3-year old birthday party Hi!
I just got hired to plan a 3-year old's birthday party, and am stuck on games. I already have Simon Says and Red Light Green Light. I also want to do a craft. If it helps, the parents have rented a moonbounce for the event. If possible, I would like to have 1 water game that does NOT soak the kids!! Thanks in advance and I rate!!

Planning a 3-year old's party can be tough. But planning a water game is another story. It's hard to think of something that has to do with water and doesn't soak the kids. How about an apple bobbing contest- if you do do this, make sure to use a PLASTIC container not metal. I guess you could also do a Marble Pool. Marble Pool is a game in which the kids must try to use their toes to get the marbles from a 'plastic' pool. While explaining, tell the kids that if they purposely fal down or wet themselves with the water, they are disqualified, or out of the game.

You cold do a treasure hunt, play musical chairs, have a pinata (use a soft bat if you do that) have a colouring contest and give out a prize from the buck store for the winners and you could have an obstical corse or some sort of race like pick up the ball and walk to the tree hand the ball to your partner and so on. Let me know what you think of these ideas. ]
Have a Glue eating contest. Whomever chugs down the WHOLE first bottle of it wins.
Include glue sticks for added hilarity. ]
Ummm...You could do like a cup game...You get plastic cups and poke hles in them and the kids have to run across a yard and cover the holes with their hands and the cups have water in them, and the first team to fill up their bucket (or whatever you use) first wins...I played it in Elementary for Field Day..lol...Lemme know how it goes.. ]
i think you should play this game where u take water ballons and pass them back and forth until someone drops one ]
0mgsh those are always fun! try turniinq on one of those springler things that are shaped as a flower.. well only if the weather is nice! thats all i can think of! have fun h0p3 ii h3lped x0- ]

3 year-olds should have three to four playmates over, and at this age you might have try a birthday game such as "Who can stack the blocks the highest?" I do not recommend having a clown or playing any games that require a blindfold over a child's eyes such key due to the fact either can scare children at this age. Remember the child has just turned 3, and the playmates are around that age. They are still not able to understand fully structured games very well.
Try playing games that kids will understand..and if its safe buy playdoh and make things or if you live in an area by A.C moore buy little craft toys.. ]
Play musical chairs. Or Hot Potato. Maybe you could have an obstacle course which (in the end)the kids have to jump into one of those inflatable pools. Or you can get one of those slip-and-slides.
Hope I helped!

little squirt guns are fun! the little water guns that dont hold much water. They don't soak much either. I think that would be a perfect water game, and the kids would enjoy it :D

Hmmmm...well for the craft you could have them decorate cheap picture frames. My brother did that when he turned 3 and he loved it! Hope this helps!!!

i remember when i was little.. if the parent are goin to be there.. you take a tarp and cut a hope in it... hang it up and have the parent or who ever is supervising the party put there face through the hole.. give the kids a bucket on sponges and the throw it at them.. but i might do the for like a 6 yr old.. you could have them play tag.. or have fun and invent a really cool game.. left me know how it works out! ]
umm you could have a small balloon toss. small balloons that dont hold too much water. thats all i can think of. good luck <3 ]
