old friend
I'm a teen, and after changing schools and being away for a few years, I moved back to my hometown this summer. I have a guy friend that I was best friends with before I left, and I'm starting to like him as more then a friend. But, I don't know if he likes me back. We're in English together and over the past couple of weeks I'm noticed him glancing my way out of the corner of my eye and he comes over to my desk 'just to talk' all the time. He's started sitting at my table at lunch and other things also. Do you think he likes me, and if so, what do you think I should do about it?

The is a good chance that he likes you... but just to be sure... ask him... don't ask him infront of everyone... only when you two are alone because if your around people he may not tell you the truth... maybe things will work out in the end...

I bet he misses you and now that he sees you he is curious to how you have changed. He could perhaps be gaining the same feelins your are for him. Just be friends again, and see what happens from there.

im dealing with the same thing...and i havent done anything about it either...but im a guy and you should maybe make him notice you more and he might ask you out...but dont be a slut or anything...

Hmm... I think he may like you, though I for now take it easy. I have a guy friend as well who seems to act that way(it's been a little over a year now too) and he still has those habits and never asked me out yet and hasn't told anyone up until now that he likes me(either that or they are keeping it completely silent, good for them). Just get to know each other even better and watch out for signs of flirting(if he isn't a flirter at heart like my guy friend) or possibly that 'look' in his eyes. If he is a flirter, it will be harder to tell, though if he seems a little more flirty or just doesn't flirt at all, it may be a sign. Just have patience, and something good may come out of it! i think he deffinatly likes you and hes just hangin out with you more to see if you like him and if you do let on that you like him then he will more than likly ask you out and youll have to see where it goes from there

Wow, are you lucky! The only encouragement he needs is for you to keep talking with him and sending out the vibes that you want to keep being friendly and talking with him.
