What are some great ways to exercise your arms, thighs, and abs? (stomach) (link)

a awsome way to exercise your legs and your whole stomach is a exercise called 4 minute abs.each exercise one minute and increase as you become stronger
1st-FROGGERS-sit so that your kinda balencing on your butt and move your legs in, your arms should be behind your body
2nd-3 SECOND HOLD-get in crunch position, but with your legs bent in the air, then lift up until your elbows touch your knees and hold each crunch for 3 seconds, try not to move your legs toward your elbows
3rd-LEG THROWS-lay down with your legs straight up in the air. get someone to stand behind your head and throw(hard) your legs toward the ground. use your ab muscles to stop your legs about an inch above the ground and then pull your legs back up(do everything quickly with no stopping in between throws.
4th-SIT-UPS-regular sit-ups or crunches if you perfer.
after doing each for a minute do a stretch where you lay on your stomach and lift your whole upper body backward(seal stretch)when it gets easier increase each exercise proportionality

I have wavy/curly hair.
When i straighten my hair the strightener damages it.
My hair is still a little bit frizzy after I straighten it and a few strands wave up after about half an hour.
Is there anything I could put into my hair before I straighten it to make it straight and not frizzy?

when i straighten my hair i use a spray syrum and this protects your hair and makes it like frizzless! it works soooo well(i think it was john frida)

Please help,
I broke up with my girlfriend about 6 months ago, and I have been depressed ever since. About 1 month ago I ran into her and I have made numerous attempts by calling her way too much and going over to her house to try and talk to her but she does not want to see me. although its hard, you need to move on. my suggestion dont get into a serious relationship too quickly and watch the movie Big Daddy and jus know that you will end up with someone who is way better for you...and she is with an old guy lol cheer up!

i think that you should jus go for it and tell her. i liked this guy for a really long time and he liked me too, but i never found out until last year and he never said anything. now he's gone and im stuck with regretting that i never said anything since he obviously wasnt going to. jus go for it and see how she feels about you. good luck

you need to be strong... my cousin had her child when she was 19 ow at age 24 shes put herself through college...did not marry the father who was a alcoholic and she grew up in a home with a mother who was on an assortment of drugs. i use her as my inspiration in whatever i do. just know that your family although they might not act like it love you no matter what and even so there are other people who truly care about you and arent threatening scary people. you need to get away and figure out what you want to do with your life. get a job thats pays enough and start dont be afraid to get help no matter what age. i hope this helps feel free to ask me any more questions

okay I like this guy and we weren’t really in a relationship but we both liked it each other and we told each other we had feelings for each other and we hung out and everyone thought that he liked me and I thought so too since he even told me and my best friend he also had a cute nickname for me L and then we just stopped talking he hasn’t said anything about me to he’s friends and I know this but I still like him and there’s so many feelings I have for him is that normal that I care that much for him and we were never even together and what should I do? be completely honest!!

i completly understand how you feel...i still liket this guy and we never dated...aniway i think that you should tell him that you still have feelings for him and need to understand how he feels and what happenned. this is something i need to do myself...i think that it will be easier for you since you've told him already in the past but if he likes you then great but if hes moved on dont feel bad ther r better guys out ther that would die to ask you out.
