I know anarexia and bulliemia are easy ways to lose weight but i wanna be fit and healthy. Can you be both? anyway so i have been excersising alot latly. and i know one of the ways to lose "stuburn belly fat" is doing situps. well every time i do situps it makes my tailbone hurt. At first i thought it was excersising in jeans so i put on pj's it still does it. How can i lose belly fat the "healthy" "in-expensive" and "not hurtin way" is it possible? i wanna lose belly fat (thighs too) lol. Anyway does anybody have any idea's? i would really appreciate it. 1. eat about a fist size of food and eat some veggies
2. sits up = bad all your doing is over working your self you should do crunches same thing as sit ups but you pull your self off from the ground untill your upper back is off the ground
3. you could also do another ab work out basicly get in push up position but instead of getting on your hands rest on your fore arms
4. if you have a stair case instead of walking up and down run take 2 stairs at a time its harder work on your legs there fore toning your legs :D
hope it works ]
How about you jog a mile a day, or go on a treadmill for 30 minutes?
set aside 20 % of your meal and not eat it. If people ask just say im not going to eat that. Always have breakfast in the morning because if you don't you will be hungry later in the day and eat more than usual..
hope i helped

You are probably doing the sit ups the wrong way if it hurts your back. Or, you could have a curvature in your spine and that's why it's hurting. Doing crunches alone will not help you lose weight. You have to eat healthy - which is all the water, vegetables, eggs, milk, fruits, and whole wheats. ]
Spot reduction is a popular myth. Where you lose fat has nothing to do with where or what you're exercising. It's rather simple equation of (health) food intake, and body exertion. Sit-ups don't burn much calories compared to other exercises.
Moreover, our bodies are designed to distribute fat in a certain way, allotating different amounts to different areas based on our total body fat percentage.
Basically, you'll lose your "stubborn belly fat" whenever your body fat level reaches a point where it says, "Oop, we're low on fat, time to deallocate from the belly!"
Point? Keep the exercise/total calories burned in a day over whatever you're eating, and you'll be fine. ]
hmm well how many situps a day are you doing? i do about anywhere from 30-100 a day lOl i know a wide range but it doesnt hurt my tailbone? well yeah you just need to first eat healthy, stay away from the junk food, and the soda. running is also very very good for you! this will help your thighs. well thats all i can think of sorry i couldnt help much. hope all works well!
