Don't tell them you're happy, that is just mean. Be respectful and tell her you hope she prospers in whatever she does wherever she is to go next, and say you'll miss her. That way, while she is moving, she won't have to wonder what she did to make you hate her. So just be respectful of the girls feelings, even if she hasn't been of yours. Just be mature about it.

ok, well I just turned 13 not to long ago and I have a boyfriend. But if my parents find out they would kill me. If I'm on the phone with a guy or whatever and my parents ask who I'm talking to I always have to lie and say one of my friends names thats a girl. And if a guy calls me and I don't answer the phone everyone keeps asking me questions about why there calling and stuff. I really love my b/f tho and when i wanna go somewhere with him I have to tell my parents that I'm going sumwhere with my friends. I just wanna be allowed to have a b/f so i can hang out with him all the time and everything without having to have at least one of my friends there. What can I do?

First of all, sneaking around isn't good because if your parents find out, they're liable not to trust you again, and you may never be able to freely have a boyfriend. Just tell them you believe you're ready to have a boyfriend and ask them if you can have a "test" and let them be with this guy for so long and if nothing bad happens you should rightfully be able to see him because you like him. Never say you love your boyfriend, because Parents thing it's just teenage angst. Just tell them you like him a lot and want to see what will happen. Assure them no sexual activities are taking place.

I'm a teen, and after changing schools and being away for a few years, I moved back to my hometown this summer. I have a guy friend that I was best friends with before I left, and I'm starting to like him as more then a friend. But, I don't know if he likes me back. We're in English together and over the past couple of weeks I'm noticed him glancing my way out of the corner of my eye and he comes over to my desk 'just to talk' all the time. I bet he misses you and now that he sees you he is curious to how you have changed. He could perhaps be gaining the same feelins your are for him. Just be friends again, and see what happens from there.

well my friend sarah is away at camp this weeekend. so her little sister spent the night at my house. she hung out with me n stuff.. and she was telling me about all the foul/rude/mean things sarah says about me.
1..* she said that im trying to steal a guy named bob that likes her. she concluded that just becasue ive talked to him a few times on the internet. im so not that kind of person! i wouldnt "steal" a guy from my best friend.. thats so messed up!
2..* she said that i am lame and i cant get any of my own friends cause i talk to hers. omg i have so many friends. thats not why i talk to hers, im just trying to be friendly so if i ever see them i wont be shy or anything.

Actually, I do. So thank you for those lovely compliments. And hunny, tell me when you grow up. The only reason you want designer clothing is because you think they make you look cool. Well truthfully, they make you look like a stuck up snob. You don't have to have 100 dollar jeans to be cool. I love K-Marts stuff. I bought shoes there like 3 years ago and I still have them. You should watch what you say, Princess because not everyone likes snobs. I certainly don't. Good luck making it in the real world when your whole pathetic live is circulating on what people think of you. It's so pathetic, it disgusts me. And please, give me a one. I want one so bad! I've just started gym class, & she said we're NOT allowed piercings what so ever, even ear. & your not allowed to cover it up or anything. i have 2 of my piercings in my cartilidge, i can take my other ones in my lobe out but not my cartilidge because it'll close and i won't be able to get it back in anyways. I start it tomorrow. and i really duno what to do. I dont want to take them out because I don't want to have to get them repierced. My mom said thats really stupid & she said I won't have to take them out. What should I do? (link)

Don't take them out. That is the stupidest rule ever. Your teacher cannot force you what you're allowed and not allowed to wear in your ear. I had gym and I could wear jewlery and what not. Stand your ground and if you get into trouble, laugh it off. Your mom is on your side anyways.

A bunch of my friends cut themselves..but for no reason..they just do it because they want attention and they want people to feel sorry for them. They always talk about how depressed they are and how much life sucks for them, and it's not true at all. Because one friend started to cut herself, the other friend started too as well, and now another one is on the verge of cutting herself. They all do it for attention and I'm positive of that, and they drive everyone crazy. I'd like to just not be friends with them anymore but I don't want to see them get hurt, and they won't listen to anyone when theyre told to stop. What should I do to make them realize how stupid they're being without actually giving them the attention that they're cutting themselves for? If they're given the attention they're cutitng themselves for, then they'll just do it again. If we all just ignore them, they could seriously hurt themselves.. please help. Thanks. (link)

Okay. Either way, they're going to cut themselves. So you should probably give them attention. Because if you don't, then they'll have someone WORTH cutting for. You don't want them going around saying they're slicing their wrist because of you do you? Probably not. Let them know that you love them and that when they do this they're hurting you deeply, and if they wish to stay friends with you then they should probably stop. If they were any kind of friends they wouldn't want to see you in any pain, and it's obvious that you're hurting. Let them know how you feel. It's very important that they stop the vile acts, because it's not helping anything, Sure they may say it relieves stress, but I highly doubt that it does. You just have to talk to them, let them know, let their parents know, and let them know that if they keep doing this they might get sent away from all their friends in which they wish to gain attention from.

You could certainly try that, but hiding your feelings for someone is difficult. What you might want to do is talk to your friend first to avoid a hasle with her, she probably doesn't like him but maybe she feels special that he likes her. Talk to her about it and get the Okay. Then what'd be best is to tell him how you feel. I know you probably get this a lot, but telling him how you feel would be the best sollution. If you hide it for so long one of these days you're going to explode. Or maybe he'll find another girl and you'll become enraged with jealosy. Maybe he likes you? Who knows. Good luck!

I have something mentally wrong with me, and I aknowledge this. I dont know what exactly, but I know I serverly need help. I asked my mom if I could go to therapy, and she's fine with that, but I think I need more than that, like maybe being commited for a while. I cant just say 'Hey mom, I think I need to be committed to the loony bin for a while, is that cool?' She really doesnt see what goes on with me, i usualy just keep to myself while I'm at home. I really think I need more than just therapy, and possibly anti depressants (I havent gone to therapy yet, so I dont know what would go on) I really think it would help for me to go to an institution for a while. How do I approach this though? (link)

Go to therapy, and tell the therapist what you're tlling us. That you think an insitution would help you. She/he could possibly convince your mom to send you to one. Remember it is hard for parents to do this. The best of luck to you.

Well I've been with my boyfriend for almost 2 years now. We're both 17, I'm a junior and he's a senior which means he'll be graduating this year. We're really close and madly in love. I'm just really afraid of what will happen when he goes away to college. All the colleges he has applied to are somewhat close to here besides one. I watch movies and shows and see couples break up all the time with the whole college situation. I was wondering what other people thought about my situation. I love him so much, and we're both willing to try and make it work. I'm just really scared, it's crazy what love can do to you. Well maybe you could possibly go to the same college as him? It's good that the colleges are relitivly close to you, that way you'll be able to spend more time with him rather if he is at a college out of state. If you both love eachother as you say you do, then you'll make it work. You just have to have faith in yourself as well as him that you can make it work. I wish the best of luck to you two, Alright?

well, see i used to have these two really good friends and I had so much fun around them. then things got shaky and they started hanging around these really bad guys that always wanted us to do stuff for them , and I couldnt take it. turns out, their realtionships at home got worse and they started fighting with their moms and such. but i still remember all the fun times we had. should i let them back in? Well, when you reach highschool there will be a lot more people there to welcome you. Like, in my school when I hit high school there was people coming in from all different Jr. Highs to welcome me and I made a bunch of new friends. I met my best friend there as well as my boy friend. I'm sure you'll make some new friends!

now that it is 2005 it got me thinking...i am 14 years old and 2005 means that i get to do alot of new things!! like..i get my braces on in a few months...not that exciting..but anywho..i also turn 15 which means that i am going to try and get a job at sonic and i also get to go to high school in augest as a freshman and i also get to get my driving permit!!! all of this is kinda over whelming...can anyone tell me what it is like to begin to drive or what it is like to be a freshman??? because i'm scared because these are all MAJOR parts of my life happening all at once! Driving seems like a 'WOW!' big crazy thing. It really isn't. Just driving. As for being a Freshman, I'm a sophomore in High School, and my Freshman year was wonderful. I loved it, but that was only because it was 7th,8th,9th grade for Jr. High and 9th grade was oldest, so it was fun. I don't know what else to tell you, lol. It's just another year. August will come and go.

this question dosent really go under friendship..but there was nothing else i coul put it under...anyway..i got a dvd player for christmas and i have some good dvd's like napolian dynamite but i get sick of it if i watch it alot and the day after tommorrow but that is pretty long and finding nemo but that aso gets kinda boring... the only movie that i enjoy watching is my favorite movie ever...sweet home alabama...i dunno what it is about that movie but i never get sick of it...does anyone have any other movies that are good and they never get sick of? cause i would really like another movie to watch! lol =) (link)
