Karen answered Saturday February 26 2005, 10:06 pm: To get a faster metabolism, you need to start eating differently each day; for example, tomorrow you can eat 3 big meals and then the next day, you can eat 5 small meals and so on. This will make your metabolism faster because your body will get confused because it was used to your normal eating ways and such.
