Hi everyone says that i am really skiny well when i look at mysealf in the mirror i look really big i just quit cheerleading and i want to go on a easy excersice diet but also eat at the sam time.i just wish i could just be like i used to plz help raiderhater121 :(!!!

If people say you're skinny.. trust me you are. I have a lot of friends who call themselves big or fat when they're like a twig. Don't worry about your weight. =c)

Aww. :( It seems like you may have a self esteem issue maybe? You look at something beautiful, and see it in an ugly form. What you should do is look at your self in a good way, then you'll know what everyone means when they say you're skinny.

i quit cheerleading acouple of years ago, now im back in it...a really good way to have easy excerisise diet is to take 20 mins outa ur day, go outside and do like 10 toe-touches and other jumps 10 times each..then make up a combination of jumps and do that...just spend like 20 mins doing that kinda stuff..itll help soo much!!!

Well, first off you should watch you calorie intake. Don't eat past 7pm and if you need a snack then eat fruits and veggies. Secondly, you need to exercise. I suggest you go walking at least 30 minutes a day around your neighborhood. Also, do some leg lifts, arm curls and crunches or situps. For leg lifts, lay on one side and bring your leg up and down. I recommend starting out with 30 on each leg. For arm curls, small weights will help but you bring your arms down in front of you and keeping your elbows still you bring the weights to your chest and back down. Do as many as you can for those! One last thing, try stretching before you go to bed. That helps you to relax more while you sleep and you burn fat more that way. I hope this helps and good luck!

Sometimes your own vision can play games with yourself. Though I haven't physically seen you, I'm sure you are a good looking person, no matter what your size. It's not the looks that people should look at, it's your inside personality. If you want to live a healthy life, pray to God and read the Word of God, exercise, and eat healthy foods. When you are craving something to eat, fix a salad or eat some fruit. Try just not buying junk food. Get maybe a bag of pretzels or something light like that, lite popcorn, diet pop, stuff like that. You'll get it. Just control it with food and exercise and prayer.
