Is there any other way i can lose weight besides sports?

Hey-
You should always eat healty foods and try to cut out fats and carbs (as much as possible.. but don't completely eliminate them)
Drink 8 or more 8oz glasses of water each day..
Eat all meals.. especially breakfast.. it REALLY is the most important meal of the day
Also- cut out candy and all sweets.. they creat fat that builds up and creates excess weight

Me and my boyfriend have been together for two months now. We are really good together and we really love eachother. Last night i was talking with one of my ex boyfriends. He's a huge pervert and is always telling me to take my clothes off. I told my boyfriend and he seemed really mad, so i asked him. I go, Dan are you mad? He says, no i just love when guys say perverted stuff to my girlfriend. So me and dan got into a huge arguement I said sorry several times and at the end he said apology excepted. I left him a message on myspace saying how sorry i was and that i love him. He wanted to see what my ex was saying to me, but i refused to show him. He got mad at that also. I don't want him to say or do anything to my ex. I blocked my ex and i told Dan im not going to talk to him anymore. Which Im not going to. Dan is out today with his family and he wont be getting the message for a while now. I'm scared he's going to think to hard and this is going to end badly. He says that he loves me and no fight is going to change that. I'm scared, what should I do?

Its normal for couples to fight... so everything should be fine between you.. If he continuously tell you he loves you.. he most likely means it.. so he probably won't break up with you...
If you are really nervous.. try to contact him.. if he has a cell phone- call him and tell him what you said in your comment... if he doesn't have his cell- try calling his parents' cell phone (if you happen to know their numbers)...

Just try not to stress yourself out- or it might actually end up badly...

Honestly.. I'm not sure if making out on the ferris wheel is classy.. but it is kinda romantic (maybe just a long, normal kiss on the ferris wheel would be fine)

When I try to view my old questions, I click on "Your Questions", then "All Questions". Then I scroll down to the bottom and press on page 2 [it's a link]. But then no questions are there. I can only see my old questions on page one. How can I see my old questions?

I'm not sure if this is the problem...
but you have the option of "this week" "this month" and "this year" .. but seeing as tho you clicked "All questions" its probably not

You should probably ask a moderator or email the guy that has his email given when you sign on!

My friend is going to NY for college this year and I realized I really like him. I get really nervous around him, but I don't know if I should tell him or just leave it alone. I am going to miss him so much.

Let me tell you- I have been in this same situation (liking my good friend)... After a month of liking her- I couldn't keep it inside that I liked her.. I just had to let her know
the best thing is to tell him- even if he doesn't feel the same about you.. but there is always the chance that he might like you back...
It is definitely worth the risk to tell him- or you'll drive yourself crazy when he's gone...

so i broke up with my bf lastnight because when we first started dating he had these magazines and i told him i didnt like him having them so he "threw them away" he said he did that to prove he would do anything for me and that he doesnt like looking at anyone but me. well lastnight we went to his room and the pile of magazines were back again. so 1. he lied to me 2.im not the only one he likes to look at and 3. i cant trust him. was this a good reason for dumping him or was i just being stupid?

You might have been over-reacting.. but not too much...
I mean.. he did LIE to you.. and a relationship should be based on trust.. and he broke that by lying to your face....
If he had to look at magazines and not you- you should find someone else to be with.. he might become the husband who cheats on you because he likes looking at other women (if that makes sense)
I think you made the right decision- because this problem could have grown and you would've been more upset than you are now

I've had this problem too! So I can relate..
What I did (and what I suggest you do) is have someone act as an ambassador and ask the guy who they like... if he says "I don't want to tell you", then you could just tell him that you like him and ask if he feels the same way- but if he doesn't talk to you at all then he probably won't like you (not because you aren't popular- even though that shouldn't matter at all.. If that matters to him- he's probably not right for you!)

So I like this boy Kyle. But I don`t know if he likes me. He's really good friends with my cousin. When hes around me and my cousins not there, hes very nice. He like jokes around and says nice stuff and we talk on the phone for hours. Okay but hes completely different around me when my cousin is there. He says like mean stuff and like I know hes joking kinda but he just acts so different. Is maybe he being shy because he doesnt want my cousin to know he likes me or that were good friends? If you really like him-and you want to go out with him- next time you're talking, hint to him that you want to go out...

Although 2 years might seem like a lot- it really isn't.. Now it might seem awkward, but if you ended up together (like married).. two years wouldn't make a difference at all. If you really like each other.. that's all that should matter...
The average married couple is four years apart.. so...
You should ask him out- take the risk...

What you need to do is tell your girlfriend that you need to talk about something (no.. you're not going to break up with her- assure her of that)
Sit down and tell her how you feel- that you think she doesn't want to talk to you and that you always have to start a conversation to get her to talk to you...
Tell her that you want to talk to her more, and you would appreciate her starting the conversation once in a while

hey so i talked to him he told me that he was junior and then i said i was a sophmore... and so yeah but my friend told me that he is a sophmore and that he doesn't have time for ag/f right now!! so what do i do now?

You should give him his space-

If he ever becomes interested- he'll let you know!

well for me school is in less then a week and a half!! and i kinda got some chub in my tummy not much thou and i would like to either make it solid and fit or loose it would be great! any advice? thankks!!!

My sister feels a little chubby too- but really she's not.. so I bet you're not either.. its probably all in your head..

but.. if you REALLY feel like you want to loose some weight.. eat healthy foods (like fruits and veggies).. while you watch what you eat.. try to cut out sugars.. they create fat that builds up in your stomach and thighs... exercise works great...
there are so many websites giving you different exercise programs... just go to google and type "free exercise programs".. and I'm sure something will come up...
Just don't go on a drastic diet or anything.. you don't want to damage your health..

i am really good friends with this family, theres 5 kids. four sister and im friends with all of them the oldest sister is in 10th grade then 2 twins who are in my grade and a younger one whos in 6th [im going into 8th]

anyways so lately the oldest one has told me that she wants to start smoking/pot and stuff
she asked if i would think of her any differently/etc i said no i wouldnt think of her different although i dont think smokings the best thing.
she just messaged me that her and this guy [who i also know, not really friends with or anything] are going to meet up next week and smoke. im not sure if its pot but it might be.
i wasn't exactly invited to go with them but like if i really wanted to, i could and it wouldnt be like a big thing.
but im not really sure what i wanna do because as i look at it i know a lot of people who smoke/drink and other stuff.
i kind of do want to see what its like but im an athlete and im afraid it would mess me up too much.

i really dont know what to think anymore.

Let your friend do what she may
Just don't put yourself into that situation- you'll become addicted and you won't be able to stop.
You will mess up your athletics and will probably be kicked out if they find out you are smoking pot..
Remember- curiousity killed the cat.. and it can happen to you
smoking can lead to many health problems later in life.. like lung cancer.. and you can die
Please- whatever you do.. just don't start smoking yourself (pot or cigarettes)

me and my bf still haven't kissed yet and I don't know why, but for some reason...I want him to do it first. Do you think he'll kiss me anytime soon?

Also, how could you tell if your bf really loves you?

You should talk to your boyfriend about kissing each other.. tell him you want to kiss him but you want him to make the first move--- or.. you could just be brave and kiss him in a moment of silence when you talk in person... talking about when to kiss might be kinda awkward..

You can tell if you boyfriend really loves you if you talk to him and person and he says it on his own or you ask him and he says so without hesitation...
