I came to this site for advice about a man and love. That very question turned my entire world around and I have had my eyes opened to things I never noticed before.
I've stayed here so that I can share the knowledge I do have. I know I'm not changing the world but I do hope that I spark others to open their eyes.

I hope that if you see an answer of mine that you enjoy it will inspire you to go out of your way to give good, solid information. Provide links for further information, detail your responses, encourage people to seek out professionals when it's needed, and stop sugar-coating responses and just say the truth.
I hope that even if you absolutely hate my answer that it'll kick start your brain. Hopefully you'll begin taking your time to respond instead of hurried answers that are useless to an already confused person.

I am considering getting an Amazon Kindle. The Kindle is $189 for the 3G + Wifi version.
My question is, do you have to pay monthly for the 3G or not? (link)
|
I found a bit of information on this already that I think will be beneficial for you.
It seems that you don't need to pay any special monthly fee for the 3G since it comes with the Kindle for free. You can use it to download books or even surf the internet. The extra $50 that is charged with the Kindle 3G, compared to the Kindle WiFi, covers that basic 3G cost.
Straight from the Amazon page it does say:
"No Monthly Wireless Bills or Annual Contracts
No monthly wireless bills or commitments. Amazon pays for Kindle's wireless connectivity so you won't see a monthly wireless bill. There is no wireless setup – you are ready to shop, purchase, and read right out of the box." from:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003FSUDM4?ie=UTF8&tag=liwifi-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B003FSUDM4
So, it appears there is no extra fees associated with the 3G part of the Kindle! :) Enjoy.

ohkay so lately ive been thinking that i might have been sexually abused as a child..alright, well lately when me and my boyfriend have been doing sexual things ive felt kinda guilty afterwards not because of anything he did or i did. idk its just a feeling. and when i think about it i dont have any memory of like younger than 10ish. when i was little i used to always wanna play "doctor" with my friends but like with clothes off, wed usually hide in a closet or something. and as from when i was little till a couple years ago i used to hump things like anything i could find. when i was little i used to hum hampers and beds and couches and my parents would catch me and tell me to stopp. and as i got older and still humped i felt guilty afterwards. i dont know why im feeling this way. i dont understand it. i even had a dream a couple months ago that my dad was trying to "touch" me but he would NEVER do soemthing like that. i just dont know what to think. any help would be appreciated. thanks. A lot of children want to explore other bodies. It's human curiosity. With the way parents express concern over always needing to be clothed it's natural to want to know what other humans look like without clothes on. A lot, lot, lot of children go through these sorts of phases. Who thinks it's acceptable to let a child run naked through a supermarket, right?
As the body grows and hormones fluctuate, especially with our genetically modified this-and-that and hormonal injected cattle, children may find pleasure in things like humping inanimate objects. Most of these children have absolutely no idea why it feels pleasurable or that it has anything to do with sex. It also may stem from trying to teach a child to stick to the clothes-on norm and also teaching them not to touch themselves inappropriately. If you've EVER been around a 3 year old for any sort of extended period of time you'll probably hear the mother having to correct the child for touching their genitals. They mean no harm. It's just another part of the body--and when Mom keeps saying not to touch it, children do become curious about what is "down" there. Who thinks it's acceptable to let a child run around a store touching themselves, right?
And dreams are, of course, just dreams. You know your father and sound like you are very sure he would have never touched you. I wouldn't be concerned over the dream too much.
The guilty feeling after humping for pleasure is probably stemming from parental correction you received when you were younger. They would catch you humping something, which felt good to you, and tell you that it was bad and not to do naughty things like that. It's what parents say to correct children in these instances. Anyway, as you grow older you may subconsciously recall them telling you that the behavior was wrong and unacceptable. The problem is that it does feel good, even to children, and so you get those mixed emotions.
So, everything you describe is in range for a healthy adult. Now, if you have memories of, say, somebody touching your genitals when you were younger and being afraid, unhappy, embarrassed, or degraded then things might be different. As it stands now, it really sounds like you just grew up like a normal American girl. Your parents didn't mean any harm in correcting you, but you were a growing child so curiosity gets the better of you at times. If you are still having further concerns you can speak to a counselor or therapist about it.

ever just hate it when someone keep staring at ya? and never say a word or not so friendly and how can stare at them back letting them know stop staring at me and i want be nice about it. but little annoyed. thanks (link)
|
"Oh, sorry about that, can I help you with something?"
"Oh, is there something you needed?"
"Do I look alright?"
Anything that draws attention to their staring will help them figure out they're being rude. A lot of people don't even catch themselves staring when they do it. Just be polite, upbeat, and friendly about it and they'll probably just apologize for being so rude and let it be that.
If they keep doing it then you should have a private discussion with them and ask them if something is wrong with you because you noticed them looking over at you a bunch. Explain how you definitely don't want to look untidy or cause yourself extra embarrassment so if they have suggestions to change your appearance your all ears. This is probably something you won't ever have to do but you can really make it come across nicely, as a concerned person, rather than an evil cunt who is tired of being stared ;)
Skip the "stare at them back" routine because it can send a very poor message. Staring at someone could mean so many things, including wanting to start trouble or developing feelings for the other person. Simply approach the person calmly and ask them if you can help them or if something is wrong with you.

I really want some winter boots like Bella wears in the first Twilight movie. Does anyone know where I can get some that are similar? (link)
|
Hi there!
I watched the first Twilight movie some time back and didn't much care for it so I don't recall the boots Bella Swan was wearing throughout the film. That being said, I did a quick search for "Bella Boots" and got some very interesting results.
Is this what you're searching for:
http://www.bellaandedward.com/style/images/clothes/bella_boots.png
http://www.bellaandedward.com/style/images/clothes/bella_boots2.png
If you go to this site:
http://www.bellaandedward.com/style/bellaswan.php
They are really, really cool about listing the sites where you can make these boot purchases. The first boots are actually from Zappos and the others are from Gander Mountain.
This site:
http://twilightcostumesbella.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Also has some other variations to the boots you might be searching for:
http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_l2bY4LmWy2g/SZw7_xOyE3I/AAAAAAAAADM/x0HAZpo692c/s320/bella+boots.jpg
http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_l2bY4LmWy2g/SfE5XAPADaI/AAAAAAAAB1g/perUhZPO-Fk/s320/6627-476051-d.jpg
http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_l2bY4LmWy2g/SkkyRKJEXpI/AAAAAAAACeA/OHIfd69lgRA/s320/uggs.jpg
They also have the links of the websites you can purchase those from. If you're a HUGE Twilight fan then that's really a wonderful resource on finding just the right clothing from the movies. Check 'em out and I hope I found the right style for you. If I didn't, please include a link to a photo of the particular boots you're looking for and I'll take another shot at it! :)

Today my dad walked in on me throwing up because I am bulimic. He had no idea and I've never told a living soul. He was disgusted and mad and made me feel so alone. He threatned to call my future college coach which means I could lose my scholarship. And the look on his face when he walked in makes me want to kill myself. Not to mention right as this is all happening my mom and aunt got in a huge fight and it got physical and cops were being called and everything is hitting me all at once and I feel so helpless and alone and I don't want to live right now. Everything was going so perfect annd I was finally happy and now I feel like things wil never be normal agqain. I called my brother and he calmed me down a lot and helped me. I just feel so terrible right now. I don't know what to do. I need help. Please.
And just so you know I havnt been bulimic for long, only like 2 months. But I feel like I will never be able to earn back my dads trust. I just never wanted to hurt them and now I feel like I did.
Help me. (link)
|
Your coach can very well drop you for doing something like this because it's self-harming and a huge health risk to have somebody like that on a team. If he had knowledge of this sort of eating disorder then he could get into a mess if, say, you were to die during a game. Seriously. Bulimia comes with a lot more bodily damage than you would think and a lot of it can lead to sudden death.
So, how do you get out of this entire mess?
You ask for help. If you're currently in treatment then you coach can be more understanding of the situation.
Talk with your father, mother, or some adult about getting help for this eating disorder right away. Express concern for your own health and tell them that you know something is not right.
Nothing was "finally normal" when you were binging and purging. Something was still very wrong--you just weren't completely aware of it. This sort of self-destructive behavior is always a huge sign that something is majorly screwed up in your life.
Reach out. Talk to a school counselor. Talk to your parents. Talk to a police officer if you have to. Get help. Get into therapy. Work through this mess. Get well, and move on with your life instead of ending it here.
Looking at your previous questions (as I have a paid account currently) you and I both know this eating disorder has been going on far longer than 2 months. It's time to get help and get well.

I've always had a very prominent collarbone. It sticks out so far and I hate it. It's not even cute like this: http://i949.photobucket.com/albums/ad332/itsjustkinsey/victoriabeckham.jpg
it's big and ugly and doesn't photograph well:
http://i949.photobucket.com/albums/ad332/itsjustkinsey/Untitled1.jpg
How can I fix this? I want to grow my hair out to cover it up but that'll take time.. So what can I do? (link)
|
I am not in any way making fun of you or picking on you. I have to note that first because what I'm about to say might be something that has never crossed your mind.
This appears to be a birth defect or a genetic abnormality. It isn't natural for anyone to look that way. It isn't that you're too thin and the collar bone has nothing to cushion it. It looks as if your neck itself is misaligned and was set back too far.
If I were you, I would see if I could find someone locally that could take a look at it and see if this is something that can actually be fixed. It looks like this could cause some pretty severe complications with spine and spinal curvature as you grow older.
Now, I would have said, "Maybe she's just too thin and there's nothing surrounding the bone..." but you have a good body shot there and you look like a good weight for your height to merit the assumption of poor eating habits or even an eating disorder. Sometimes when a girl is too thin they get that boney look at the top and gaining just a little bit of weight can help plump it out enough to look right. This is not your case.
So, I would definitely talk with your doctor about seeing someone in the spinal care range. It already sort-of looks like your head is hunching forward, just slightly, to make up for the misalignment. It could just be the shots or something you were doing during the time the photos were being taken but, to me, it looks uncomfortable. I could only imagine the possible back pain that may actually be accompanied by this now or in the future.
You're a very pretty girl though. Trust me. It doesn't make you ugly or even weird. It's just, when you're looking directly at the issue, a person does think, "That isn't quite right."
It's possible it's just something inherited. It's possible it is a birth defect. It's possible your not weight proportionate at your upper half and for some odd reason there is no fatty tissue around this bone.
I'd talk with a doctor and make sure this isn't going to affect you growing older.
While you're waiting for your doctor's appointment, maybe you should play around with make-up. I mean, heck, if applying make-up just right can create the "ripped abs" affect on your torso then surely it can diminish the appearance of flaws. Go light and try to make things blend in more and look more natural. If you can lighten the shadowed parts then maybe it won't look like it's standing out so much. Of course, I recommend you messing around with covering this up at home rather than winging it at school.
In the end, hey, everybody has flaws. It just makes you more unique.

I am a smoker of 40 cigarettes a day. I am addicted and wondered how long it will be before smoking kills me (link)
|
There is absolutely no way for us to even take an estimated guess about this. Some people can smoke from the age of 13 until 82 without ever dying from the actual cigarette smoke. Some people will start smoking today and within a year's time they will have cancerous lesions form in their lung tissue and will die.
My father is 57 and has smoked since he was about 13. He smokes a cartoon of cigarettes per week. He's never had cancer or lung issues. He does have a weak heart but, from what I am aware, it's a genetic thing inherited from his father.
My cousin died of lung cancer caused by cigarette smoking when he was 31. He had started smoking when he was 28. The cancer spread faster and took his life within 1 year.
There's just no way of knowing when or even if the cigarette smoking will "do you in" but surely can cause a pretty painful death. It can cause a lot more things that will lead up to death, like trouble breathing. I suppose, in a way, it's like torturing yourself for quite some time. If I were you, I'd try to find a way to stop this habit.

Okay, so I've decided to try making dolls and this is the first time I've used a needle and thread since I was in fifth grade. I need some tips on making dolls, maybe sites that provide a good idea of making them?
By dolls, I mean, small ones, about 6-inches with loose moving arms and legs. And if there's any way to find some kind of material for the hair, that'd be great because I don't particularly want to use something that would give it a weird appearance.
Thank you! (link)

If you're talking about making a rag doll then this particular instructional site is extremely helpful and has step-by-step help in making the doll:
http://www.doll-making.org/dollmaking05.php
Here is also a site where you can purchase unique patterns for things like bunnies and kittens:
http://clothdollsupply.com/mills.html
And, last but not least, I did find an eHow site on how to make cloth doll joints movable and whatnot:
http://www.ehow.com/how_17081_make-cloth-doll.html
Apart from that I am sorry in not being able to help. I've never sewn my own doll before so I wouldn't even know where to begin. If I've misunderstood what you were asking about then please feel free to give me a better idea with additional details and I'll do another round of searching to help you out. I hope you have fun making the dolls. I bet it's a wonderful past time to have!
Oh, and here is some information getting some cloth doll hair:

hey guys i'm completely lost on this one, my Itouch isn't syncing with Itunes at all I've reset all the settings. the only other thing i can think of is deleting all content and trying fresh but i don't even know if that'll work... thx for the help in advance (link)

You might find this forum link to be very helpful in answering your iPod touch question:
http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1585023
Someone says the fix may be as simple as reinstalling iTunes and Apple Mobile Device Support. I don't suppose that would be a big problem for you to try out.
Here is the minimum requirements you need for your computer to be able to sync with this iTouch anyway:
http://www.apple.com/iphone/specs.html
And, last but not least, here is a short guide to help you see if you can get your iTouch to sync up properly:
http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1857?viewlocale=en_US
The last thing you can do is to restore the iPod. If you're able to, get all of your music off of the iPod touch first or backup the data onto the computer. Here is further reading on restoring your iPod touch:
http://www.ehow.com/how_2249655_restore-ipod-touch.html
Finally, it may need repairs. If the interface is fried out from something then it might just be time for a replacement or to send it into Apple for repairs.

I am graduating this year and am considering majoring in fashion merchandising. I've always been interested in fashion and I think I could be good with business. I don't have like a super awesome style but I'm very interested. anyone have any advice on it or info? thanks a ton! (link)
|
Follow your heart. Seriously.
If that's what you really, truly want to do with your life then go for it. Don't settle for going after something you don't truly want with everything you have inside of you.
And I'm not saying don't do side jobs until you get to that goal. I'm saying you set your dream and shoot for it.
I regret going to school for psychology. It wasn't what I REALLY wanted to do. I just settled on something that I thought was cool but not what I honestly, truly wanted to make myself out to become.
Follow your heart. Reach for your dreams here. You could have the crappiest style in the world but somebody, somewhere will love it. There will always be a fanbase for any sort of unique style you can throw out. Sometimes I cannot comprehend how fashion designers think some things are cute, pretty, or attractive but they are big hits.
Ask your counselor on how you'd get started on that road and totally go for it.

what would happen if i took two melatonin at a time? (link)
|
I would assume you would probably be drowsier faster and be able to sleep sooner; however, you should never take more than what the bottle suggests you to take for you body size. Even if you don't feel the negative effects it can still be harmful to the body is taken in excess.
You wouldn't be likely to die or anything but it still isn't good if the bottle doesn't list it as a safe dosage. The body naturally makes melatonin and that causes people to think it's safe. Sometimes too much of a good thing can be harmful.
Instead of taking the pills together, try to space them out a little while so the body becomes sleepy. It is suggested to buy some lower dose ones and take them nearing the end of the day to help you relax and get ready for bed so that when you lay down you can actually sleep without needing higher dosages.
You can still become reliant on these sorts of things to fall asleep. If your body sees that you're getting "enough" from an outside source then it won't produce enough when you actually need it. Try to do things that are relaxing near the end of you day. When you begin your day remember to burn off some energy.

i heard that if you break up vitamin e gel capsuls and apply them to your face it can help fade post marks from acne. is this true? i've been doing it for a few days now. i'll break it up, and put it on my face, let it soak in, and then wash my face. but my vitamins are expired..haha.
so would this work? (link)
|
Anything that helps your skin stay moisturized and supplies helpful vitamins to it will help it repair faster.
If your gels are only expired for a short amount of time (3 months or less) than it's still fine to use them by applying them to the skin. Beyond that you'll just want to pick up another bottle since the vitamins probably aren't as useful as they once were. You wouldn't, say, die from it though so there is no serious concern about using the expired vitamin on your skin. It just won't work as well.
Some people seem to have really great results while others just don't. Skin repair goes deeper than just one vitamin though, obviously. What they seem to be finding is that once the skin has SCARRED it can help but if the wound is fresh then it might not help.

Stupid Q. My bf said he wants to hit it from the back and I'm cool w/it. This coming weekend we're gonna do it. How do I position myself? No graphic sex talk here pls. I just wanna know how to lay or whatever so we can do like doggy style. Thanx (link)
|
Just as it the term notes, really. He'll be from behind. You'll be positioned lower on your hands and knees in front of him. The end of that. There isn't any special, complex idea behind this position. I'd like to add that if you can't figure out a simple sex position then maybe you want to rethink this whole possibility of reproduction thing.

i was wondering if a guy can pop your cherry just by fingering you? is that possible? (link)
|
Yes.
A finger may be thicker than the opening in your hymen. Your hymen is what will break (cherry is just a slang term) when you engage in sexual activities. The motion of the finger movement could cause it to tear, too.
It's no big deal and it's perfectly normal to happen when you are fingered for the first time. You will probably bleed and it may or may not be uncomfortable. It doesn't mean the entire hymen has torn away though or that when you first have sex it won't hurt. You may still bleed later if it's not completely torn and sex may still hurt since your vagina will probably not be stretched very much by one single finger.
|
Are you suppose to wait 10 days after your period so you can have unprotected sex and not get pregnant. I know the pills arnt 100% effective but is there a higher risk before or after you period to get pregnant? (link)
|
Birth control pills prevent ovulation, usually.
Ovulation is the release of an egg from your ovary to become fertilized by sperm during intercourse.
Ovulation occurs at about day 14 from the first day the period starts in most healthy women. Not all women have this ovulation day. I, personally, ovulate on day 20, which is much different than day 14, obviously.
If you are taking the birth control pills are directed then you should be able to have sex all month long with the same risk of pregnancy. If your body does happen to accidentally ovulate then it probably wouldn't be in the normal time-range anyway.
So, taking the pill every single day at a certain time is the best way to keep your ovulation at bay. Sometimes accidents happen, of course, and your body does still release that egg.
It shouldn't matter if you have sex before or after you have your period as long as you're taking the pill exactly as directed. If it makes a difference then something is wrong with your prescription or your pill's effectiveness.
If you discontinue the pill then you would have to avoid having sex for about a week and a half before your predicted ovulation date and about a week after. Sperm can live within the female body for, approximately, 5 to 7 days in decent conditions. That being said, it's very difficult to avoid your ovulation date. In addition, you might ovulate at a completely different time than most women and should then purchase 6 months supply of over-the-counter ovulation kits to get an idea of when you probably ovulate.
Anyway, you should be fine to have sex all month long if you're keeping up with your pill. The risk should be the same all month long, including during your period days.

i'm afraid my boyfriend might be cheating on me. i don't want to ask him. cause i'm scared that he'd start a fight, and i dont want any drama with this. i want to get ahold of his phone records, but without him knowing. i dont really know how to get onto his phone account. how can i get them without having to know any of his information? (link)
|
I think that would be considered invasion of privacy.
If you suspect your boyfriend of being unfaithful then the only way you will know for sure is to sit down and talk to him. This sort of sneaking around is how people jump to conclusions and wind up single.
Trust me, I know where your coming from. The problem is in that you won't know EXACTLY what the phone records mean. If he made 10 calls to this mysterious number you might jump to conclusions and say, "I don't recognize that number! It must be another woman!" It would make matters worse if you followed through with your acquisition and contacted that phone number, only to hear a voice at the other line. All of a sudden you're cursing out your boyfriend only to find out that you've made a fool of yourself and that he had been calling his cousin in Texas!
That is how things like this go. It starts with an idea and it snowballs into making yourself out to be a jealous fool.
If you think he's cheating then you probably have good reason other than he has a phone and pays the bills to it. If you want to save the relationship--cheating or no cheating--you have to sit down and communicate with him. You have to say, "I am bothered by the fact that you never let me see your phone and it's making me think you must be hiding something from me. Can we please talk about this? It's really getting to me and I've tried to let it go but I can't. I'm concerned for us."
You have to handle this like an adult if you want the relationship to be long-term. Adults cannot just jump to conclusions to invade someone's private property because they want to. You absolutely must sit down and talk to the guy. Sure, there might be hard feelings brought up or even feelings of anger from the assumptions but you have to work through it. You have to sit there and be honest. You have to give the guy a chance to explain what has been happening. You also have to give him the chance to come clean or be honest if he does want the relationship to fix and he's been unfaithful.
If you cannot see yourself talking to him for any reason about this then it's time for couple's therapy. Communication is key in a healthy relationship. You can't just sneak around and hunt down dirt on your man and expect everything to go up like roses instead of flames. You have to get all of your questions answered truthfully--confronting him is the only way you will get all of the information. If he holds something back then you have to seek therapy to work out these communication problems. Otherwise you're wasting you time and getting you nerves in a big frenzy for nothing.

ok so I'm 13 and have eczema. It comes and goes, as it does for those who have it. But obviously it doesnt just happen out of the blue, SOMETHING IS TRIGGERING MY SKIN TO REACT. I have very sensitive skin. And so when i was a baby i was diagnosed with eczema. I had it on my scalp, face, and hands, neck, behind knees, and the inside of elbows. Thank god i dont have it on the scalp, hands, and i barely have any on my my face. I have a little on my neck, and a little on the back of knees. My inside of elbows are excruciating. they are red, ooze, ithcy, etc, and has a white background around it. I just got the eczema over the summer. So i dont like to show my inside elbows, their gross. My mom refuses to take me to a allergist to get tested, she thinks it could be anything. So I've been trying all the anti-itch lotions and such, let me tell you it "works" for like 2 days and stops. It moisturize but doesn't heal the red patches of skin. And i also don't want to use dermatologist creams, because they make your skin leathery looking and contain steroids. So....no.Also over the summer i had terrible rash on my face, it was caused by my nail polish, i had gotten wrinkles and puffiness. Then i removedcit and WALLLLA! it went down! but now i know the reast is eczema! All i want to know what could be possibly casuing it? I've been nder LOTs stress, and we let our grass grow out, and im thinking maybe something like that is causing it? or the humidity? And when i was a baby they said it was wheat... but i've been eating wheat for a long time...i guess it wore off..or maybe not? SHOULD I TEST THESE SYMPTOMS OUT, TO PREVENT FURTHER DISCOMFORT? WHAT COULD IT BE? WHAT SHOULD I DOOOO?NEED TO KNOW WHAT IT IS...FAST! PLEASE ANYONE WHO'S HAD THIS PLEASE TELL ME. THANK YOU GUYS SOOOOO MUCH! ♥♥♥♥♥ (link)

I know this sounds insane but I'm big on natural health and home healing. This sounds, to me, like you may have an internal candida overgrowth within the body that is draining the skin from moisture and vitamins. Candida is yeast and if you've experienced any yeast infections within the past then it's probably a sure sign you have a problem with that. I'd go as far as to say most people wind up with a bit of a yeast overgrowth internally with the way we eat and the amount of stress we placed on our bodies.
Then, I'd also like to say that I magically started to have severely dry patches of skin on my facial area before. I kept applying lotion and realized that, before long, I had to apply the lotion every single day, twice a day, to get it to continue to moisturize my skin. Apparently skin began to rely on that moisture rather than supplying it's own from the internal water source.
The reason I think you might have a candida overgrowth is because of the white area on the inner elbows. The white area might be a sign that there is a bit of yeastiness internal that is making it's way to the surface of the skin. It isn't dangerous to where you'd die or anything but candida can be quite irritating because it usually brings on a bunch of other symptoms like bloating, irritability, etc.
What would I do about the candida, is probably what you're thinking.
I'd purchase a bottle of grapefruit seed extract (commonly referred to as GSE) and use as directed for 2 weeks. This means you drop about 15 drops into a small glass of water or juice, mix it around really well, and drink it down quickly. I'll warn you that if you choose the water routine it isn't a pleasant taste at all; however, in orange juice you can't really taste it and in grape juice it has an odd zing at the end (which I, personally, find interesting). Now, I've found that VitaCost has a great deal on GSE:
http://www.vitacost.com/NutriBiotic-GSE-Liquid-Concentrate-Grapefruit-Seed-Extract
You're going to want to do the GSE thing for 2 weeks once every 3 months, probably, to help keep that yeast down. Just as a note, there are no scary side effects to GSE taken like this; although, a few people do experience diarrhea when they have a yeast overgrowth and go through this cycle.
After you take the GSE for 2 weeks and you discontinue then you're going to want to have some probiotics to restore the good bacteria that the GSE probably killed off during the cleansing process. There are so many probiotics out there you can purchase. I, personally, would choose the acidophilus pearls in the blue box at Wal-Mart and drug stores OR Jarrow Formulas Jarro-Dophilus® + FOS (which is, in my opinion, the better of the two; however, if price is an issue you might want to go with the first option):
http://www.vitacost.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Jarro-Dophilus-FOS-3-4-billion-200-Capsules
Take as directed AFTER you've completed the GSE round. Never take them with the GSE because the GSE will just kill off those good bacteria you'd be putting into your tummy. In addition, always take the probiotic pills/capsules/pearls BEFORE a meal so that they go through before you food does. It isn't going to hurt you if you forget but, still, it's more helpful when you take them before the meal.
Now, if that is what has caused the eczema problem then you should begin to see a difference--even just slightly--after your first round. It might be a longer process to get rid of it all though. At 2 weeks of GSE at a time once every 3 months you should be cleaned up in about a year and a half though, hopefully.
If that doesn't solve anything at all and you find that you've tried it for a couple of times with no relief then there is the idea in alternative medicine that eczema is caused by a food allergy. Personally, I would take a good look at what you eat and mark everything down. List your symptoms each day and see if there is any slight relief here-or-there. Sometimes you can gather information by just watching yourself. Many people will find that they are allergic to MSG, artificial sweeteners, or gluten.
See what your mother uses to wash laundry. Many people find that laundry detergent has become so chemically strong it will cause allergic reactions like this. You can suggest she try out a new brand or two. I, personally, like this brand called Biokleen:

That is more natural and should cause less irritation if any skin problems are resulting from chemicals that are being left over onto the clothing. Suggest she also try a natural dryer sheet; however, I find with the above laundry detergent they aren't really needed. For note, the above laundry detergent is under $10 and will do 64 full loads of laundry since you only use 1 ounce per load. That is a tremendous deal as far as ANY laundry detergent goes. (It's also really great at getting stains out.)

Water is something you also need to be consuming. Make sure you drink plenty of water every day. We're talking about just straight water. No added flavors or dyes. You can still drink juices and whatnot but make sure you get that pure, clean water in there. If you have to you can chug a glass down and then sip on some juice after if you just don't like water. You need it though to help your skin repair.
Now, as for healing dry skin naturally, you might want to invest in something a little silly sounding. I once purchased some lansinoh from the baby care aisle in wal-mart. I won't go into details why this non-mother needed to heal her dry, cracked nipples that weren't caused by breastfeed BUT I did buy some. As I recall, I thought it was, at the time, kind of spendy for such a little tube of goop. I look now at Wal-Mart.com and see it's $10.47 which, honestly, is not a bad deal at all now that I'm aware of what it does.
Lansinoh is medical grade lanolin from sheep. The sheep produce this lanolin stuff on their skin to help keep their skin moist and their wool fluffed out. A lot of people who raise sheep say that petting a sheep every day does great help to dry hands.
So, instead of putting the lansinoh on my nipples (they had healed) one day I thought to put it on the dry patch on my face that had progressively got worse even though I used lotion. I squeeze a little lanolin out, warmed it between my fingers, and applied a very, very light amount to the area. I'd say within 3 weeks of applying it I realized it had "cured" my moisture problem in that spot. After over 1 year of putting various lotions on my face every single day I cured myself in 3 weeks with some boob lube! Apparently the skin had really become hurt by the chemicals in the lotion and the lotion had made my skin NEED it. The lanolin healed me though. I don't even have to put ANYTHING on that area any more and I don't ever, ever, ever have that dry skin patch there. If I did, I know I could just put a little lanolin on it and it'll "fix" itself in just a time or two now. Seriously. Look into it. The tube is small but you use such a tiny amount and it goes SO far. For eczema you might have to use more but it is SO worth it to actually get your skin healed rather than relying on the outside moisture coming from chemicals in lotions.
So, yeah, since you can't get to a dermatologist then your best bet is to try to treat yourself naturally by ruling out possibilities. You should take the GSE to kill candidas, probiotics to restore the good bacteria afterward, chart your eating habits and symptoms, and apply a natural moisturizer like lanolin. See where that gets you.

i already asked you about my height.and u gave me advice of some exercise and sleep etc.would you please guide me about various exercises i need to go for. i have seen certain advertisements of some DVD's where it is written grow 6 inch taller in 90 days naturally, and there are certain videos which shows some exercise thing. Do these really worth to buy them and give a try. (link)

Unfortunately, there are no magical exercises you can do that are going to make you noticeably taller. You can only "stretch" out your spine so far. You can only grow so much during your lifetime.
Focus on becoming a healthier person and your body will achieve what it was meant to. Eat healthy and go to a gym regularly to make sure your muscles are defined and strong. Watch the foods you're putting in your body.
Take your vitamins every day to make sure everything has the right amount of nutrients supplied to it. Drink lots and lots of water so your joints and tissue are more flexible and strong.
Don't waste your money on videos used to make you taller. It just isn't going to happen, unfortunately. You would need to take growth hormones or stimulate your pituitary gland at some point if you were passed your growth stages to speed up further growth. Honestly, that just isn't safe.
People like short people. People like tall people. People like average height people. You will be liked by others no matter how tall or short you may be. In the end, the cover of the book isn't what keeps people interested and reading further.

you said you bought a cheap book on how to makeyourbuttbigger.com (or sumthin) I was wondering if u would, out of the kindness of your heart, kissy kissy, tell me how your butt got bigger. even if u only tell me one or two things it'd be a help>pleeeez (link)

Butt enhancement isn't going to be achieved through just reading a book.
The best thing you can do--and all of these bigger butt workout are fairly the same--is to do the right kind of toning exercises.
This is backward leg-kicks. This is stair-climbs. This is even running and jogging.
Invest in some workout DVDs if you can't get an idea of how to work out your lower body. You want to build muscle of your butt is just going to be saggy and flabby. Muscle gives it that round definition. You aren't going to get that through pills, eating excessive amounts of calories, or sitting on it all day.
Join a gym. Do what feels like it's working on your lower body. Run on the treadmills and do lots of squats. Focus on your lower half and what builds those muscles. Eat right to fuel the growing tissues.

lately my mother has been yelling at me to finish this speech i'm writing. every tome i tell her i'm stuck she just says i'm lying and then walks away, is it okay to feel that she is being way to mean to me? (link)
|
From her perspective, you may not be being entirely honest. If she thinks you're wasting time by not seeking help or guidance with the speech then maybe she thinks you've given up on trying to finish it. I don't think she's trying to be mean but I think she is trying to encourage you to push forward and get this task done sooner rather than later.
The way she may be thinking of it is this:
If you were really stuck then why haven't you asked for help?
If you were really stuck then why are you wasting time doing x, y, and z rather than focusing on the project?
If you were really stuck then why haven't you talked about being stuck without being prompted by her already?
She is your mother and is probably well-aware of how you work and what you usually do with things you find difficult. She may be seeing signs of something you did before--saying you were stuck on something and then never finishing it out properly or seeking help. By prompting you about the problem, throwing her 2 cents into the mix, and then leaving it causes you to think things through. Why does she think I'm lying? How can I make her know I am working on this? How can I actually get this assignment finished?
I don't think your mother is being mean and I don't think you should feel she is being extra harsh on you. She is just trying to push you to be successful with this and doesn't understand about you being stuck and not ever talking about the difficulties you're facing. Sit down and chat with her about the project. Pick her brain. See if she can help, has ideas, or can point you in the right direct on how this speech can be ended.
