i want to lose about 20 pounds. how do i do this? what is the best way? what to eat and what not to eat? im a very lazy person. i need motivation and i need actual exercizes and plans. if someone could write out a day by day plan for me i would appreciate it! THANKS!

its actualy not bad to be 10 lbs over weight but if you are obese then yeah but some ways are if you live 5-7 blocks from school take a shower at night that way you can wake up later and ride your bike to school and back. sign up for a weight lifting class or health class (helps ive gained 60 lbs....in Muscle i weighed 110 the end of this last summer i now weigh 172) then when you find yourself bored nothing good on tv games are now boring to you nows your chance to entertain your self turn on some music and dance your ass off it doesnt matter if your a white boy just dance dont do sit ups dont do cruches doing that will add weight (muscle weight) if your trying to loose weight dont do those losing weight involves tiring yourself out making your self sweat

morning- breakfast, for fast breakfast, Danactives or Drinkable yougurt. bagel with a smear. breads, grains

lunch- salad, fruits, veggies, grain

dinner- ((smaller)) meat, rice, salad...

and dont forget to exercise!

hey..uhm.. well what you can do is like go out to the gym and like excercise because like excercise is the best way to lose weight and you should also watch what you eat like you can eat salads but you dont have to eat it all the time and like eat untill 6:00 p.m. after 6:00 p.m. dont eat anything you can like eat snacks and stuff but try and skip dinner beacuse like after you eat dinner all you do is go lay down if i was there i would excercise with you everyday.. hehe..well anyways you cant be lazy because if your lazy then your never gonna be able to lose the weight you want to lose .. another thing that you can do is like get your own personal trainer and they would plan out your schedule and stuff but ill motivate you !! hehe just im me on i LOVE Y0OW xOx and ill give you your daily schedule !! hope i helped !! ♥dina !!

If you want to loose 20 pounds, you just need to eat healthy and exercise. You need to limit yourself from eating junk food. Eat it sparingly or maybe don't eat it at all. I know people can be tempted to not eat junk food sparingly, but just try to stay away from it. You need to eat healthy things. For school lunch, try some fruit and vegitables everyday and try to get the main food with the least fat in it. Also, in gym class, don't be the one who talks to friends instead of playing the game. Participating in gym can help a lot. While you are at home try not to stay on the computer all the time. Go outside once in a while maybe play some basketball on a neighbor's hoop. If you really want to be on the computer, every ten minutes of using it, try to go do 20 sit-ups or 10 push-ups and get back on. If you can follow these instructions and do even more healthy things than I told you to do, then you'll feel confident and proud of your body. But even now don't think that you need to lose 30 or more pounds. You are only 14 and if you lose that much weight it could stop your growing for a while and do other harmful things to you. Heres a Daily workout plan for right before you go to bed:

Sunday: 30 push-ups + 40 sit-ups
Monday: 40 sit-ups + Run around the block or run on the treadmil (If you have one)
Tuesday: 30 Push-ups + 50 Crunches
Wednesday: 15 Pull-ups + 40 Sit-ups
Thursday: Run Around the Block + 50 Crunches
Friday: 15 Pull-ups + 30 Push-Ups
Saturday: 40 Sit-ups + Jump for 5 Minutes

Each Week you do this increase each activity by one (40 sit-ups and then 41 sit-ups) Drink plenty of water while working out.
