Paige answered Sunday August 29 2004, 12:07 pm: Hey~I have it more than most of my friends too, what I have noticed was that I only am really bad around that time of month, and only if I have been regular. Other wise I would just wah your face every night and watch what you eat. The Face cleaning stuff I use is called Aveeno, clear complexion. It is a moisturizer. it works really good! I hope I helped! ~Paige~ [ Paige's advice column | Ask Paige A Question ]

x0x_summer_x0x answered Saturday August 28 2004, 7:57 pm: Well... try washing your face more often.. like when you get up and before you go to bed... if that doesnt work... Just buy a less powerful acne medicine/cream. [H][U][G][S] ~Summer [ x0x_summer_x0x's advice column | Ask x0x_summer_x0x A Question ]
SoNuLiCiOuSsS answered Saturday August 28 2004, 6:05 pm: Im not even sure proactive works... so y dont u try going to the dermatologist... they'll probably prescribe retina micro... & u dnt have to have really bad acne to use it... its a better idea than using proactive & it'll probably be cheaper too... ~*Annie*~ answered Saturday August 28 2004, 4:30 pm: Try applying face masks. There's different kinds, but the two main working ones are avocado and egg masks. This is how you apply an egg mask: Separate the yolk from the egg white (crack the egg into a bowl, but do NOT let the yolk fall out of the shell. Move the yolk from one egg shell half to the other until all the egg white is in the bowl) and then put the egg white and the yolk in separate bowls. First apply the egg white on your face and let it dry for 20 minutes (it hardens) then rinse and add a little bit of olive oil to the egg yolk and apply it to your face and let dry 20 minutes. Then, rinse and put some moisturizing lotion on your face.
There's another method you can do by mashing half an avocado in a bowl and putting it on your face, and keeping it on for at least half an hour and rinsing.
Also, cut down on junk food if you eat a lot of it.
:) hope I helped :) [ ~*Annie*~'s advice column | Ask ~*Annie*~ A Question ]
blondebombshell33 answered Saturday August 28 2004, 4:09 pm: Hey hun! I just wanted to tell you that I know that it can be humuliating and horrible if you have acne. All teenagers get zits some more than others its part of being a teen! About a year ago, I thought my life was over when I started getting more blemishes than normal on my face, so my mom did buy me proactiv. It totally worked! within weeks almost days, my face became instantly clear! There are 3 steps to Proactiv. Clenser, Toner and lotion. The only bad part is that it is quite expensive but dramatically clear so i suggetst it. good luck [ blondebombshell33's advice column | Ask blondebombshell33 A Question ]
Karen answered Saturday August 28 2004, 4:03 pm: Proactive does work great but it might not work for you because you don't have that much acne like you said. Umm, you could use toothpaste to reduce the redness of your acne so you can't see it. Also, use some facial astringent. It'll help heal the acne. Hope I helped :) [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]
