Ok, I have thick, brown hair thats a little past my shoulder. My mom is taking me to get it thinned-out and cut. I want my hair layered and kinda like, shoulderlength or whatever. So, does anybody have any suggestions on how I should get it cut, like, do you have pictures? I need like a pic to show the Hair Girl. Thanks
Visualize answered Saturday August 28 2004, 5:20 pm: Okay, you have hair like me, and I got a really cool hair cut: Its really layered/choppy with long bangs and if you straighten it, it looks awesome. So ask for that. xD [ Visualize's advice column | Ask Visualize A Question ]

justbeyerself answered Saturday August 28 2004, 4:12 pm: i have the same kinda hair n when i go to get my hair cut, i get it angled in the front starting at my mouth, and then layered in the back and sides..looks okay for me! hope i helped..
Karen answered Saturday August 28 2004, 3:24 pm: There are tons of pictures on Google! You could always just tell the Hair Girl what you want done with the hair and she'll cut it the way you want it cut. Sometimes if you let people give you ideas on how to cut it and you like it, it might not come out as you wanted it. I think you should just get your hair layered like you said. Hope I helped :) [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]
