I tried to grow an herb garden but nothing grew except one thing: the basil. it smells really good and I have a ton of it! but I don't know what basil is used for or what to do with it. anyone have some advice?
osiris-kitty answered Sunday September 19 2004, 2:29 pm: Basil is excellent for air fresheners since it smells so nice. I generally dry it and crumble it so it looks a little like catnip, then I put it in a cloth bundle. I put them in closets or bathrooms so it smells pretty. My friend, who is slightly crazy, uses it in Italian food. [ osiris-kitty's advice column | Ask osiris-kitty A Question ]
