Hey, I recently made my first appointment to see a gyno so I could be put on birth control. The only problem is my Mom told me we don't have any prescription insurance so for medication we need to pay the full amount. I'm thinking about making a cd with all the songs that make me think of the guy I like (much too weak a word, believe me) and then giving it too him, but I'm not sure what message that would send. Ok first of all, I wouldn't go as far as to make him a CD just yet. If he doesn't feel the same about you, this may freak him out a little and make things weird between you two. I'd just mention it to him. I know this sounds so hard to do. I'm not going to lie to you, it will be. But how else could you do this ? He needs to know. Try not to make it such a big deal. Just ask him what he'd think about you two going out or something like that. Take it slow. You don't want to rush into anything because your relationship may just crash and burn that way. Go slow. I attend an adult ed. program at night. I'm 19, female, and I really (really) like one of my (older,he's 31)teachers. It drives me insane to bottle all of it up inside. My friends say I'm crazy but he does little things to make me wonder, certain things he'll say or the way he'll look at me. Basically I pass his class no matter what, he never expects me to do the work, and I've had people that had no idea say that he was seriously checking me out. Should I try to talk to him, or wait until he's not my teacher anymore. Would it be so morally wrong of me to approach him about it seeing as he's my teacher? I don't know for sure what he feels but I know what I do, and I can't keep a secret anymore. (link)

I'd say tell him how you feel but wait to start a relationship until he isn't your teacher any more. I wouldnt go on a date or anything just yet. You shouldn't get involved with your teacher because if it doesnt work out then you might be screwed. Play it safe and good luck!

I'm going to prom on the 23rd but I haven't gotten my period yet. I think I might get my period by that date. It makes me worry because I don't want to screw my new dress up with blood. It's not tight at the bottom, it's like a layered skirt that's kind of full looking. I'm going to be out from 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM for the dinner and the festive events or whatever, should I use pads or tampons? Pads are kind of gross, they make me uncomfortable because I'm afraid they'll move, but if I wear tampons I'm not sure if I'll remember to even change them during prom and I don't want to risk TSS. I say you should definetly use tampons and leave a bunch in your purse. So everytime you look inside your purse you see them and you'll remember that you need to change it. Good luck hun. Dont worry about it. Your period shouldn't be such a big stress. Have fun at the prom!

Belive me - Practice makes perfect. Especially when you shave down there. You need to know whats right for you. Everyones diffrent. But anyways, this is what I do. Its always better when you have a new razor because there's less chance of cutting yourself. I use warm water and i put contditioner down there - it makes the hair really soft and easy to shave off. I go against the grain (move the razor in the opposite direction that your hair grows) so everything gets nice and smooth. I shave sitting down, kind of in indian style but with my legs spread farther apart. This is just what works for me. Everyones diffrent, but maybe if you give this a try you can change a few things around to whatevers most comfortable for you. And believe me hun, dont do anything you're not comfortable with. And yes, the first few times it is really really itchy growing back but then you get used to it and its not itchy anymore.

If you're in any classes together then try to talk to him there. Lunch would definetly be a good time too. If not, then try to call him after school or if he's into sports then watch his games or practices. But talking on the fone is probably the way to go. Maybe try holding his hand if you feel comfortable enough. When ur on the fone try to talk about stuff like how his day went and how your day went and try to find something you guys could do after school. Try saying something like my friend and I are going to the movies friday do you think you and a friend would like to join us? Or something along those lines. Just find any possible time that you two could be together. During school would be the best way to start things off because its less awkward for the both of you. I'm like 20 pounds overweight and I REALLY need to loose the 20lbs. Even my mom calls me fat! I really am going to go anorexic if I dont find an easy way to loose the weight! Please help me. The only way that your body can lose weight is if you burn off more calories than you take in. The easiest way to do that is to cut your calories a little and excercise a little more. Running burns calories fast - You burn about 200 in one mile of running. As for eating less; only eat when your actually hungry. If you've got nothing to do, don't go to the kitchen to eat something, go do your homework or clean your room or write in a journal instead. Thats what I did and it works. It does take time though. I'd do this for about a month and see if you lose any weight and if you do then keep it up. If not, then maybe this way isnt for you. Just don't go anorexic. Good luck and just remember it's not easy but its worth it.

Here is the thing about a month ago i started the birth control pill seasonale and i never leaked and then like a week ago i leaked alittle every day and for the past 3 days it has been heavy and i was just wondering it is normal 2 have it for like 8 days now and if i should tell me doctor or something because i thought that when u first start u r suppose 2 bleed some not like a month after and this much. that alot for any help i really need it. Well I've heard that type of birth control makes you bleed sometimes between periods. But I haven't heard that it should mess with anything else, so I think you should probably call your doctor but I doubt there's anything really wrong. The worst that'll probably happen is that he'll have u go on regular birth control. Good luck hun.

OK...telling this story is getting really annoying, and I'd appreciate it if I didn't get snide comments about it, I already feel like a whore.
Well, to start it out, I had just gotten this new account on vampirefreaks. My friend had some crazy-cool people posting on hers so I went to check it out. One of the guys was so awesome. His profile was freakin' long and crazy, and he seemed really sweet. I left a message on his site and toddled off. Then he left a message on mine and so on. Well, anyways, we started talking on IM. I did like him to, so we just talked. Then after a few days we're like in love... My mum finds out about the cyber because I had printed it *dolt* 'cause I needed to talk to my friends about it. Mum banned me from IM. I snuck on to talk to them both, last night. Turns out it did mean something to Dion, and now he won't tell me how he feels about me. Dan and I are currently split up because he needs to think about some things, but he says that once he's done, we can go back to that. So, everything with Dan is ok, I think.
