Running and aerobics are usually quicker // better ways to actually lose weight. Yoga + pilates usually help more with toning and such. But they'd all help.

i think all of the above choices could all work in their own different ways, but hmm let me get down to the question you really are asking hehe. I think they all work equally but on different sections of the body. You with me? But i think in order to really keep in shape you should try doing 2 things over 1, just whenever you feel like your overworking yourself, stop. Its unhealthy. I think the best choice would be to do Pilates, like yoga, it has all the different positions of the body minus the spirtual crap. I dont know but something freaks me out about that. So definetly Pilates, and Aerobics. Aerobics is very upbeat and it keeps you alive and moving around, where running your doing the same exact thing and you might grow tired faster because your just so BORED. Make sure that your spending good money and not eating junky foods because that will defeat the whole purpose of any sort of work outs. Good luck, happy excercising :-D

I think if you run for about an hour everyday, that would be the fastest way to lose weight. All the other ones can help too, but I think running is the best =)

If you need more advice just ask me!

well... I've never had a weight problem.. but I suggest running/jogging. And if you have a tredmil and earobics videos, it shouldnt be that hard. Just work out for about 30 minutes a day and try to eat less junk food & drink less soda. If you have a tredmill and workout tapes.. I dont think there's any need to go to the workout center. =) [H][U][G][S] ~Summer

They all help to lose weight. Pilates are good for all over your body and it gives you stomach muscles its really cool =c). Running does it for the legs and aerobics is good depending what you do. Yoga is good for stretching though. Hope I helped! Ratings appreciated =c)

They all work but it depends if you keep on doing them. If I were you, I would do aerobics and go running! Hope I helped :)

I would say Pilates and Aerobics work the MOST. But all of those things you mentioned help a lot. Yoga is good for stretching your muscles, and building endurance. Pilates is good for toning muscle. Aerobics is good for building and strengthening muscles. Running is good for cardio endurance. All things work- especially when used together...

they all work very well. its all a matter of keeping up with them though. so many people start doing them, and dont stay dertemined with it, so it doesnt really do anything for them. Personally i prefer running. but, just chose the one that you feel you will most confortable doing, cuz they are all good ways to loose weught.
