straight hair

hey guys! i got my hair chemically straightened with my cuzin back in march. my hair doesnt really dry straight from it though. its kinda wavy when it used to be loose curls. i still have to straighten it which used to take me an hour now its like 20 mins. but my cuzins hair dries straight .. mine doesnt. my hair took to the chemicals real fast so they didnt let it sit in my hair as long as they should have. ok well getting to the point.. i have to get my roots straightened again soon and i was wondering if i should say something to them and if so.. what should i say?

i windsurf a lot and i compete a lot to. so next friday i have this competition and i qualified to compete with older people. which means im going to be the youngest one windsurfing in the competition. and well im REALLY nervous..does n e one know what i should do to calm myself down for the race next friday?

ok well theres this guy and we had a relationship 4 a lil while but it ended so we talked on occasion. now he only wants 2 hang out when my best friend is here. i asked if he likes her and he sayd no but it doesnt make sense then. then i thought it was 2 hook his firned up with her but his friend has a girlfriend, my friend says its 2 try 2 get me jealous but i dont no if thats it, wha do u think?

My first day of school is soon and I'm going to be a sophmore in HS. Some freshman boys, that I know are coming to my school, are very mean to me and start rumors. One of them is my ex boyfriend and he always says spreads mean things about me. I don't know what to do, because the things they say about me are embarrasing and horrible. I'm so scared that the whole school is going to be making fun of me when they come. How do I stay calm and make sure they don't start on me this year?

every once in a while (but not too much) I go to some sort of fancy dinner and I always get so confused when the first course comes with my silverware. Which fork do I start with? Usually I just use what the person next to me uses, but what if they're waiting for me to use a fork first? it could become very very confusing.

everyone at school makes stuff up about me like rumors saying im a slut and my boyfriend from a different school wants to meet my friends, but i dont want them to talk crap. people also say stuff that is not true like saying i talk about people when i dont!!!
what should i do??

i have acne...more then most of my friends...but not ALOT of acne...i want to try proactive but im not sure if i have bad enough acne...is there any other tricks to ged rid of them fast and make your face look clear and smooth?
(i get it around my nose and on my chin every once in a while)

Obnoxious friend

i have this one friend of mine who whenever other people are around, especially guys, she gets really obnoxious. She become loud and annoying trying to be the center of attention. She put on her annoying girly act, and its just frustrating because she never acts this way when its just me. How can i show her obnoxious she's being without her screaming at me?

Ok...to start off, my b/f moved to Georgia back in July and now all his friends are calling me and wanting me to go places with them. And the thing is, they know that I still love my b/f. Me and my b/f still talk on the phone every night and he found out that his friends have been calling me and he got mad at me! When I can't help that they called me. But he wants me to tell them to leave me alone. But how do I say it nicely without hurting their feelings? They already know that I still love my b/f.Please help me..I don't know what to do.

Haircut

Ok, I have thick, brown hair thats a little past my shoulder. My mom is taking me to get it thinned-out and cut. I want my hair layered and kinda like, shoulderlength or whatever. So, does anybody have any suggestions on how I should get it cut, like, do you have pictures? I need like a pic to show the Hair Girl. Thanks

The nerves of starting high school...please help me

I'm a very quiet girl with social anxiety disorder...and I am going into the 9th grade...only two of my friends from middle school are going to the same high school as me...and Im even shy around them. I've known them for two years and I hate this...what do I do to make more friends easily..I know only a few other people from my middle school thatare going too but I was never really friends with them...I just don't know what to do and I'm starting school this Wednesday (It's Saturday now) and the nerves are really starting to get to me...
Not just as far as making friends go...but I also really really hate presenting projects or reports in front of the class and I'm just so scared. I can't help it at all...

First Day of Skool!!

Hey guys! My first day of skool is Thursday (9/02) and I go to a trade skool( I just transfered into it for soph year). Im taking auto repair and I'm not really sure wat I'm supposed to wear. I know I'm wearing jeans. And im goin to wear a T-shirt. But should it be a cute one or just a normal one? I mean it is the first day of skool but its still goin to be messy shop. And wat should I do for make up and my hair? Up or down? K.. thanks guys!

I tried to grow an herb garden but nothing grew except one thing: the basil. it smells really good and I have a ton of it! but I don't know what basil is used for or what to do with it. anyone have some advice?

Hi, I'm a 15/F. I guess you could say I have like average self esteem. Some days I think I look SO adorable. But other days I hate everything about myself. For example: I bought a shirt and when I tried it on I loved it , then I tried it on at home and I thought it made me look horrible. Does anyone know why this happens to me & what I could do to fix it ? Thanks in advance.
