This is a free site and you do not have to pay anyone. It does, however, take some time for moderator (level II) to go through the questions submitted and approve them so it may take a while before your question actually appears

You don't have to pay to have us answer your question. They do have to be approved before we show them on the site. That can take a while sometimes.

We try to approve them in a timely manner but sometimes we have a lot of them! :)
