weight I am 13/F
I am 5'3 and weigh about 156 pounds.
I am a cheerleader and I take dance class.
Is there any other way i can lose weight besides sports?

eat healthy, no junk food or sugary foods like candy and such.. walk/run a mile or a few ..and dont eat after 8, or 2 hours before you go to bed ]
Hey-
You should always eat healty foods and try to cut out fats and carbs (as much as possible.. but don't completely eliminate them)
Drink 8 or more 8oz glasses of water each day..
Eat all meals.. especially breakfast.. it REALLY is the most important meal of the day
Also- cut out candy and all sweets.. they creat fat that builds up and creates excess weight

you need to eat healthy. drink 8 glasses of water a day. cut portions of food in half. ALWAYS eat breakfast.
