well for me school is in less then a week and a half!! and i kinda got some chub in my tummy not much thou and i would like to either make it solid and fit or loose it would be great! any advice? thankks!!!

Laf16 answered Friday August 18 2006, 4:28 pm: well... first when your eating lay off the junk for a while.. skip the cookies and mcd's and eat fruit or something instead and only eat if you are hungry... im not saying starve your self at all.. just dont eat because you are bored.. then do crunches (to the side, suitcase, toe touches, chineys, two count.. etc) do a ton.. like if it starts to burn do 10 more then switch to the other side... also if you get a med ball.. and do sittups w/ one it will work faster.... tell me if i helped (the more sittups you do.. the better 6 pack you will get) (trust me i have one) [ Laf16's advice column | Ask Laf16 A Question ]

My sister feels a little chubby too- but really she's not.. so I bet you're not either.. its probably all in your head..
but.. if you REALLY feel like you want to loose some weight.. eat healthy foods (like fruits and veggies).. while you watch what you eat.. try to cut out sugars.. they create fat that builds up in your stomach and thighs... exercise works great...
there are so many websites giving you different exercise programs... just go to google and type "free exercise programs".. and I'm sure something will come up...
Just don't go on a drastic diet or anything.. you don't want to damage your health..
