my friends mom is lets say not the nicest person in the world. my friend comes into school with bruses (not big ones but they shoulden't be there in the first place) and fingernail marks on her. i ask her and she just says her mom and her got in an argument, and not to worry, but i do. i really want to help her but i don't know what to do. please help

you should try to get some kind of explanation for why her mom is doing that...alcholism, drugs, gambling. dont force a million questions into her at once. if there is something seriously wrong with the mother have her talk to someone. other than that theres not much you can do. just stand by her side and make sure shes ok.

I have a really great singing voice, but I'm so embarassed to sing in front of anyone, even my mom. Can someone please give me tips to overcome my shyness? I RATE HIGH. Someone pelase help

sing to stuffed animals or just in the shower. i do it all the time and it actually helps. close you eyes and get into it and youll fake some confidence while actually gaining some. feel free to ask more about singing- im your girl!

ok, my birthday is in 5 days and my mom usually asks all her kids what they want and where they want to go out to dinner for their birthday. well, she didn't ask me anything yet and she forgot 2 years ago and i think she forgot again =/. i feel like she doesnt even care and i've tried to hint to her that i actually have a birthday unless i'm delirious and its not april 21st today?

awww! well maybe hint her a bit more agressively like "yeah outback sounds like a great day to celebrate my birthday" and if she doesnt catch up kinda say "this year for my birthday i want something different..." a lot of people forget birthdays. i was at my friends football game and he didnt know all day so its ok. just have a good day.

I just got hired to plan a 3-year old's birthday party, and am stuck on games. I already have Simon Says and Red Light Green Light. I also want to do a craft. If it helps, the parents have rented a moonbounce for the event. If possible, I would like to have 1 water game that does NOT soak the kids!! Thanks in advance and I rate!!

hi!! omg..in the middle of the night of when im in bed and i stretch..i get a cramp on the bottom of my left or right leg and it hurts like hell. i swear to God it hurts so bad i want to yell but it hurts to bad to yell and i just hold it and its like rock hard i dont know what to do and the pain is just soo unbearable im like OWWWW oh godd....soemoen please help me i dont wanna get another one!! and they happen outta nowhere! someone please please help me!

its a charlie horse and it comes from lack of potassium. to prevent, eat bananas. if you get them during the night, stand up and put all your weight on the leg thats cramping until it goes away completely and dont move too fast after or it will come back.

well when u first fracticious i thought or 3 things: lil brother, monkey and fractions. i would draw something thats half monkey/lil kid like a fraction cuz they bth cause trouble. you could say im extremely creative.

hahaha well our school didnt get checked but a friend told me it was. honestly i think its hilarious. it prolly dates back to the hippie days or somthin. i doubt it has anything with government holidays if u know what i mean.

hey there! im 5'6(i dont kno if that has anything to do with it..) but anyways..my jeans always fit tight when i first put them on..and by the end of the school day their baggyish in the butt..the other girls get their jeans to stay tight through out the whole day..yet school day..i dont kno wat to do..is there any tricks.. or something..lol? thanksss a bunch!

OH! i see what you mean! that happens to everyone cuz jeans stretch if youre in them long enough. if you kinda slump in your chair it helps. its really hard to explain tho. try some made with spandex (like 5%) to keep em tight.

well you like him and he probably likes you so go for it! im sure hes willing to do whatever you feel comfortable doing or else he'll be into it with you just lookin at him weird. well i know for a fact that my bf doesnt like dancing all that much so ill stop if he doesnt want to even if i could dance all day if i could. just have a good time!

my best friend is pregnet. i dont know what to do. i know she wants to keep it but she hasnt even told her boyfriend and she wasnt going to tell me but i found the strip in her room. I'm afraid that she wont be able to handle it and that her parents will be mad if they find out I've known this girl since i was 7 and were 14 now and she is so young that her parents would probly just kick her out. i dont want this to happen to her and i dont know if i should tell anyone she's not ready to have a baby at all and she cant get enough courige to go tell somebody about it so now im realy worried about what will happen if she doesnt tell. should i just go ahead and tell ppl and make things easy or should i just let her do it her way?

let her tell everyone but she should because she cant hide if forever! they will find out sooner or later but she wont trust you if you tell everyone. how many tests did she take? sometimes they are not accurate so make sure she is before she tells anyone or it will make her look bad. if her parents kick her out, im sure there are support groups for pregnant teens that will help her through it and give her options.

I have been going out with my girlfriend for about 3 monthes now, and we havent kissed yet... part of the problem is that i havent really found the time right, i would like a spot that (i know this may be kinda unlikly) but later on down the road maybe if i proposed to her, it would be the same spot... the other problem is that she never makes any "moves". The only times we talk is when i call her, (or at school) and the only times she ever calls me, is when she missed my call and is just returning it. Now a bunch of things are going on, and we are both a little buisier (sp) and really stressed out. We both have a really short fuse at the moment, and i know sometimes i can be kinda annoying. What should i do since we are both really, really competative, im affraid if i dont say it exactly right, it will turn into a fight, and i havent had one with her (or any girl) yet, but i really dont want to... so what should i say to her to kinda tell her i dont want to be doing everything in the relationship?

i think you should kiss her when you take her home or before all your friends get somewhere and send anyone that is there to some other place and im sure theyll understand and take any clingy people with them. [sigh] how romantic. just dont do it at a movie cuz movies suck and everyone can see you no matter where you are. if shes not shy (lol) then it might be that she just doesnt like the phone cuz her family can listen to what shes saying so dont worry about it.

ok here is my OPINION: i do not think it is "right" just b/c the guy gets pleasure and the gurl just gets a dick in her mouth and is exposed to a bunch of different STDs. if you think doing that is gonna get you any respect, boys that actually care about you, or love...you are wrong. but if you do end up doing it because of all the people that obviously dont care about your wellbeing telling you to go for it, then do it but please be safe.

I need to know if my husband is cheating.I am 23 and he is 20. We have a 4 month old son and have been married almost a year. He is working out of state( In Florida and I'm in Texas) and living with a bunch of his single friends. We had been having problems even before he left, but since he got there we have been fighting constatntly over the phone.If he decides he's done talking he will hang up and either turn his phone off or just ignore my calls and text messages. He always seems to be busy (working, eating, showering, going to the gym,ect.) There are times when I can't get a hold of him and he tells me he left his phone in the other room. We had an argument and he truned his phone off all night. I recieved a text message to my phone the next morning that read" sorry about last night. My baby's mom was calling all night so I turned my phone off." He claims it was his friends playing a joke and that they did teh same thing to another guy too. However, He was not even angery about it. He seemed to not care at all. Of course he denied cheating. That same day I discovered pictures of naked girls dancing on a bar on his phone while online. He says his brother took them because he didn't have a camera phone. What should I think? Is he cheating? How can I catch him when he's so far away? Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Do not date someone that does not respect you. If he asks you even when you are not together, he's definatly going to bug you about it when you are. It seems that all he wants is sex so please don't fall into the trap no matter how much he says he "loves" you. He'll break up with you don't do it or get pregnant so he is not worth it.
