First of all, I'm 18 and if you're going to tell me I'm too young to get married don't bother answering. I'm very mature for my age and my fiance (Eric) and I have been together since we were 14 and 17. Anyways, Eric proposed to me in March of 2006. He is in the Navy, and he is living in Virginia. Right now, I'm still living in Michigan. I'm moving down to live with him in May. On June 9th we were planning to go to the Jusice of Peace and elope. We're doing this so that we can save our basic housing money (from being married) to spend on our cerimonial wedding that we plan on having on virginia beach sometime in august 2008. This is the wedding all our friends and family will attend.
The only problem, is that my mother is going psycho on me and keeps telling me not to get married. She says I'm too young, and that I'm going to ruin my life. She also says if we go toa Justice of Peace and get married she wont pay for ANYTHING for our cerimonial wedding next year, because she feels people should only get married one time.
Now I'm in a sticky situation. I really want to get married this summer so I can afford things easier and I know I should follow my heart; but I don't want to ruin my relationship with my mom. I KNOW I'm going to marry Eric, I couldn't picture my life without him.. I just wish my mom could see that and that she could see how happy we make eachother and accept our choices. Well I got married when I was not quite 18. Also on June 9th! I am still married so I'm not going to tell you not to. By the way his name is also Eric...this is really wild!
If it were me, I would get married in June like you want to. The other ceremony...forget about it. Mom doesnt want to pay for it that's her choice. Just throw a big party for friends and leave it at that.
Ceremony is way over rated. :)

Hi,
I've just discovered that two of my friends take mitdol and when i asked one of my friends what it was and what it did she looked at me like i was freaking phsyco and she was like umm..what do you take. And I just kinda sat there..like..um nothing? and she just thought i was crazy. so my question is what is mitdol and why are my friends taking it? should i take it? I mean i hear then complin aobut cramps and all that other crap but i never really get that.

Midol is an over the counter medication for menstrual cramps, headaches, bloating, and breast tenderness.
They take it when they have their periods. Not everyone needs it. If you get cramps or other symptoms it can help you.:)

You have a cold! That's the problem.
Your ears have these tubes called eustachian tubes.
They get plugged up sometimes, especially if you have a cold. If it bothers you a bunch (I know its real irritating), the doctor can give you something for it. If you don't want to visit a doctor, it usually will eventually clear up on its own.

They have an new vaccine for girls as young as 9 year old that protects against the HPV (human papilloma) virus. That could be what you are meaning.
I wasn't aware it was mandatory in any states. If it is yours sure moved fast on it!

so im goin to the pediatricion tomorrow w/ my mom for a check up. last time i went i had to wear a hospital gown so that they could check me out & stuff.. but like.. last time i went was like 2 years ago & i had only shaved my private area like once so it wasnt noticable , but do doctors care? i mean.. im 14 so i dont see that it matters. but my mom doesnt know i do it, and i dont want the doctors to say anything

They may ask you if you shave. Hair there is part of maturity and they may want to make sure you are developing correctly. Just tell them yes if they do,
they don't care. Since it isn't a major medical issue, they won't mention it to your mom. :)

a few months ago my friend (15/female)told me she was going to have sex with her boy friend(16 male) of like 5 months. I didnt think it was a good idea, since I thought he was kind of a jerk and a druggie. But I tried to berealy supportive and a good friend, and she promised to go to a doctor, but her mom is sorta verbally abusive, so shes worried the doctor will tell. Well I suggested she go to a teen clinic near her house, and she went but it wasnt open
well then she went ahead and had sex, but she said she wasnt going to do it again. and that shes on this new medication that says she shouldnt be sexually active
well she lied and told my friend four weeks later that they had sex again. So I brought it up, and I said that she should go see a doctor, and she said she would. Then she told me later that she didnt, and then she said that she had sex again! And I was lik, k, you should go see your doctor, just to make sure its okay while your on the medication, and she said no. So I told her that if she didnt, I would talk to her parents. Because I was really worried about her, and I know its not my job, but I was probably wrong. Well then her boyfriend harrassed me online and I freaked out. He called me a bad friend and a bully and stuff, and I didnt knwo what to, seeing as I didnt really do anything wrong, I just told her I'd tell her mom. Well then my friend and I got in a fight because I was scared of her boyfriend and I didnt really want to be around the two of them anymore, so then she asked what was going on so I was honest. And then she said she would go to a doctor if it would make me feel batter. That was about three months ago and I asked her the other day if they were still doing it, and if she had gone to the doctor and she said they were and she hadnt. Then she told me this long story about how shes worried about him and thinks he may be addicted to pot.
I was just wondering; is there anything that can hurt her from his drugs?, should I talk to her parents? Is there anything that could harm her from the medication shes on, do you think that it is important for her to go to a doctor? and is this really my place, or should I back out? I dont want to, but I guess I cant really change her. Any advice would really help. I tried looking at this from an advicenator's perspective and was confused more. I know of no medication that makes sex dangerous. So that is BS.
You should tell her one time that you hope she has safe sex. Birth control from a doctor is best, but at least she needs to have her boyfriend use condoms. After that shes on her own.
Smartest thing you could do for her at this point would be to tell her to keep her personal life to herself. Nobody really needs hear about another persons sex life. Not their business. :)
EDIT:
If she is on an antibiotic the doctor may have asked her if she was sexually active. If she were on the pill antibiotics make it less effective. That is the only posible thing I can think of. NO
medication makes sex unsafe. He may also have asked her if she was sexually active while taking her "patient history". It is something doctors ask routinely and means nothing. It is just part of her history.

For a UTI test they just have you pee in a cup. No big deal.
Even if they were to examine you though they wouldn't know unless you told them. :)

Last night i had sex while on the green, inactive pills..but he had pulled out just incase....my period had ended about 3 days before..and today i noticed i am bleeding a little..what does this mean? and could i be pregnnat? You are fine. Periods can be weird now and then.
So long as you are taking your pills you don't have to worry about him pulling out either. I don't believe you are pregnant. Just keep taking your pills as you normally do. :)

No its not normal. If you are taking any kind of medication it could be a side effect. If not it can be many things, you need a doctors diagnosis.
The chances of it getting extremely painful due to the location and clothes rubbing on it are great. Please see a doctor so it doesn't get worse. :)
