likely peer pressure. To look like you have such a great reputation because they once dated a guy who is an idiot that everyone likes. It goes both way almost equally to be honest. There are so many quiet nice girls, but guys won't be with her because of either her weight, or if his friends like the girl. This may not apply to you, but if a guy dates a girl his friends makes fun of him for, then likely he will dump her over that. But, let me tell you, those girls who run for the bad boys will learn their lesson when they end up in a marriage with one of those jerks. It will all pay off if they continue to do so. And it will pay off for you too, you'll have a great woman to marry, and you'll understand.

(yes, this is comming from a girl.) they go after guys they think are "hott" to make everyone jealous or think they are "a cute couple". personally, i think its total BS for either gender to do that. dating at 14 is a joke unless someone older is with them. i go for nice guys... i think thats a question no guy can answer i am the same as you mayb they just like to be hurt or get treated like shit who knows but if they choose them over you its not worth it im 16 so just chill concentrate on school it may not seem like it but its important so just get some good grades have some fun hang out with friends save some money while they're out partying screwing their bf's what ever they do you can be making a good life for your self in the future seriously if you save 2,000 dollars a year from right now till you retire youll have like 75,000 dollars saved up :D who you think the ladies will want then a bad boy or your self lol
