Hi my name is Angel, that's my real name. I'm a young adult now, I've had this advice column for years, but I made another one under the name anq3l_xo when I thought I couldn't access this one. A little bit about myself. I am a student, both in college and high school. I work as a nanny part time. I want to be a lawyer when I "grow up." I believe I've done a lot of growing up in my short life. I have conquered an obsession over drugs and alcohol in the last year and a half. I'm sober now and I wouldn't trade that for the world. I'm happy now. I'm in an absolutely blessed relationship with someone that I truly care about and love with all of my heart. I have been through things that you kids have nightmares about. I have seen, heard, and witnessed a lot of things that would make full grown men cry. I believe that I am innocent now, because I don't live that old lifestyle anymore. I have a lot of experience in a lot of things, and I've always been good at shedding light on dark situations. I come from a broken family, so I have step, half whatever siblings, and I just recently reunited with my real mother after she abandoned me 10 years ago. I have amazing friends today, but it wasn't always like that. I have a wonderful boyfriend and a great relationship with him, but let me tell you, it wasn't always like that. My sister is a drug addict/ alcoholic of the worst type. She's my best friend in the entire world, and I hope this 14 year old girl doesn't have to go through what I went through. I've come to understand that I can't help her, but I can help others through advice and by being of service to people around me. okay..for the past couple of days ive started eating two meals a day and excercising..ALOT i feel soo guilty eating..im 5'2 and before i started this stuff i weighed 92 pounds ive got a lot of advice a lot to like not become anorexic or whatever no matter what but i dont no i feel so guilty about food.i need advice!!

next time your at the store, check out the bakery, you wont be guilty for eating then, you do need to eat a little more though, you don't want to be unhealthy, but seriously, look in the bakery, you need some carbs, you don't want to end up like Mary-Kate Olsen. hope I helped. -dr.anqel

for people who've been riding for a while...

first of all i take lessons. second of all i found this really great horse.. hmm a little skiddish but i ride him.. well next time im cantering jumping him.. im sorta nervice... please give me some reassurance and advice on how to handle it...

whats a good and inexpenicve way to make ur teeth look whiter ...i brush everyday with colgate or crest but does anyone kno a really good toothpasate or like thing to make ur teeth whiter?? {crest whitestrips are like 30 bucks and im only 13 how can i afford that?

im told im very atheletic, that i should do track, basketball, and other sports, but i never seem to be able to stick with it, i have astmah and it always seems to effect it and i also havea bad knee. should i still try out for the sports? or should i just stick to having fun with friends. i mean i love sports and i seem good at.

if you love sports, then you should try your best if your dedicated to it. If you really think that your asthma and bad knee affect your game, then maybe you should stay away from sports for a while, but if i were you i would try to stick with it. hope i helped -dr.anqel

In school, i've always been called names like "gay" and "fag". i think its because
#1) i have a high voice and...
#2) i act goofy alot cause i like to have fun

tell them that you don't appreciate what they say and explain to them that you're not homosexual and that there wouldnt be anything wrong if you were, people shouldn't be calling you derrogatory terms because of the way you act or talk, if they see you with guys rather than girls, then they may have a reason, but there is nothing wrong with the way that you act. if you cant stop it just by asking nicely, then talk to someone that WILL stop them by any means. hope i helped -dr.anqel

don't worry sweetie, you wont get pregnant from anal, you should always "clean up" after having any type of sex, because, umm, that's gross, but there is no way to get pregnant from having anal sex, I know this for a fact, don't listen to someone who tells you that you will get pregnant because you wont, if you're that paranoid about it though, because you probably are and should be, then take a pregnancy test just to confirm, but I'm sure that you aren't pregnant. hope i helped -Dr.Anqel
