Well preferably 3 times a day (after breakfast, lunch and dinner) but most people do it once in the morning and once at night and that's fine.

You should brush them twice. Once in the morning and once at night. You can if you choose to brush them also after dinner, but that is your choice.

Once in the morning and once at night. You brush in the morning to brush away all the plague and bad breath that has been built up overnight and you brush at night to get rid of any food that is still in your mouth. Hope I could help!

At least 2 times a day. You can even go for 3 times (once after each meal) and any other time your teeth feel all gross and full of plaque.
